The top I ordered wouldn't even go over my head. 1X is equal to a small. Waiting to see what their answer is. I feel they should send me another in a size 3X and see if that fits, according to their sizes which certainly aren't American sizes.

I put four red and yellow signs at our large church LDS in Westwood, warning our parishioners about this scam artist site in the far East they hate us Dumb round eyes even their follow up was dog and pony show people for Chanukah andz Christmas please stay away I'm going to each and every Christian blog for the next three weeks coping and pasting

Is this site affiliated with rose wholesale? They say no, but I bet they are. Had same problems on both sites. At least I was able to cancel my order on rosegal. Rosewholes couldn't be reached to cancel. So I wasted 65.00 on that site. Their items are in Asian sizes not American. Can't find a size conversion chart that they claim is on the site. They supposedly cancelled my order. We'll see in 7 to 10 days if money put back into paypal account

I ordered a wig on 10/5/16. I paid for 7-15 day delivery. I still have not received it yet AND the email I got when I complained said that it wasn't considered late until 11/06/16. When I asked why it was so late, I was told it was "unforeseen issues"

Maybe you guys should advertise that your clothing is made to fit the smaller Asian body type. In the USA a size 5X fits someone who weighs 400 pounds, not 140 pounds. These items do ship from China and if people paid attention to that before ordering they would understand why it takes so long to ship. I have had no problem tracking my package. It is in route from China to USA right now and should be at me house within the next week through USPS. I'm hoping that the clothes fit. If they don't i guess they will make good gifts for friends.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

First of all they do not connect your online order to the account that you set up on their website so there is no way to track your order or anything you purchased. When the order came nothing looked like what it did on the website and everything was about 7 sizes too small. I figured it would be small so I ordered the items 2 sizes bigger hoping that I'd have a bit of room. I usually wear a 2x and ordered shirts in a 4x and some jeans in a 5x and could not fit anything that came. This was a complete waste of money and if my daughters had not been able to fit any of the items I would demand a refund.

I thought the top looked cute in the add so ordered one Took about a month to get it. When I opened the package, the top looked okay. Then I tried it on. I normally take an size XL but ordered a 2X after reading reviews. I couldn't even get it over my shoulders! Their sizing it waaaaay off to say the least. No way of knowing how to return it and don't want to go through the hassle I see other talk about in these reviews. Items come straight from China! Literally!

I have been dieting, and at one time I wore a 2X in slip-over blouses; however, in most I am now wearing a 1X or XL. I ordered the XL, but it is way too small in the top part. Seems costly to try to send it back, so I'm holding onto it in hopes I can wear it at a future date as I just love it. I've seen others I like but now I'm afraid to order them as I'm afraid they will be too small also. My rating is due to the uncertainty of your sizes.

It took forever for my order to get to me.
Then when it did arrive, the sizing was insane. I ordered 3XL top plus a 3XL jacket and could not even get both arms into the armholes to put it on.
This company should be banned from selling anything because they are misleading/ not informing customers of their merchandise information like like my 3XL top that fits my Sister- in-law who normally wears a small/ medium.
It is "BS".
From what I now read, to return the items is more a pain in my backside, so they will get my hard earned dollars for their "BS".
My rating for them is ZERO!

Run don't order

I ordered 5 plus size shirts. I got 3 today. Mist certainly NOT a 2x. I ordered larger due to sizing review.It would work for a child maybe. Can't even get it over my head! The quality of the shirts are not as pictured when ordered. Poor quality. I would be better off ordering from wish.com. I never had any issues there.

So disappointed! The blouse was very thin and the lace had strings unraveling! Also, inside you could see that the appliqué was sown on all bunched up in the inside. Awful!

"I had a great experience with Rosegal online store. I ordered some items from Rosegal site ( clothes, shoes, accessories, make up.), and I must say that I was very happy when my order arrived. The products are wonderful, they have great quality for low price, I didn't have any problems with size ( measurements presented on the site are true).
