Everything i ordered came perfectly, i didn't even needed to email them or anything, it took about 2 months, but it was in the estimated time that they gave me. I truly recommend this site because of the prices they offer, but you probably need to stick to products with reviews if you want to be really sure that you are not goin' to have any problems.
I bought 4 shirts from them. I got them in after finding out that I could not track my order.
When I got my order in the shirts were all two sizes to small. The shirts are also very cheap made. I guess it makes since coming from China. I will never ever order from them again. If you are smart you will take the warning and do the same. They should be closed done.
Ordered a sweater about 2 1/2 weeks ago from them when they said it would take 7-14 days to get in. Still waiting. I also ordered two of the same thing on accident and they said they can't refund me until my order is shipped. So I'm 95% sure this is fraud and I'm pretty disappointed in it.

I have ordered a winter coat from Rosegal. When it arrived, I realized that this coat too thin without any lining. But this was my smallest problem with the product. The size was to small (before I ordered, I checked the sizes on the webpage), a lot of extra material, sewing hung from the coat and my favourit problem was that the buttons were too big compared to the holes, so I couldn't button up my coat :D I have never bought such a terrible quality like this...

I ordered a wig from rosegal last saturday but after i read the reviews on rosegal i started to panic thinking id been scammed and i wouldnt recive my product or id get a poor quality product but to my surprise my wig arrived today which is fast considering they are in china and im in england im veeeery pleased with my purchase its beautiful deffo ordering from rose gal again i dunno about the quality of thier clothes but thier wigs are brilliant!

I could kick myself for not looking for the reviews before I bought 4 shirts for an upcoming trip... money I find out now that I have no chance of getting back! The material is cheap, the sizes are WRONG (I'm a plus size gal) and now I find out I have to ship back to China. What a total RIPOFF! And to make things worse, when I entered all the information in their "ticket" system, I get a warning note saying the Order Number is wrong... and yet it is the exact number that is listed on the Delivery List from the first 3 shirts. Please... DO NOT ship the 4th shirt (it says that it hasn't shipped yet) because I DO NOT WANT IT!

I like the "submitting tickets system" in Rosegal. A specific person will be taking care of my case every time. Although I might not get 100% refund if I am not satisfied with the item, the customer officer is trying to solve the problem for me.

I am sorry I ever ordered from this company. The clothes are cheap and slippery polyester. The beach towel is like a slippery table cloth, it would never dry you if you coming out of a pool. Yes they are a discount site, but with cheap, small and unusable clothing.

Do not order from these people!
What the website doesn't tell you is that these clothes come from China! Then they repackage them like they came from NY! The clothes are flimsy you can see right thru them!
If you write a review they might respond with the same answer to every one!
You can't ship the stuff back cause you have to play to ship it back to China! That would cost more than the items in the first place!
Just please save your money and don't shop with these scam artists!

I ordered 1 piece of jewelry from them and 1 shirt... I started with something cheap because I did not trust them. I am really glad I did that, because I was charged and then never received my order. I contacted them and they told me that because i had not paid for a tracking number, there was nothing they could do. I asked to get my money back... I had been waiting for 2 months for my items but they never got back to me.
