I've been shopping at Rosegal for years and I love it! It's the best price-quality relationship in the market by far. The customer is helpful. I have always been able to contact customer support and either switch item when they are not in stock, or to get a refund.
I discovered Rosegal about 2 months ago. So far I have ordered some bracelets, t-shirt, swimsuit, and some other things. Their prices are cheap. All the items arrived sooner than I expected and all in great quality.
I have bought many purchases from this site and although not the cheapest overseas site, it is the best quality of clothing and jewelry. Their free shipping is outstanding. Tracking number and shipping is amazingly fast. I am a fan and buyer for life!
Order #ZA************** This is the 2nd time I have ordered. The 1st order was fairly inexpensive and I received I thought within a reasonable amount of time; paid through webcollect. Although I received reasonably on time all3 swimsuits were very different in size-0 fit. I ordered a 2nd time prior to receiving 1st shipment which payment was collected via PayPal which I said NO too. Instantly I got a response stating thank you for sending money via PayPal to Ivan. Ivan? PayPal assured me not to worry. My order was made 8-6 and stayed in dispatched status till about a week ago. Prior to the change in status I attempted both #s listed as contact #s however 1 is not working and the other says the magic jack customer is not accepting calls at this time. The online support button doesn't give you to anything and the live chat, well there is never any live chat. I finally found an email to support but no response. A week ago status finally changed to shipped out and gave me a tracking # with company as CNH. Below the tracking # it says the tracking website is listed below; um NO. Well yesterday my order status changed to delivered but guess what I don't have!
I'm extremely concerned and would caution anyone in deciding to purchase via Rosegal. I need answers and would like a REFUND. I'm done playing
I order online on 8/20/16. I paid the extra shipping costs to have my item in 3-5 days (per their website time frame) It is now the 30th and I still have not received my order and the tracking shows its still in CA and I live in NM which means I will not get it today as well. I spoke with an agent on 8/25/16 who assured me that the time frame of 3-5 days is from the date it left the them and it was shipped on 8/20/16 and I should have my item by Saturday the 27th. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very nice and helpful customer service! I am very satisfied with you! I ordered a dress and unfortunately the size was too small for me. I wrote to the customer service about this and got back the money within 48 hours. Because I live in Hungary, I did not have to send back the item, could keep it and got back the money. The customer service helped me immediately.
I tried to get a purse for my niece for her birthday. Six days after placing the order, I tried to chat with their so called customer service because they didn't show my payment, which I made through Paypal The customer service agent came across rude and kept writing that I had not paid for my order. I copied and pasted the Paypal information, but continued to get nothing! I finally cancelled the order. This is the 2nd time I've tried to purchase through rosegal and the 2nd time I did not get the item wanted. Never again will I even try.

Rosegal offers a wide range of products, from clothing to kitchenware. All of their products are of high quality and very cheap. Customer service is very quick.
I have a good impression with Rosegal after the many orders I have placed with them. They never disappoint!
I ordered a dark auburn wig, with wispy bangs, and a slight wavy style. The wig that came was ORANGE, long bangs way over my eyes, Wig also was super curly and the cardboard head piece was showing through. It was not my fault the wrong color wig was sent with other issues. They should stand behind their product. Amazon does without any problems. They want you to send pictures, and pay for shipment back to China.

Official information on the packaging. When you enter the tracking number of the package, it shows the same status for over a 10 days. When i order from ebay it takes maybe 15 days a max for delivery. So i do not know where is the problem.

I accidentally ordered two of the same dresses and realized after I had submitted the payment. I emailed to try and get the order changed as it had not been processed. No one ever got back to me. When I did get the items they were completely different than what they looked like on line and terrible quality. All of the seams were completely off. I would recommend to steer clear of this site.

I placed an order on the 16th and shipping within 3-5 days. So today I get an email that my order has shipped and to expect it in 7-10 days and that is only a partial order, lists 3 items that still need to be shipped. Thank goodness I paid with pay pal. I was hoping to have these by August 25th. Very disappointing. Lesson Learned. If I don't have all items by the end of the month I will file a dispute with pay pal.

I'm not understanding all the bad reviews here for Rosegal, because all my experiences with them have been very positive. The products don't ship in a day or two, but I'm ready to wait some time if the shipping is free, and I live in Finland, which is pretty much far from everything. All the clothes I've ordered have been of good quality, but still cheap. After my latest purchase I received a note some days later that the items can't be shipped, but customer service was really helpful and quick, I got a full refund the next day with some extra points I could use with my next purchase and a discount code. Seriously, better customer service than I've received anywhere else! Also later on I had trouble using those points trying to buy next thing there, and they answered me helpfully in minutes. The only negative thing is that I would have liked to be notified earlier that an item can't be shipped, and obviously I would have liked to receive it in the first place. But I'll definitely keep using this site!
I ordered makeup things and brushes on 16/08/04 and it has been saying status: dispatched to this day and I didn't even get a tracking number. A few days ago I got a call from Jamaica and I have never heard of them before and they were asking for the MasterCard number to "register" my order and I didn't give it to them because I wasn't sure about them. I ordered this really cute sweater August 30,2015. It's August 21,2016. It's almost a year now. I paid for it. I called the company several times and you know what, the number doesn't work! I even sent an email explaining what happened. And the never typed back. They basically took my money from my wallet and I can't do crap about it. I hope you're happy with yourself rosegal. Item FINALLY arrived from China. Definitely looks nothing like the item depicted in the photos. Poor quality: You get what you pay for. Not worth the cost of shipping it back to the company... headed directly to the trash!

I ordered from Rosegal twice and all the products I ordered were great. The dresses were exactly as in the photos (and of very good fabric) and the earrings very very nice. I am checking for updates and offers on their website every week now. I have also just ordered like 6 new dresses, some for me, some for my mother. I recommend it to everybody!
Absolutely, worst experience. Ordered a number of items after being enticed by 'nice' pictures online. Called to follow up only to be advised items out of stock although there was no indication online.
Order was broken into tiny tiny orders that were shipped over the course of months. When received packaging was poor, quality EXTREMELY POOR!
I regretted allowing myself to buy cheap as I got wayyy cheaper that I paid for.
Haven't worn a single thing I ordered and ordered over 10 items.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Order from reliable stores you know about.
