Honestly I have ordered from Rosegal countless times and have yet to run into trouble, and no I was not paid to write this review. I was a careful shopper and made sure none of my orders exceeded 50 dollars. I am aware that shipping times may take up to a month, and this is why I make sure I buy things in advance, cause after all, the shipment comes all the way from China. With sizing, I always check the charts and if you are a slight bigger person (US size Medium and above), I recommend you to stay away from one-size clothes. Unless it says plus size, I usually recommend a size up. If you're a careful shopper, you will not run into problems.
By far the worst $#*!ing website ive ever encountered im huge online shopper never wanna do business from them again. I just asked for a refund from them today just got so sick and damn tired of waiting. They should give me my items for free with all this hell they put me through. I hope they go out of business a company like them shouldn't be allowed to thrive.

Placed an order, never received it. There is also no feasible means to reach customer service either. Never responded to an email, and every time I called it want to a full Magic jack voice mail. I now have no way of getting my money back. Very frustrated about the whole ordeal. Everything about Rosegal is a huge scam, please don't loose your hard earned money to this "business".
I paid extra for fast shipping on 06-06-16 and still haven't recieved my swim suit. I was planning on ordering more but forget it. I can't see my tracking details and have been on the phone with numerous people trying to track my package. Huge waste of money and I leave for vacation on the first with no swimsuits to wear.

I'm a big online shopper but have never shopped with Rosegal before. I read some reviews about the site before shopping with them and most said that they loved the clothes but they were late delivering them and they arrived past the date they were supposed to be there. So keeping that in mind I ordered 2 shirts and a pair of earrings for 4th of July. I placed my order 6/9/16 and spent an additional 9$ so my order would be here in 3-5 business days but kept in mind it might be a few days late. It's now 6/20/16, I have not gotten my order, the website says it was sent out but also says there is STILL no tracking detail yet and it's said that for a few days now! I've also tried calling their number they have on their contact thing and no answer! About to email them and hopefully will figure something out but being a frequent online shopper like myself I have NEVER had such trouble like I am with them!

My order came after a year of miss the request, after numerous emails when porfi I get the product this was the worst quality that can exist, they were not even cooked, not at all like he had ordered, after about 7 months change page model dresses!
I threw the clothes away not really good for anything!

I ordered 4 different items from rosegal, i realized the items were cheap so i wasn't expecting the greatest quality and I was really okay with that at the end of the day you get what you pay for... or do you?
After around 20 business days as promised my shipment arrived, yes it was a long wait but at that point they did stick to their promise or so I thought. I oped my package to find one out of 4 items. It looked okay didn't have a funny smell was wrapped in extra plastic bag. I waited another day or 2 non of the other items arrived. I sent their customer service an email only to get an automated e mail to show my package was received. I sent 2 more e mails explaining the situation again auto emails showing me my tracking number that the package has been delivered. At this point I was getting fed up so I called on 3 different occasions. Each time there was a message stated the magic jack customer is unavailable. I decided to take it up with pay pal. Trying to be reasonable asking for the rest of the items or my money back. I received so far a response from the company offering less then half of what they owe me. I have all e mails and receipts saved I am not done with this company.
There clothes are cute cheap but they don't send out the products you ask for and I believe this is how they make their money
I myself am a business owner and this is not how you treat your clients. BE WARE DO NT BUY FROM THEM!

Why does everything smell like chemicals? We didn't allow in our home. Poison. I am still waiting for 2 items and never received them. No refund after 2 requests. I am very satisfied with items I have purchased from RoseGal. Had I not been, I would never have purchased from them following my first order. To me, it is obvious there customer support is constantly checking to insure customers are satisfied with what they have purchased. With a large volume of people purchasing products on-line today, this unfortunately is not the norm within many companies. This, along with the pricing, selection, and ease of access to support within the company, will keep me purchasing from RoseGal.
There are few flaws but they are getting better at it. They are trying for sure.

I will never order from these people again. I get a tracking number and it is stuck on May 24th and hasn't budged since (today is June 14). Contacted them and they said to check with the P. O or my neighbors to see if they signed for it. What? Tracking has no mention of delivery and shows it no where near me. I think I've been had!
UPDATE: My money has been refunded. Still would not order from them until they improve their shipping procedures but I do appreciate them making it right.
