I ordered two items from this site and picked priority mailing which was listed as 3-7 days it's been 15 or 16 days and I've yet to receive the items that I spent my hard working money on regardless of the cost... If I don't receive my items within the next few days I'll definitely be contacting the authorities and hiring a lawyer to get down to this and find out if this website is a scam that's just taking people's money... As I read the reviews this pretty much seems like a scam. I regret ever spending a dime with you guys

So I made a purchase... received a shipping confirmation with shipping tracking number. This is not trackable. Does not exist in the system. Tried to call the number to them several times. First they were closed. Then I had to leave a voice message. Then you couldn't get through. Either busy signals or message that my call can not be completed. First thought. This is fraudulent. The shipping label says product was shipped from your return department which makes me believe that it was returned once before because of the defects and you still reshaped the product to someone else (me). Really disappointed. The quality looks great until you receive it. The hand bag was nothing like tge picture. The dress i ordered was short and not long. The shirt lookedclike a piece of cloth with two holes in it for arms. Would never order ftom here again.

I ordered a pretty pink top. It took forever to get here never thinking it was coming from China. Then when I hung it up in front of one of my newest tops in a size three, it's about six inches shorter. I did order it in a four x big mistake. It won't fit plus way to short. I will never order again! Lesson learned!

Horrible services to me this is a fraud I order online on 8/27/16. I paid the oreder costs to have my item, It is now the 9/10/16 and I still have not received my order. I really loved the 2 tops I ordered especially the Black with Lace I ordered a 3XXL but it fits my daughter she is a size 14 and the Blue Lace top is so out of shape I'm not very happy if I had realised they were not Australian sizes I never would have ordered them which is a shame because you have beautiful clothing, I thought of sending them back but the price of postage was not worth it it would have cost more than the tops

I really like this web, the clothes are beautiful, good quality, and have bought many times and the service is very good, everything comes perfect, good prices and I love the free shipping, it makes more definitely buy.
I've seen RoseGal get a bad wrap for various things, but my experiences have always been really pleasant. I think this is summed up by smart buying. You have to know that clothing coming from Asia is going to fit smaller then what people are used to in the US. I always buy a size up, pay attention to the reviews for the items and I've never been disappointed. I just recently purchased a bikini and its absolutely beautiful. I have about 10 and its definitely my favorite out of all of them now! If you go with the free shipping don't be mad when things don't show up for a while. I usually do that but this time I needed my order to come quickly and paid for the basic shipping and it arrived in days via DHL. They have made major efforts to improve the quality of their product as well as customer service, so I'll keep returning again and again!
