Amazing Expérience

Terrible terrible

I ordered 3 shirts on May31 today is july 9 still nothing 2 weeks ago i was told my shirts were on the way. If ypu can't deliver please return money or i will contact my bank and better business bureau

Pretty HAPPY

I have been shopping at Rosegal for a while now. I have been extremely impressed by their prices and despite the clothing being made from outside the U.S.A. the E.T.A. shipping is not bad. The website offers sizing charts to help determine which size is right for me. And the quality of the clothing far exceeds their pricing thus why I continue to buy at Rosegal. Rosegal offers a nice selection of varies styles, so shopping at Rosegal never gets boring. I will continue to shop at Rosegal.

Great value for money!

Rosegal products are of good quality and at reasonable prices. I've ordered about a dozen of dresses until now and a Lightning McQueen watch for my son. All the dresses are amazing in terms of style, quality of material, design, colour and so reasonably priced. I've received plenty of compliments for my dresses.
My son is super happy with the watch. I've also ordered accessories like earrings and anklets. They are equally good. I can vouch for Rosegal products. This website is for real!
The only flip side is the delivery time. You have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks for the products to be delivered. But their after sales service is excellent. You'll get immediate reply to all your queries and refunds.

Size does matter
July 5, 2016

I ordered 3 size L t-shirts, received 2 L and one M.
I had no problem with delivery, but the sizes were horrible.
I cannot get the M onto my body, it is so small. I think it is smaller than a regular S.
The L shirts are way too small for me even though that is what I normally wear.
I am surprised that I see no other size complaints.
Looks like I have to return them to China by air. Rather than deal with all that, I will just donate them somewhere.

I have spent over 70 dollars on my credit card and they rupped me off I ordered a hoodie and a shirt in may... it's now July and nothing no package and you try to contact them to fin out where your package 8s that you spent your hard earned money on especially because I don't have much money I got ripped off I'm so mad and disappointed with rose gal I want to take legal action

TERRIBLE

I ordered on May 15. It is now July 5 and no order. They are now telling me it could take up to 180 days for delivery from CHINA. Do not order from these people.

I complained about the sizing on a bathing suit I ordered. Rosegal contacted me immediately and refunded my money. I am going to order another bathing suit, but I will order it a size or 2 bigger then I normally wear. Thank you Rosegal. I am a very satisfied customer. I will be ordering from Rosegal again.

I am writing this review on Rosegal because I would like to share my positive experience with them. The clothes and jewellery I bought have been of good quality and fit. Two of the items I purchased, I couldn't find in Australia so I was happy that I was able to buy them from Rosegal. Their customer service department has dealt with my questions very fast and in a friendly, helpful way. My packages were delivered to me good time (2wks) so therefor I do not hesitate in recommending Rosegal to anyone that will listen. Thanks Rosegal.com

I am surprised by the high quality of items I got for such a cheap price. Delivery was reasonably fast and best of all totally free.
The app is great and give a lit back to loyal shoppers.
If you shop online, Rosegal should be the first place you check before browsing anywhere else.
To avois any disappointment, make sure you check thd sizing charts for every item.

I placed the order mid/end-May. For awhile, the tracking just said the same thing- it was sitting in Shanghai, China at a warehouse somewhere. After this, I searched for reviews of this site and holylujah- over 3k negative reviews. :| Had I read the reviews before I ordered, I would've saved a lot of money and time. Knowing it was kind of my fault that I'd gotten into this situation, I was patient and almost forgot about the order. My birthday passed (this was the reason I had ordered the product in the first place) and I received an email from customer service saying they'd lost my package. Go figure. I received a new tracking number and now it's finally in the US! (After almost two months.) The usual when ordering from China or internationally altogether. Oh well. You live and you learn.

NEVER AGAIN!

I have been waiting for three pair of shoes I ordered over a month and a half ago. Their customer services only sends you back a stupid reply that makes on sense and then when you attempt to call their voicemail it tells you it's FULL! It is frustrating as HE**! I I have sent them an email asking for my money back with three attachments and still no response! I'm furious! Isn't there a Better Business Bureau who someone can issue complaints to? DON'T SHOP ONLINE WITH ROSEGAL A WASTE OF TIME!

I purchased 2 swim suits and two summer pillows. My ordered was confirmed on May 21st. Followed up with it told me i would have by June 28th. Got three e-mail that order has still not shipped on June 24th and that i need to respond on the Rosegal e-mail which i can not get on to. Have tried 3 customer service numbers and none have been legitimate. I am pretty sure i got Ripped-Off and this company is a scam based on my experience as well as the reviews that i have read! If you are reading this review, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do not make any purchases from Rosegal! Rosgal you know my e-mail and phone etc. please contact me.

Avoid Rosegal...

I have an ongoing situation with Rosegal. My delivery of 2 items was left outside the door of my home, in full view of neighbours. I did not return home until the following day & the parcel was gone. Rosegal will not refund. They initially offered me half of the money I paid, then they offered the full amount. They never refunded anything. I want to warn people about this dreadful company. I will be taking them to court.

Rosegal... you have responded to the above by saying you have refunded my payment to Paypal... this is a LIE! I have contacted Paypal and they confirmed that you have NOT REFUNDED my payment...

I ordered three pieces of swimwear on May 15th and received an email stating my things had been shipped that day. I was assured that delivery would only take 25 business day. It's not been 32 and I still have not received what ordered or any update from rosegal.com on why my parcel is late.

In addition, the tracking number that they provided is invalid/expired so I have no way at all of knowing where in the world my order is.

Absolutely unacceptable!

Once again i'm still getting the emails!

They message me privately to ask that i take my previous review down. Think its a bit hard now their reviews have been so awful - me taking mine down would just be a small change! They give me a promise that i wont receive any more emails and i keep on getting them. I don't get it!?

They say they will give me a coupon off to say sorry... i want nothing to do with them anymore so i most certainly will not order anything from them again.

They must not be a real company! Read my previous review attached as a picture to see why i'm so frustrated! Its not just the emails!

JUST DON'T ORDER WITH THEM - Save yourselves the aggravation... honestly!

I recently purchased dresses from Rosegal, they are exactly what I ordered. I did read a few reviews saying that the sizes are smaller than usual, however, be sure to order a size up. The fabric of the dresses are great, the styling of the dresses are as shown in the picture.

All in all great experience! I will be shopping there again.
