Two times in 2 months we have huge problems with Usit Colours. Airplane tickets are paid, the tickets are issued and when my colleagues went to the airport they found out that the tickets have been cancelled. Usit colours could arrange another ticket at one of the cases, but on the other we had to paid three times more expensive ticket, just 20 minutes before the take off. Disgusting situation! When we asked who will take resposibility, we got awful e-mails, on the border of being rude.

In the beginning of December I ordered some gifts. Later during the month, I recieved e-mail that there was a try the purchased items to be delivered and there was noone at home. Which is lie- all day there was a person, the doorbell (working) did not ring all day, there was no notification for delivery on e-mail, there was no notification put on the door for try for delivery. After another day and hour range for delivery was set, nothing happened. A second call was made. From Argos they informed me that the item i out of stock from November. How they accept payment for item which is out of stock? How they try to deliver something that do not exist in their warehouse?
Later I got my money for the item back. But I did not get my money for the delivery back. A delivery that was not made, that does not exist as there is not good to be delivered.
A third call had to be made for getting my money for delivery back. It took me a month to play on "give-my-money-back" game.

The discounted items in this site were all faulty- torn lace, wrongly sewn clothes, low quality. More of the shoes do not correspond to the shoe sizes pointed on them and on the web site. If you want to return something, no matter that the item is faulty or wrong or etc, you have to pay the return.

The web site is adorable! There are tons of different and cute goods for a dream wedding. All the goods inside are original, there is not even one item from a mass production. The people from the site are kind.

The best wedding agency in Bulgaria. They have wonderful ideas, they work fast and they can fulfill bride's and groom's wishes up to the last point. They make luxyrious weddings at the price of an economy wedding. They worth every lev!

During the so called Black Friday acctions on the web site, some of the goods are more expensive than at regular prices. Some of the goods come with torn boxes, which may reflect on returning the goods if any deffect occurs. Everytime before the Black Friday, the prices in the web site should be double checked.

The web site is new, but it is peerfect! The spare parts are original, the cheapest on the market. After the order person from the company contacts with you. The delivery is quick and with a discount. There is always some small gift in the packs!

The goods purchased from this site are with awful quality, most of them even defective. A lot of purchases are missing, no delivery and at the same time to refund of money! After you write back for the defective goods, they promisse to make refund on virtual wallet and etc, but nothing happens.
EDIT: I just recieved my money back, after nearly 4months of waiting.

Tip for consumers:
Never make the mistake to purchase from this site!
