The ring I ordered looked beautiful, the material was amazing and it looked exactly like the photo. I love how the site works, and I love how they send you a photo of the package before they send it off to show that it's legit. I would definitely order from Rosegal again!
I have ordered from Rosegal a few times and with each order I am extremely pleased. I have only had a few pieces that didn't work out (not in stock) and I was refunded quickly for them. I have always had a great experience with speaking to customer service. They reply quickly via email. Orders are tracked through out the process so you aren't really left wondering. I really enjoy ordering from this company and will continue to do so.
I've liked almost all the clothes I've brought here. I once order this shirt and gave a bad review because i didn't really like it and they emailed me saying if id like a refund, i was surprised.
Im usually not a huge fans of buying the jeans because they kinda smell but my favorite thing to buy from them are swim suits. Also everything I bought looks exactly like the picture.

If you want stuff that isn't as described and that you can't wear then go right ahead and deal with these crooks. Absolutely effing infuriating! And they want an order number to resolve issues but delete the friggin things from your account so you can't reference them! They make the Mafia look like a nice bunch of guys. STEER WELL CLEAR
*UPDATE* - in response to what I see written by Rosegal. Perhaps it is a standard type of reply. I certainly see lots of concern from these people and nothing in the way of action. So since you ask what you can do to put things right - research your target markets, adhere to an internationally recognised size chart (Not one that would fit only munchkin characters from a Tolkein novel) and offer some kind of customer service instead of "tea and sympathy" You are getting your business model FUNDAMENTALLY WRONG.

I ordered on the 21st or July and I noticed there wasn't any updated information so I emailed them I received a call from a guy(don't remember his name) very nice, but he started saying "my voice is beautiful, he would love to see me in my bathing suits and for me to send him naked pictures through mail". He told me to go to a website called "digicel" for me to put my card number in for me send them 30 dollars so my order can be shipped. Which doesn't make any sense. Very unprofessional. I started to get aggravated & a lady told me to "suck her $#*! and she gonna suck my man $#*!" wow... I would never again in my life order from here again!

I ordered a bikini on july 15th, payed extra for shipping to ensure it would come earlier, and I'm positive they haven't even shipped the package yet. Should have recieved the package in 6-8 business days, and it's the 8th business day; no package. The tracking is being shady and aggrivating; the USPS tracking number isn't even recognized in the website. Don't think I'm going to buy from here again.

A website with a gigantic offer of clothes and accessories, with the lattest trends, and also a very good costumer service, which replies very quickly and are willing to help you if you have any problems with your order. The shipping times are ok, and the prices are also very good.
The communication here is terrible, I made a lip balm purchase and used my coupon. I got charged shipping insurance for $1.00. I do not want that. And have been trying to get them to refund me and take that fee charge off. The chat guy was no help. No support or confirmation. Order ZZ**************

In May, I placed an order for 2 sweatshirts and a bikini. After a month and a half I finally receive a package from Rosegal only to discover that it contains only the sweatshirts, not the bikini. I waited another few weeks for the rest of my order but still nothing! Tried to call their customer service line but I get a Verizon message saying the number is no longer in service. I also sent them a 'question ticket' through their support center but I doubt I will receive any response based on everyone else's reviews. The bikini I ordered is now "out of stock" on their website so I will probably never get it. No one should have to wait 2 months for their order to arrive. Will not buy from them again. Very sketchy!

They definitely have some downfalls... but, I'm small -- and EVERYTHING they make fits me perfectly despite the sizing. If you need customer service, they respond quickly... but don't always understand what you're trying to say. The accessories have a tendency to break, but I've got some real gems from them. All in all, for the price - I think the site is good. The rg points program and their reviewing points program is awesome. You can really accumulate some money to spend on the website. If you're petite, and ballin' on a budget, I recommend this site!
