RoseGal should be SUED! This company is scam is ripping people off! I paid over $200 on items and after reading the fine print of their RIDICULOUS return policy and attempting to to get CLEAR answers and clarification I was given nothing but the run around and indirect answers. It's a joke! Everything they advertise is marked down or on sale but at the very bottom of the warranty and return section they EXCLUDE those items as being returnable! WTH?!? I need to try things on! They are CROOKS! I've had to submit over five tickets and the customer service number DOES NOT WORK! They absolutely are thieves. I demanded a full refund immediately! I didn't even open the box once I received it because of all of the dishonesty and bad reviews! And then to have to pay to ship back to them in CHINA? UPDATE: A few days after I posted my original review, the other two dresses and headband arrived. Because everything arrived, I changed my rating to two stars. However, I still won't be using Rosegal again.
1. The first dress that arrived was of decent quality but was much too small for the average American to wear.
2. The other two dresses were junk, pure and simple. One was made of some itchy taffeta-like material covered with scratchy poor-quality blue lace. The other looked like an undergarment. It might work as a slip, but there is no way anyone would wear it in public.
3. The two headbands were of better quality and they were worth the price offered. The one headband, a gold circlet with leaves, didn't have any edges or combs to grip the hair but it was pretty as a decorative piece. The other, which I thought at first was a necklace, seems to be an elaborate draping headband. Even though it's clearly costume jewelry, it's quite pretty and worth a few dollars.
So why am I not using Rosegal?
1. The shipping time took forever.
2. It is exceedingly difficult to get in touch with customer service.
3. There's no way to return things.
4. Their clothing is not made for the average American woman (designed to fit smaller fine-boned women) and is of poor, to the point of unwearable, quality.
In summary, you might get lucky with what you get but the old saying, "Caveat Empor" definitely applies here.
OK... I've been around the bargain park and am a die-hard fan of Zulily, so I figured I'd give Rosegal a try. Big mistake!
After about a month of waiting, I received a notice that my order had shipped. A few weeks later, a small package arrived in the mail from China. It contained a dress that I had ordered and a necklace that I had not.
Going online, I saw that two headbands and another dress were supposed to have been shipped, but they never arrived.
After trying to submit a complaint at the website itself, I was kicked out after filling out the form as it wanted additional verification as to my identity. To this day, I'm not sure if the form even went through.
At this point, assuming nothing else arrives, I ended up paying $50.00 for a $17.00 dress. Do yourself a favor and stick with the tried and true.
Me? I'm going back to Zulily.

Clothes never look like the pictures or as per the reviews. They make sure only positive reviews go up on their websites. They take forever for shipment. I ordered something that was no longer in stock so they gave me credit for that item and now will not let me use it towards another purchase. I am beyond annoyed with them.

This website offers item at a very low price, which one might think it's awesome! Except when 60 days later you are still to contact someone via email about your order not being received and you always get a general automated reply about your ordered being shipped and on ii's way between 10-45 days. I have sent several email and the same automated response. I asked for my money back for an order I paid for on January, the reply I received was to wait until April to see what they can offer me? 3 months later? 90 days after?. I am very disappointed!

Don't get suckered in by all the "cute looking outfits". I ordered over $100 in clothes mostly shirts and they're all ridiculously too small L, XL, M I tried them all and none fit comfortably! If you're at all self conscience of your size, do not order from this company unless you're VERY petite and even then you better order the XL or XXL. Terrible, and after reading all the reviews I won't even attempt a return and assume the 3 items I haven't received are never coming. Guess I'll donate them to a small child. You know what they say, if it sounds too good to be true, it is.

I have ordered. Or should i say tried to order from them twice... my first order was of two shipments... I only recieved one... i waited and waited for the other. Finally after sending many complaint tickets. I went on their live chat and gave them my order number. They told me the other item was on "back order." I asked for my money back and they gave me the money in my wallet on their site. They gave me no choice but to order from them with that money again. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. In all the years I have been shopping online I have never been asked to send photographs of my driving licence and credit card. I smell a rat with this one. Oh and then they tell me that I will have to wait for a refund... so they have already taken my money then? Apparently the ID proof is for fraud prevention... really? Yet it's ok to take the money and then do the check? Surely if this was legitimate there would be some sort of fraud check first but one that doesn't involve sending copies of personal cards via the Internet.

I ordered a bunch of shirts and some bathing suits mid January and this scam of a company has yet to ship out half of my order. The other half I don't think will ever arrive.

I found out about this site a couple weeks ago and I am leaving for a cruise Friday, March 4th, 2016... I ordered 3 outfits for my cruise knowing that there was a huge chance I wouldn't receive them in time... I read the bad reviews after I made a trial purchase at rosegal.com and then I lost all hope. However, the item came within the suggested time (yes, a couple of weeks but they said it would take that long). The size was Asian because I wear M/L and I had to choose a frustrating XXL but it was also according to the description at the website so read all information thoroughly. I put the dress on and it fitted perfectly, hiding my post-pregnancy bump. The material was not extraordinary but it wasn't bad either, the same about sewing, so I think it was good value for the money..
