There clothes are cheap and nice but delivery time takes forever? No customer service to call the number disconnects when called. Long as you can wait a month to get your items or you never need to talk to a human go ahead and order. Returning an item is a whole other issue.
Ordered two shirts and paid for shipping within 4-7 days. That was on November 29th. It's December 14th and I still have nothing. Contacted them and was told one shirt was on backorder. No mention of that in their website. Don't get jerked around by these folks!

Update: Rosegal ultimately refunded my money. I had filed a dispute with PayPal. At first, they offered to refund a portion of the extra I paid for priority shipping if I went to their site and filled out their forms. I rejected that offer. Subsequently, they offered a full refund. We planned to travel for Christmas and the package had no shipping record on their furnished tracking number more than two weeks after ordering so would have been of no use receiving after Christmas. The company did not state upon ordering that shipping would be from China.

Original Complaint: Items being marketed as Christmas Gifts are not likely to be received anywhere near time to use as gifts this year. I ordered three gifts and paid extra for Priority mail. They immediately acknowledged my order and sent me a message that the item was shipped and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number states that the item has not yet been received by the shipping company- UPS, but that only a label has been printed a week ago.

Had ordered 2 tops and then read these reviews. Was very worried about order and received it after 3 weeks. Tops were exactly as ordered and fit. I followed the sizing instructions for ordering and knew it would take time to get here from China. Love them and plan to order more clothing from them, loving the price and styles available..
I recently had a negative experience with the rosegal site in terms of clothing sizes/fit. After I wrote the review on here, I was contacted by a customer service agent letting me know that they are refunding my money and that the items were mine to keep or donate. They didnt demand i spend money to return the items in order to receive the refund. I did what the email asked, and responded to them on their site. The money was in my pay pal account within a day or 2 (I just checked today so it could have been back yesterday) either way, the complaints Ive seen about shipping times, and customer service, I have not dealt with. They have been respectful in their communication with me as well as very fast and efficient. I would love yo order from them again, if only the sizing issues didnt keep me from it. I am extremely pleased with their response to my issue and truly appreciate the fact that they care enough to reach out to me and make it right!
Well for all the negative reviews I have seen online for Rosegal I would like to write my honest experience. Everything I ordered came fast and fit me perfectly. My advice to any new people would be order up a size because as it states some items are smaller than US. I truly think my items look the same as what I saw pictured. Prices are great and all fit because I did size up so it would. Happy
I have just received my order, which was an inclined buttoned blouse. The size was right, the quality is decent. It took 15 days. The only minus: I have to reinforce the sewing of the buttons, one of them came off the minute I put the top on. I have to make sure that I won`t lose them. Overall impression: It is OK, I will probably buy again.
I placed an order on 11-15 and received it on 12-7. I wear an xl normally and ordered a hoodie and a symmetrical dressy top. Immediately after I placed the order, I read the reviews about sizing and thought I had made a big mistake. I know, I should have read the reviews first. Anyway, I contacted Rosegal through email and they changed the sizing for me. I had them change the hoodie to a 5x because I like them roomy and read where most everyone says their clothes run very small. On the dressy top only a 3x was available. To my surprise when I received them, they both fit well. So if you order WAY UP what size you normally wear, they will be a better fit. I will say I didn't have a problem with customer service and they responded back pretty quick. I probably will order again from them. Hope this helps someone.
It should be against the law for what these people are doing. What u order and see on line is not what u receive. Cheep materal and it takes about 5 weeks to get it and then there is no number to speak with a live person. They want u to go to a web site and leave a message and still no one returned calls or messages. Do not order from these people. They need to be stopped in what they are doing.

I've ordered 4 items on Black Friday, the day after I received a mail informing me that two of the items had been shipped and then nothing more but spam for the following week, now I went to open my mails and all of the ones from RoseGal had disappeared. Ive ordered from this site before and never had any problems. I recently ordered a jumpsuit for my 30th birthday and i havent recevied it. The processing time said item will be shipped out between 7-15 business days. I send emails but dont get accurate responses. Im jus really getting upset because i had to go locally and get an outfit so my BIRTHDAY is gonna be sad
It's simple really. Paid for dress. Dress doesn't come. Contact them. "Due to shipping we have to wait till 60 days after the dress was ordered to be sure it is lost before we give you a refund". Wait 60 days. Still no dress. Contact them again. "I'm afraid refunds are not valid after 60 days". This has got to be a scam

I ordered 2 tops. I wear a size 1X and know that Asian sizing can run small so I ordered 5X. The tops are way too small so their sizing is nowhere close. On the other hand, the style is cute and construction is OK, which is why they get 2 stars. My 2 tops were shipped in 2 separate packages but they only sent me one shipping notification. The tops arrived 6 weeks apart. They were rude and unhelpful when I finally figured out how to contact them ( Live Chat on their website). Finally got my second top, which I ordered in September, today. Will not deal with them again and will warn anyone away from them.
Edit: I did get my money back. Does not change my opinion of the company.

Rosegal helped deliver my order on time and no shipping costs. It also sorted out my shipping issues and I ordered another product from them to have shipped it to my family living abroad.
Wow. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. But like most, I feel that something "no good" is up with this company. You cannot email them or live chat. I haven't tried phone number yet but will try tomorrow... wish me luck. I ordered 3 items that stated they would be shipped in three business days. That was on November 4. On November 24, it said 2 of my 3 items were packaged and was given a UPS tracking number but it's been 5 days and UPS has not even received it. I had to buy other clothing locally in place of these items because it has taken so long. My paypal was charged immediately. I will contact paypal about this poor customer service along with the BBB, facebook and my facebook friends will definitely hear about it. Poor promises and customer services.
