AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I ordered an "Ugly Christmas Sweater" for a pub crawl 3 weeks before the event. I sprung for the most expensive/quickest shipping option. After not seeing any updates with my order I contacted the company regarding the issue. They said "sorry, but the order will not even ship until 3 days AFTER the pub crawl." 3 weeks is a completely reasonable time frame to expect a delivery! If it were not for my inquiry I would be completely in the dark and screwed... but I'm still screwed because now I must go spend more money at a brick and mortar store to buy a new outfit.

Just bad

I ordered 4 dresses here but because of the sizes that are different from where I live, I changed my order. I heard it could take some time before receiving the package but that wasn't a problem for me. After almost a month I received it, but, I didn't get 4 dresses, I got 2 dresses. One of them wasn't even a dress I ordered en the sizes weren't like they said. Because I changed my order I couldn't proove that I didn't got the dresses I ordered and now I just lost my money. Yay me.

It's actually a good site

After my last order (which they refunded me fully without me even asking) I ordered another 4 dresses... Fashionable Plunging Neck Asymmetric, Sweet Bowknot Backless Dress and High Waist Irregular Maxi Dress, they all sit beautifully. However, Spaghetti Strap Striped Slit Dress doesn't fit properly but it can be adjusted. Nevertheless, the fabric feels really nice and the "sleeves bit" can be adjusted so I'll definitely wear it. All and all I'll probably put another order through in the future.

Ordered a bikini and beach towel a few weeks ago and paid extra for shipping within 5-10 days. Still hasn't even shipped yet... says my order is processing and my order tracking number goes to a page not found. Reading these reviews I hope my stuff actually comes because I really liked them! Hope they do get to me :(

My first time I have placed an order on rosegal that's about two weeks now and I was giving tracking number but up to now, my tracking number is not updated on the courier website to track my package. I submitted ticket to them twice but they keeping telling me that the items will still ship since it takes
7 to 15 days. Now I don't even know where my package has reached.
Can you please tell me something so that I can take any action whether to ask for refund or something...?

It took a long time to arrive, then when I opened the package the stink of it nearly knocked me down.
The quality was absolute garbage. It looked like a great sale deal, and the pic looked really good. What crap. Be very careful it is too hard to get past the great pics and fake deals this site offers.

I discovered RoseGal through a friend and have placed several orders. I've had nothing but positive experiences. It is from China so be sure to check the size guides that are included with each clothing item as a lot of the sizes are different from American or UK sizes and the sizes can vary by piece. The shipping takes a bit longer but if you know that in advance it's not a big deal. Any minor issues I had were quickly resolved by helpful customer service agents. The quality I've seen in the products I've ordered has been wonderful. I cannot recommend this site enough.

I would not order from this site again. I ordered a blouse. It was more than 3 weeks after I placed my order in which I finally received an email to say it was shipped, it was then another 3 weeks before the blouse actually arrived. The material was cheap and there were tons of loose threads hanging off everyone on the blouse that I had to cut off. Furthermore it did not fit in the bust area even though I did check your supposed size chart.

A waste of time

I to order a dress and pair of shoes for a photo shoot. I still have not gotten my order and I paid for exited shipping.
I don't want to hear about weather or unforeseen issue. That's a sales person bull $#*! lie.(I did sales). I think what we all should do is a class action suit against them. And I will report them to the BBB.! This phone # is fake *******558

Bought a wig. The picture showed light blond mix, short and wavy. It came yesterday, it was dark and redish blond, to my shoulder & very curly on the ends. I tried calling CS, this a.m., said leave msg., and mailbox is full. I will not order from Regal again, as they are unreliable and am very disappointed and dissatisfied

Disappointed by the lies

I ordered 2 shirts over a month ago. When i emailed in to ask for a refund as my order had not been shipped yet, I immediately get a reply saying the order was shipped and my status had changed which is crap as I requested the refund BEFORE the order shipped. Now I am still waiting... based on these reviews, I am guessing this is a scam and I won't be receiving anything or my money back. NEVER order from them

Do NOT BUY anything from this company! The quality of their products is TERRIBLE! They ship from England but all of the products are made in China. The sizes are completely wrong. I wear an 18 - 20, so to be safe I purchased a pair of "wide leg pants" in a 2X. The length is just below my knee and they fit my daughter who wears a size 6. The 3X tops are about a size 10. I ordered "cashmere gloves" -- they are TERRY CLOTH. You can't contact them by phone and they don't answer their "support" emails. STAY AWAY!

Even though my very first order arrived broken, RoseGal took care of it quickly and efficiently and was able to fix my issue as well as offer me extra points for the inconvenience. They responded the next day and had the issue corrected within 3 days. Good for me not for mom
