I purchased a dress that looked very nice on the internet. When it arrived it was too tight and large cotton threads were hanging from the hem. I ordered a sir medium in the dress. I normally wear size 6/8, but I could barely get the zipper up on the medium dress. The color was off as well. I'm in the process of trying to contact the company now about a refund. Not sure how that will turn out. I will nor be making any more purchases from thus company. It would have been nice to know in advance that the merchandise comes from China. If I get a successful refund d I will write a more positive review..

My mom ordered a few things from this website including a birthday gift for my husband that she was very excited about. She spent about a $50 and never got any of the things she ordered. She could not get in touch with the company by phone or email. The tracking number they sent her comes back as no results. And then she got a phone call from Jamaica saying that they needed her card numbers tom"register" the order. I've never heard of this company before this situation with my mom, but I'm on the hunt for information now.

Four orders, seven dresses, a dinosaur mouth hoodie, and a mermaid tail knitted blanket - so much fun! I have no idea how they did this, since the size of their catalog is the biggest I've seen online, but each piece of clothing, in each size, is measured precisely (down to decimal points), and a custom size chart is created for each item on their site! I have been able to ignore traditional sizing and go with my body measurements for the perfect fit every time. I haven't bought a dress anywhere else since I found them!
You can find unique items on the site which I can't find in the stores in my country and they aren't expensive either! The top that I orderded is of great quality and I already got great compliments on it.
And from the jewelry I made some nice keychains.
I have brought a few tops and dresses recently and have been very impressed. You have to read the size info properly - if you aren't of Asian size then be realistic about the size you order - I am normally a size 10 AU's/NZ so realise that equates to large or XL in most cases. Quality has been comparable to average shops here ( glassons cotton on etc). If you read the shipping info it can take several weeks to arrive so be realistic about that - I have been pleasantly surprised to get some items delivered within a week. No problem with tracking info given. When do have contacted customer service they have been great. I would highly recommend - for those negative reviewers I just wonder if they have read item descriptions properly and info on shipping
I ordered dresses and they were no where near the size stated. I have tried to contact anyone to help me return these items but all I seem to be able to do is accumulate TICKETS. I want my money back... now!

I ordered 4 or 5 shirts. I ordered XL. Only 1 of them I received was labeled XL. A couple were not labeled at all and I received 1 M and 1 small. Of the shirts I ordered, I cannot wear even one of them. They are even too small for my size 6 teenager. Took forever to get them too. I'll never order again.

The photos looked great, so I ordered 4 different dresses, all of them 2 sizes larger than I am as you normally tend to get more material and I like to take them in/alter them. When I received them, they were nothing like the photos, all of them about 2 sizes too small for me (and I did check the measurements beforehand) made of horrid, cheap material and badly stitched. The lengths were shown as mid calf (50s style) yet 3 of them were above the knee! Horrid stuff, lesson learned.

I had ordered a Handbag from rosegal and after a week asked for status raising a ticket, Still the order is not recieved, in the Ticket it asks if the ordered is not delivered from more than 25days then we need to RAISE ticket.
Why dont you guys mention on the Site saying mininum Shipping time is 25+ days which can extend to years too...

[UPDATE] My original review gave rosegal a one star. I'm raising it to 3 stars because their agent got back to me and promptly issued a refund for my product. For the sake of transparency, I will continue to leave my original review (see below), especially since missing items is a common occurrence with this company.
[ORIGINAL REVIEW] I ordered two T-shirts from this website back in May. One of them arrived after over a month of waiting (approx 35 - 40 days). The other shirt ("Stylish Round Neck Short Sleeve Colorful Cats Print High-Low Hem T-Shirt For Women") never came despite having been shipped out first. It's August now and I still haven't received that shirt.
I really wanted to like RoseGal, but given this experience, I probably will not order from this company again.

Ordered 10 items. Size XL. 10 days later it was not shipped. Sent them a message. Later they shipped 2 items.

I have tried several times to contact these people to get the return address on two bathing suits that I bought. These bathing suits did not fit any of my friends from size 12 to 22 worst clothing ever. Every time I contact them for a return address I get nothing but the same answer back and no return address. They are trying to stall me so I go over the return policy date. At this point I am just throwing away the bathing suits. DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
