Someone ordered me flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day but they arrived a day late. On top of them being late they were not fresh and had already started turning brown and withering away. I'm not happy at all my day was spoiled. Take your money elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle and they don't look good at all.
I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day it was supposed to be a surprise but for some reason they decided to send her an email to let her know they might be delayed. Why on earth would you email the recipient. I called the customer service and got a foreigner who I couldn't understand at all. So basically I will not be doing business with them ever again.
Ordered flowers to hospital- sent my ups- got lost on the loading dock- found days later- wrong dead flowers- no custom vase or teddy bear, asked for replacement- said no only 20% refund- scam- had to notify my CC to do a stop
I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday who is in the US. She sent me a photo of the flowers and was surprised to see that the real flower looks significantly different from the one on the website. This is highly deceptive and not worth the expense!
The flowers never arrived.
I contacted the company on a daily basis and received canned, identical answers. There seemed to be no real 'person' behind the answers and I never did find out why the flowers were not delivered. They just kept promising... they will deliver by 6pm or they will deliver tomorrow, or they'll do it on Monday,. I contacted the company 5 times in all. Shop elsewhere, this service is a waste of time.
Order not delivered, customer services doesn't pick up the phone, their voice message states that they can't confirm delivery at this moment! (wondering what kind of support they provide otherwise), they obviously dont care.
Ordered 2 separate get well soon gifts. Both looked horrible & disappointing. I ordered a Hersheys basket, my daughter got old Halloween candy and Bacon flavored sunflower seeds!?! Just ordered flowering plant…a droopy, sad looking plant was delivered…not gonna make anyone feel better. I asked my friend to throw it away & hang the pic of what I ordered on her refrigerator.
Mother's day...I paid early. I paid extra...all you had to do was deliver your trashy 35 dollar flowers on time or tell me xouldnt...u did neither.your trash you didn't even acknowledge even after giving benefit of doubt.but no u single handedly ruined My wife's mother's day. You ruined my children's mother's day who saved for these flowers. I always go 1800flowers. Yet here we are I took chance and you didn't even care to explain or acknowledge...your a trash company and this is only beginning. Watch how I report the others you have done same to. You refund my money like that fixes it...your a fu king joke. Now it's bigger. You ruined whole day and didn't care.
Ordered 2 separate arrangements for 2 separate funerals. Neither made it to destination. It didn't help that the person we spoke to and I had a language barrier. I do understand that issues arise sometimes. But to still deliver within a reasonable time you wanted to charge another expedite fee. They refunded the original expedite fee. But at this point, I'm thinking as a courtesy, this should now be your responsibility in full. The sentimental value has been obliterated.
I'm just highly disappointed in this service as you trust in someone to take care of your personal touches and they foul it up. You don't get these moments back.

They sent my mom flowers a day late on Mother's Day and they were dead. Very disappointing customer service and appreciation for a day we should all hold dearly. I was also out of the country for this order which makes it more disappointing.
I ordered a specific bouquet with bright colorful multiple types of flowers …what was delivered was totally different. It had only two types of flowers and a lot of worm holed filler leaves, dead and broken flower stems.
I sent in a complaint requesting a replacement delivery. The reply was that I would receive a credit on my account …yeah right the credit was on their account for me me to get bamboozled into buying more flowers.No thank you! Never again will I order from them.
I would give 1 star if I could. Ordered Mother's Day flowers 5 days before Sunday. They arrived today, the box and flowers crushed. $70 for nothing. I have told them and hope they make it right, but Im not holding my breath.
Ordered flowers to be sent to my wife at her job and ordered expedited shipping (cost extra) to be delivered by 12noon and nothing ever showed up. Wife closed up and the surprise was ruined. I do this every year and a special day for her and I'm completely disappointed in this service! Called customer service told them my problem and asked for a refund. First Lady intentionally hangs up after giving me attitude. Called again and finally got my problem solved. NEVER trust this service (before noon)(expedited) especially if it's a super special day for your loved one!
I placed a delivery order for flowers to be delivered on my friend's birthday. When placing the order it gives you available dates that they can have them delivered. I chose 9/14. Well instead of these people calling me that morning to say that they screwed up, they sent an email and changed my delivery date. I was pissed because my friend already has been having a hard time so me and another friend figured that we would do something special for her on her day. Well these people screwed this all the way up. Then when I called to express my distaste they offered me $10 off my next purchase. Who in the heck wants to use this service again to redeem that funky $10? Be aware and warned that this company false advertises "next day" delivery. Spend a little extra and use a better company. They ruined her day and I am highly frustrated with this company. If I could rate them a zero I would.
I ordered a 179.00 worth of flowers 2 bouquets for Easter, one for my mom and one for my youngest sister, not only were they the wrong arrangement, some of the flowers were wilted, the roses in each arrangement died before they could open up, I've been talking with one of the agents for a week now trying to see if I could get some of my money back, or some kind of accommodation, shoot… them suckers sent me an 11.00 refund, I'm not happy at all, so I've decided to take this matter to a higher ground, I've been dealing with corporate, so far so good, I'll be getting a full refund. Thank you.
I placed an order for a standing spray for my Uncle's funeral service and it was never delivered! I opted for expedited fee and understand that the product would be delivered within 4 hours from the time that I selected but it was past the cut off time. Everytime I contacted the customer service they only gave me the run around that they were not able to contact the floral shop and or that they did not answer because they were in route to delivery. I even selected a time 5+ hours before the funeral service began in case delivery took longer than expected. So disappointed and would not recommend to any one to do business or order from this place!
I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day. The order came to $53.90. Below I added photos of what the arrangement was supposed to look like and the second photo is what was delivered. This is shameful! These flowers look like what a florist would sit aside when making an arrangement. This does NOT look like a $53.90 arrangement. I reached out to customer service and they said they were sorry and that they were giving me a partial refund - $10.54. I will NEVER order from them again. It's too late for me to order anything for her now because it is the Friday before Mother's Day. I live out of state so it's not easy to just drop off flowers from somewhere else. I can't even order them at this point because they will not be delivered until after Mother's Day!
I would highly recommend anyone that is placing an order to place it through a different vendor Valentine Day probably the biggest day of the year to have flowers sent to a loved one and you depend on them as they take your money to do what they're supposed to do and yet the flowers never show up and all they can tell you is they're sorry they won't reimburse you or do anything about it very poor quality customer service and business
I ordered flowers from foryouflowers.com and will never do it again. The flowers that showed up was wilted and not at all like it was in the picture. They wanted to send me another order after the event date and when I did not want to do that the offered me a 30% refund after more deliberating they upped it to 50%. Atleast I am getting something back some of my money. But I still had Togo and by more flowers for the event. Come on people make sure you use reputable flower shops to do work for you. This mistake ruined a special event for us
I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for my step daughters out of state. Only 1 order got delivered and it looked nothing like the picture online. When no I called to see where my be other order was they said it shows delivered. I said it's not my and wanted it to still be delivered. They said they could not do that but they could offer me 20% refund only. I refused and then they offered 30% then 50% until I continued with no. I finally got my full refund but it'll take a few days to receive. Wil never go through them again!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
