Horrible business - Placed an order in June, I called the second week of June to ask where about the status of my product. 3rd call by the way, this time I received a call back. The customer service rep asked for my credit card info again I explained I had already paid with paypal. He said he needed it again. At this point I explained this process was to involved and I just wanted to cancel my order. The customer service rep exclaimed "F*%# Y%#!" and hung up on me.?!?!?!?.

I do not know why no luck to others, but to me my orders are very lucky - I'm so happy with my purchase!
I will never order from rosegal again. I should have lisented to the customers who wrote the bad reviews on this company. Rosegal you need to inform your customers that the clothes you make is only in china sizes and not usa sizes. The clothes are sown way to small. I don't want a refund because I am not wasting another dime on this BS.

I Ordered 3 items and paid extra to have my items within 5 to 7 business days. 2 weeks ahead of when I needed the items... They sent only 2 items this way and then shipped third item (dress I wanted the most) the very next day by a slow boat from China... every other online company I have dealt with always honoured the shipping method I paid for, whether it was shipped in one or more shipments... really screwed up my schedule and had to find a replacements dress for the occasion. I was offered 5% discount on next purchase... why would I buy from them again? Or offered a 3.00$ refund. My order including shipping, exchange, customs and duty came to 120.00$ CAD... not impressed and 3 weeks later item tracking still showing same message on route with China post... Too bad their service sucks because the product is not bad for price.

Recently I ordered quite a few times and I want to say that this website makes some success in terms of establishing the speed of delivery and quality of products. Respect!
I wear a size medium US, before I ordered it I read about Rosegal sizing, thankfully I ordered XL and the items fits. So buyers beware. If you weare medium buy XL... for folks wearing anything larger than a medium rosegal merchandise won't fit.

I Love Rosegal! I have ordered at least 5 times from there and Yes, the items are on the small side BUT it is to be expected coming from China. Each order has taken some time to get to me BUT it has always came. The quality has been great for most items. I placed an order for Christmas (for my 4 daughters) and they loved everything I bought for them. One daughter even asked me to pick out ALL her birthday gifts from there.
