It is very risky to order flowers from From You Flowers, especially if they are meant for someone important to you. I ordered flowers a week in advance for my wedding anniversary. On the evening of the delivery date, I received a notice stating that the flowers had been delivered, but no delivery had actually occurred. When I called customer service, the representative said that it seemed the flowers had not been delivered and assured me they would arrive the next day. Although I requested a full refund, which was granted, there was no apology offered. I also inquired about the carrier used for delivery so I could track the order myself, but they refused to disclose any information about the delivery process.
Extremely disappointed with my experience with For you flowers. I ordered flowers that never arrived, and the customer service was awfull.
Despite numerous calls and promises of 'tomorrow' delivery, the flowers never showed up. The lack of accountability and transparency was staggering.
Unfortunately, I'm still waiting to see if I'll even receive a refund. The constant runaround and lies have ensured that I will never be ordering from this company again.

Sent Thanksgiving flowers from Scotland. Spent nearly 100 dollars on a centrepiece with candles and they delivered a few half dead flowers. The flowers weren't in best condition. Roses were wilty and brown around the edges. I wish I read their reviews before placing my order.

First time order placed, got cancelled due to remote location. Fine, i got my refund and went elsewhere. Figured i will give them a second chance this past week. Delivery date was for Saturday, came to work Monday with VM that delivery was not made due to remote location! Never again i will use them. Worst flower service ever.
8/15/2024 Review on Fromyouflowers.com. Ordered funeral flowers, the day before. They promised delivery next day by 1 pm. I verified the time. They assured me they would be delivered on time. Service was at 4 pm. At 3:45 I called asking where the flowers were. She said they couldn't deliver even though their website tracking said flowers were out for delivery. These agents lie. One said they never made the arrangement. A second said the delivery guy can't make it. They wanted to make a substitution & deliver the next day. What good was that. Never buy from any online florists like them. The prices are cheap, but you'll never get your flowers on time if at all. Never again!
I've been very satisfied with the quality and variety of selections. Everyone to whom I've sent items from this merchant has had rave reviews. There has only been one customer service issue, but it was satisfactorily resolved.
My surprise delivery turned into a disaster. She received the wrong delivery and I did not find out until days later. They delivered someone else's flowers, with their personal message, to my recipient's address. Needless to say she was confused. When I called her a week later to ask her if she received the delivery order, because I was surprised that she didn't call to thank me, that's when we discovered the error. I called From You Flowers to complain and was told that they would waive the delivery fee and redeliver that same day (Saturday). She didn't receive the new / correct delivery until Monday. This ruined the "moment," and they had the nerve to send me an email for $15 off another order--as opposed to deducting that from the order they messed up. Never again. Not even for free!
I placed a get-well order of flowers for a close friend who had to have emergency surgery and paid for them to be delivered that day. They were NEVER received and when they finally were it was NOT what I order. They looked like cheap grocery store flowers. Absolutely disappointing. The only good thing about this service is they do respond fast and did rebate the same delivery fee. I would recommend you stay with a local florist.
The flowers were nothing like I ordered.it was suppose to be How sweet it is bouquet. Mostly Orange Roses. She received mostly pink and purple wildflowers This is the 3rd and last time I will order from them. Not worth the money spent.
Should have checked their Facebook page mentions before ordering. You get nowhere near what is sold to you and it appears they will just send whatever after looking at what other people ordered vs what they got. If you care about what you are sending you should give this place a hard pass.
This was the second time that I had used this company. The first time, the Prospect, KY flowers were beautiful and I was pleased. I sent a deluxe bouquet to my best friend in Fairlawn, OH yesterday. It was the florist choice which I found out is not a great option. I could have bought the same arrangement in a grocery store for $10 and not been charge $60.67. The company refunded $20.27, which they claim is 50%. Beware it's a gamble with each florist and I for one will stick with a local florist going forward!
So this is the second time I've placed an order. The first time I must have over looked costs because when you are getting for a loved one cost is not as important. However, this time I tried ordering a bouquet (33.90 on main page). I get to the check out page to review (49.99 for the bouquet). With the total (52.56 not a bad deal just didn't add up). I emailed them and asked about the price changes. They apologized and sent me a coupon code (save 14.99 and shipping). I typed in the code and the total was higher than originally was (53.74, not much but it was higher). So I called. You can only use one coupon is what I was told. And they could not answer my question on why the price changes. I have screenshots to prove all of the above quoted costs. I asked for a bigger discount to make it right. The supervisor said the most I can give you is 14.99 for shipping and don't let me get started on the shipping...

Southern Peach as gift was bait and switch. Advertised price was reverted back to non sale price at checkout and any hope for correction won't happen. Couldn't even upgrade the arrangement in fact it was diminished to a barely there nothing like the intended gift. What a highway robbery.! This gift should have been much more for the cost! So mad. The advertised photo and the delivered item.😕
I ordered the flowers on May 10 for mother's day when the arrived on May 11 we opened the box and they were all dead. We called and was told they would only refund 10% and send another arrangement then we got an e-mail saying they will reimburse 10% only The photos are what was sent and what was suppose to be sent.
They took the money and they didn't deliver the flowers.

On July 3 I ordered flowers for my daughters 50th birthday.(a once in a lifetime event).I added the additional cost for guaranteed delivery for July 5th.
July 5 comes and goes no delivery. On July 6 I began to get emails. Stated that the delivery could not be filled due to the fact that they had no florists in the area of the delivery. Buffalo NY. Also stated its because it was a "remote" area...Buffalo is the second largest city in NY state.I called. Was told the delivery would then be on the 8th.3 days after her birthday. And my guaranteed delivery fee would be refunded.After 12 phone calls and 27 emails later. And many many excuses as to why the arrangement has not been delivered. Always stating that the following day it would be delivered This happened from the 6-10 of July. Always rude and inpatient with me when I inquired what the issue was with my order.
Finally I just gave up and requested a full refund.
So for 8 days and several hours of my time. With stress and disappointment. I'm left with no arrangement for my daughter's 50th birthday!
