Update: Rosegal ultimately refunded my money. I had filed a dispute with PayPal. At first, they offered to refund a portion of the extra I paid for priority shipping if I went to their site and filled out their forms. I rejected that offer. Subsequently, they offered a full refund. We planned to travel for Christmas and the package had no shipping record on their furnished tracking number more than two weeks after ordering so would have been of no use receiving after Christmas. The company did not state upon ordering that shipping would be from China.

Original Complaint: Items being marketed as Christmas Gifts are not likely to be received anywhere near time to use as gifts this year. I ordered three gifts and paid extra for Priority mail. They immediately acknowledged my order and sent me a message that the item was shipped and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number states that the item has not yet been received by the shipping company- UPS, but that only a label has been printed a week ago.
