Just noticed that this company has been charging me for 10 extra months after I cancelled my account. When contacting them they claimed my daughter had charged her membership on my account, which is not true, also denied by my credit card company. It would seem that they will try their luck with getting away with non-legitimate charges. Part of the AMAZON-empire. Beware!
Being a decade-long customer of Wolford, followed an email ad and ordered 3 items lately. One of them arrived promptly, but for the remaining 2 had to send 3 emails before a reply came: (in broken English) "Sorry we are out of stock for the items you ordered."! No apology of suggestion for refund -- clearly they are not ready for online operations...
