I ordered sandals took a month to get to me. Did not know there in China. When u finally got them they were cheesy not good quality and they weren't USA size 9. The pic below shows you my size 9 sandal and there's on right. Not good quality they were suppose to be orthodox lol. They don't take returns and give refunds lol. Sad as I had ordered another pair in USA for 5 dollars cheaper and they were delivered in 5 days and were perfect. I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY WASTE OF MONEY.
There gold is not real even though it states 10k gold. It's all a lie. Dont but any jewlery. And then they ship in plastic bag so by the time you get it everything is ruined. I had 11 orders I won and 2 they never came so had to fight as the item no longer available? How can I win a bid and they demand payment and then I never get the item? Insane. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. 6 TO 8 WEEK DELIVERY IF YOU EVER GET IT. FRAUD

They were giving free canvas just pay shipping.
There clothes are cheap and nice but delivery time takes forever? No customer service to call the number disconnects when called. Long as you can wait a month to get your items or you never need to talk to a human go ahead and order. Returning an item is a whole other issue.

This is a true business that does care about you and tries to ensure fairness. I played a game for 15 hours straight and was in 1st place till the very end, thought I had 2 minutes but my computer must have lagged and it says 6 seconds and I lost. Was so upset as I spent a couple hundred and should have had 2 minutes. I emailed them. They were kind and compensated me. This is what real businesses do they care. I now am aware it can lag, rare but possible. Great customer service. Thank you.
Reasonable food prices but the food is AWESOME! They have salmon veg bowls that are to die for. They have chicken breastock bowls that are tender and juicy not dry! The shrimp screwed are yummy too!

I placed an order in the evening and when I received the confirmation email it had changed one of the items I order from black to purple. When I immediately called they were closed. I went on line again and the item was no longer offered. It was a Black or Purple Paws slap watch. When I called this morning as soon as they opened they stated that watch was sold out of black and that I took the last purple. I asked to please credit my account as I hated purple. Alex stated order was already shipping. I must say I was not happy. Its not the money but the fact that because black was sold out they sent me purple. Now I have to send it back which will cost me money. This is wrong and I will never use this company again. Poor customer service. Sadly. I donate hundreds yearly with Pet Rescue and will continue but never use this company again.
