I order two items two months ago. I received one item, which was several sizes too small. I have never received the second item. I will never order from Rosegal again.
I ordered a few men's shirts... size Large (the size chart on site wasn't working) because that's the size I wear. 1st part of shipment arrived today. Can't even get the shirts around my shoulder. Guess size Large in China (where it was shipped from) is a Small kid-size in USA. Went to customer service... or support center... read about refunds. They actually say better off keeping the stuff than returning because shipping to China is expensive. Dread receiving part 2 of my order... going to be stuck with more shirts that don't fit. Huge waste of time and money. I will NEVER buy from here again. By the way, the shirts are quite thin and the quality of fabric is poor.
Update (8/4/16): Rosegal made this situation right to my satisfaction... and did so timely. They do have responsive support services folks.
I brought a few dresses from this site, the quality was good for the price and they fit really well. Good to have some unique clothing you don't see everyone else in.
I am tired of reviews saying this company is a scam. THIS IS NOT A SCAM. It is a Chinese Company that makes quality products that ship from China. Yes, they take longer to arrive. It is not Macy's! Yes, the sizes run small. Be aware! But the prices can't be beat and the design is very good. You choose. A dress I ordered was too small in the bust for me but it was very well made, great material and good design. They immediately refunded my money to Paypal without even requiring that I return the dress! Overall, I was very happy with my purchases.
I love the dress - I was surprised when I measured myself and looked at the online measurements to find I was an XL but saw it comes from China and thought - yup - I'd be XL there, while normally I'm anywhere from S - L here.
The XL fits perfectly and it took about 3 weeks to ship to me which is very reasonable.
I had one question - asked online and received response very quickly.
Great experience, love my parrot dress - only worn it out once and had multiple people telling me how much they love my dress.
I checked sizes ordered, according to there size chart, received in timely manner all the way to Australia, only problem is size ordered xl as Iam a 14 they are an Aussie size 10 way off, that's not impressive they even cling tight on a friend who is a size 10 guess they don't make large enough to fit me unless they can do a 4-5xl very disappointed had many more items to order bugger.
I have been contacted and they are going to sort out my delema with sizing, staff have been in contact and answered all my quiries, only issue is sizes, what size do you need to order if an aussie 14 - 3xl or 5xl, dissapointed as stuff looks awesome and only issue was size so I cant wear them, staff have not avoided questions and have been emailing to try and sort it out.

I have received many emails from Rosegal and decided this July 18th to sign up and to send them an order.
First time customer they say... "We will give you a 10 % discount... Which can only be used once". So they sent me today July 18th the coupon code 1707EC41A906 but... Hold on... It has expired July 13th! So I decide to ignore the expiration date and to go ahead with my order. When I went to finalize to do a total, of course I want to apply my 10 % but there is no way to do so. So I question them online. They tell me then that points and discounts can't be applied at the same time. I have apparently 50 points (where that came from no clue! I just signed up!) which gives me... Hold your breath a $ 1 dollar discount! And... Something new not mentioned with their 10 % offer discount " if any item on your order is on sale or has been reduced then the 10 % off does not apply! I have emails and copies of online conversations to confirm the above! NOT a company to be trusted for sure when you try to send them an order and it goes that way! This company don't do returns by default. Their excuse is that you would have to pay the return shipping and so you are better off not returning it - and then they had the nerve to suggest I simply buy the item again.

I payed extra money to receive my bathing suit faster! I ordered on the 5th of July. It was processed on the 7th. Why pay for extra shipping if they don't abide by it? Then when you call they don't answer. What kind of company has a voicemail. Just send my stuff!

I had purchased few dresses from rosegal. Everything went normal from order to payment. After they dispatch the order, i receive a reference number claiming that i will receive the order in 15-20 days. Then after waiting for 5 long months, i had cancelled the order and put up a request for refund. But no refund had came till now in my account. The rosegal reprentative claims to refund the money in my paypal account, but while payment i had used credit card not paypal. Rosegal.com is nothing but a big scam.

When I checked out with 6 items (4 dresses and 2 bathing suits) the price had a discount of 30.00 on the account. Later that day, I got an email that 3 of my 4 items where sent out. THey acted like I only ordered 4 items when I ordered 6 and the 30.00 discount was no longer shown. I did not take a screen shot of the original order and payment because I didn't know this company was dishonest or this could ever happen. I have gone back and forth with the company on email (because they refuse to talk to anyone on the phone) and they refuse to send out the remaining 2 items or give me a full refund.
I bought a coat on the Rosegal website and received a dispatch email. Since the day i received the confirmation, i have not been able to track my parcel. It has been 3 weeks now, yet on the site, a 3 day waiting period was promised!
DO NOT TRUST this site, it is a scam. If you place a order, you cant even track and trace your parcel on the courier company site!
