I use various services to delight my closest people and if I want to buy flowers I order them only here, because I am sure in their quality, so to speak. They are blooming, Tulips can stay for a couple of weeks without any hint on withering. Maybe this is the magic of my care after flowers, but my girlies are always happy to receive some bouquets during various holidays or maybe just on weekends. I am thankful to this service for providing me with such a big assortment of flowers and bouquets.

Why on earth would you email the recipient. I called the customer service and got a foreigner who I couldn't understand at all. So basically I will not be doing business with them ever again.
Worst experience I have ever had with a Florist. Would never recommend or use them again. Ordered flowers two days in advance for delivery. They not only said they were out of balloons for the order, but then never delivered the flowers. They had the nerve to say there was not a local florist to do them. First that is a lie, second, why would you not tell me until the day was over. It was a person's birthday! Horrible! Never use!

I am in Australia and have been ordering flower arrangements from From You Flowers. Last 2 Christmases, both arrangements were disappointing! The delivered item didn't look anything like the one posted on the website!
Ordered for Mother's day gift last week, a Pomegranate bonsai plant, it arrived on time (at least) but in a very appalling state! The vase was tilted on its side, soil everywhere and bonsai was wilted!
Still waiting for FULL refund!

With Covid hurting us financially we have become almost homeless. But an Anniversary is special so i made the sacrifice to get flowers. Bad idea to not go myself. They never showed up at all. They would not emmediately give a refund until "investigated" so i could buy others. Basically it ruined the needed surprise my wife needed for our anniversary. More disappointing than i can express. Would never recommend. Customs service is sub par.

Received only baby's breath - literally. I cannot believe it and the company made no attempt to right the wrong that ruined my mother's b-day surprise.
Non-delivery, charged me $183, disappointed both the intended recipient and me, made 100 excuses for non-performance (none valid). Seriously, if you can find another florist, I strongly urge you to do so as this lot are incompetent.
We ordered a deluxe wicker basket with lots of blue flowers.
The basket used was not what was shown. Only one blue flower and sparely filled. Was very disappointed and embarrassed. Horrible company to deal with. Its a complete waste of money and what you see is not what they deliver.

I ordered some flowers for my mom on Tuesday for Mother's Day, they allowed me to select between to 8th and the 9th. Let me also add they are way over priced! And shipping is ridiculous $14.99 for shipping is way over priced. They turned around last minute to tell me they can't deliver my order until the 11th. Now. It's too late to cancel and go elsewhere because it's the day before Mother's Day so I'm out of luck. They gave me 10% off like that's gonna make things better, WRONG! It doesn't they could have refunded the 14.99 for shipping and it still wouldn't have been okay. Plus when they give you a discount they Turn around and jack up the prices so your really not getting a discount or any type of deal. Total rip off!

Don’t order from this rip off company. Order from a local florist because you’ll get it in the time frame that they tell you and they won’t change the date on you. Small businesses within your community are WAY BETTER! This company sucks!

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day based on special ad. Received not what was advertised but a bouquet that looked old and not even resembling fresh as in ad. Appears like classic Bait and Switch in this business. Called company and emailed to report product. Received a coupon for a new order but refused to refund this costly unflattering bouquet. Absolutely warn others to be aware and look at reviews for this company referred to As Flowers From You!
Flowers were delivered dead. They only refunded me 1/3 of what i paid. This is a scam. I will never buy from them again.

The first time I completed the order I was surprised at the delivery charge. I put it through again and ordered the smaller size in the flowers and it still came through in the medium.....trying to lower cost. So I sent it through one more time and it did take the smaller bouquet (even though I really wanted the next size up). I appreciate the discount in prices and I'm sure they will be beautiful!!. I really appreciate that you are willing to deliver this during a "down" time.
Should have checked their Facebook page mentions before ordering. You get nowhere near what is sold to you and it appears they will just send whatever after looking at what other people ordered vs what they got. If you care about what you are sending you should give this place a hard pass.
Missed funeral, set up delivery to Home address, didn't arrive until a day later, dried vase, NO CARD! Not like picture, Lilies not even open! Shameful! Family flying out a day later, so they gave to me... please see photos... oh, and tracked delivery... they started in Tennessee... Funeral was in MINNESOTA! Where it it 25 degrees outside! Disgraceful
It was very important to me that my Mother received her flowers on the same day that I ordered them.
It would have been my parents 65th wedding anniversary, but my dad passed away in January of this year.
My Mom commented on how nice and kind the young girl who delivered them was to her and she called and said to me, "the flowers are just beautiful!."

I ordered flowers from foryouflowers.com and will never do it again. The flowers that showed up was wilted and not at all like it was in the picture. They wanted to send me another order after the event date and when I did not want to do that the offered me a 30% refund after more deliberating they upped it to 50%. Atleast I am getting something back some of my money. But I still had Togo and by more flowers for the event. Come on people make sure you use reputable flower shops to do work for you. This mistake ruined a special event for us

I had thought the flowers would ne from a local shop here in San Antonio. Instead they came out of Arlington Tx.
The package inside the shipping box was so tightly bound with plastic sheet wrap, elastic string loops and plastic ties that when carefully unwrapped, the flower heads had shriveled and the leaves were falling off.
I have to say, that heat may have been a large factor; I guess there's not much that could prevent that during our Texas summer.
Anyway, I hope that maybe by tomorrow, after an overnight in a vase of cool water and the pack of plant food, they'll perk up.
My boss had a baby and I choose what looked like a beautiful bouquet of flowers - when she posted the picture of what she received it was a total embarrassment - looked like my 5 year old went and picked a bunch of flowers and leaves from outside. None of the flowers in the photo were in the "bouquet". I also paid more for deluxe and it was tiny. If they get caught they send a partial refund. Absolute SCAM!

I ordered flowers 4 days in advance. They sent me an invoice and canceled my order without any notification or explanation. I had to call them when I found out the flowers were not delivered. They said it was because of a past dispute. Well if that's the case I guess this will be our 2nd dispute. Supposedly it's company policy to ask 2x to speak to a manager which they keep you on hold for a very long time. They should have sent out a notification so I could order flowers from somewhere else but it seems to be their company policy NOT to notify you. Do not use this company.

Check the BBC reviews on this company and other sites. Lots of people have had problems with this company. I recommend not using this company at all.

One dozen rainbow roses
The Warm Your Heart bouquet I purchased for $96.xx tax included with supposedly 24 stems of red carnations and red roses was a bunch of greenery and maybe 12 stems from the photo I received from the recipient. Not similar at all to the pic and definitely not worth $96!
DISSAPOINTED with the arrangement she received, and in addition to it, after speaking to two call center representatives on the other side of the globe to "add on" one item from their website to compensate for receiving a $25.00 worthy of a Premium cost arrangement that I have paid $71.29 for seemed to have fallen into deaf ears, all they said is that they have refunded $20.00, and I don't need the refund, as I have repeatedly stated, not sure since I am an Indian also speaking to call center agents from India, felt reverse discrimination.

I have nothing but issues when I ordered form you guys before and they are supposed to take 50% off plus shipping and so I was trying to order not only could they not find my information but was on the phone for 45 minutes got disconnected. So now I have to call back after going through the information. Now my coupon code is in the cart but when I get to pay for it it is charging the full amount again.
You charged me handling fees for each item delivered to the same address. So 50 dollars for 2 baskets and flowers overall. You should said that upfront before i got to the purchase screen. Felt deceived. If this was 15 bucks for all handling, id recommend you to friends. Bit for almost 65 dollars, i am not.
I ordered flowers for "guaranteed" next business day and paid the $18 delivery fee happily. "Delivery day" arrived and no flowers were received and eventually I got an email with no explanation saying they were delayed two days. That is not what a guarantee is and the company did nothing to resolve this problem. They are no cheaper than any other site but less reliable and have poor customer service, would recommend seeking out alternatives. I made an account specifically to write this review because the experience was so poor.

Don't use this site if you want your flowers delivered on a specific day reliably.
My Valentine's day flowers DIED the next day.
A week later I have yet to receive my replacement flowers.
