I decided to buy my girlfriend some flowers for Valentine's Day. I got on there website to order some for Wednesday and set it up and put in the business so she can have them delivered to her work. I typed all my information in and went to pay, but for some reason it declined the payment. I tried again having to type in the information again and again the card still didn't work. I tried a third time with the same card, and it didn't work yet when I went to the gas station down the road the card worked. So I tried again with my credit card and they it said some of the flowers aren't available anymore, so I gave it a shot with different flowers and payed with a credit card and it worked, but they were supposed to be delivered Thursday morning for one order and Friday for the other order. I waited until Thursday at noon and called the flower shop asking why it wasn't delivered before noon when I payed for the morning shipping. I was refunded, but they didn't say a word about it being late. We also agreed to have it delivered before 3 and when 2:45 came around I called again asking why it hasn't been updated on shipping and the lady said they rejected my order and when I asked why she said i don't know. I asked her when they would be delivered if I reordered and why no one said anything to me before I called. She had no answer and just kept putting me on hold then refunded and canceled my order on my request. I then went home from work and around 5PM I got an email saying my flowers were rejected because they didn't have the roses and asked me to pick another set of flowers. Friday morning comes around and I get a email and voicemail asking to pick another set of flowers, so I called them again and asked them about the order then asked them to cancel the order a second time since it didn't get canceled the first time. My second set of flowers arrived at my girlfriend's house and come to find out they swapped the lilies out from star gazer lilly to a normal white lily which is the only reason I bought that bouquet in the first place was due to the star gazer lilies being my girlfriend's favorite flower. Throughout the whole thing no one said they were swapping out the flowers, and the lilies were dying and did not look good when they arrived. They sent a custom vase that I wanted, but it was chipped when it arrived. The shipping started in another state and shipped to Texas that morning and was delivered around 3 in a box and it went fast and easy, but the quality and communication wasn't great.

Worst Gift Experience I've Ever Had

I wanted to give a good friend who'd moved to another state a floral arrangement for Christmas. I selected the arrangement and set it up for delivery on Dec. 12th, as that would give her lots of time to enjoy it before the holiday. I received an email from FromYouFlowers.com (FYF) on the 12th saying it had been delivered. I waited for my friend to text or call and let me know she'd received it. Didn't hear a word, so on Christmas I asked her about it--she said it never came.
I called FYF and let them know; they said they had to do an investigation into it and would let me know the results in 24 hours. Never heard back from them. Called them again and FYF said they were so sorry, and confirmed it hadn't been sent. I asked them to send it on New Year's Eve instead, and they promised they would. Then on Dec. 28th my friend called to say she'd just received the first arrangement.
I called FYF and said b/c they'd sent her Christmas arrangement 3 days late, I'd still like them to send her a different arrangement on New Year's Eve; they said they would, but one never arrived on the 31st either. I called FYF back and they said they were so sorry, they could send the second arrangement on Jan. 3. That one never arrived, and when I called FYF, they said they were so sorry, they could have the 2nd arrangement sent on Jan. 9. By this time I was furious, and they agreed to upgrade the arrangement to "Deluxe." That one didn't arrive either! When I called to find out what the HELL was going on, they said they were so sorry, they'd upgrade the arrangement to "Premium" and have it there by Jan. 11. The arrangement FINALLY arrived, but it certainly wasn't a "Premium" bouquet or even a "Deluxe"...it looked like an average, ho-hum arrangement.
I'm so disgusted by FYF and this entire experience. I would advise anyone to stay far away from this organization.

I placed an order two weeks before i needed to have it delivered for my wife's big 40th birthday on 22nd. On the 22nd i worked from home so i can make sure i received those flowers and give it to her that night. That afternoon nothing. I reached out to foryouflowers via online chat and they apologized saying that they can't make it with the flowers, and they are sorry etc and will upgrade the flowers n guarantee it will get to me the next day priority delivery. I was not happy but will be busy taking my wife out to dinner etc so if it gets here the next day in the morning or early afternoon that will be fine… on the 23rd again i try to work from home just in case they try to deliver. By 1:00 pm nothing (deadline is 6:00 pm set by their company) at this point i reached out to them again online chat and again they said it will be delivered today because now it is out for delivery. Ok no problem as long it gets to me early afternoon before my wife gets home than that is still fine. Now it is 5:30pm still no flowers, so i once again reached out to them via online chat and once again was told it is out for delivery. I asked them 1) i was told yesterday this will be priority delivery today why is it so late… (no answer) 2) i asked them deadline for delivery is set by your company at 6:00 pm and now it is 5:40 what guarantees do i have it will be here in the next 20 mins? At first no answer so i pushed and now the agent said I have seen delivery arrived between 7-730. (not impressed or believe them as this seems to be just another empty promises, the boy who cried wolf). I did wait till 8pm and nothing… Now it is the next day on the 24th at 10:10 am still NO FLOWERS. Side note the 3rd online chat when i spoke with the agent he/she told me to call an 800# which is their automated 800# that you can't get anyone to talk to other than bot. As i've already done so n entering my order number into their automatic system and only gotten a reply "can not locate your order." I told the chat agent to call their 800# n he/she said "I am not authorized to call that number." WHAT? You are not authorized to call your company's 800#? WHAT KIND OF JOKE IS THIS!

Follow up…
After messaging them on their Facebook page and posting what happened on yelp (which now they must have deleted or hide my yelp post as i can not see it anymore). They told me their supervisor will call me. I told them not to call me as i do not want to talk to them. If they have anything to say they can email me as i want it in writing. The next day on the 24th i got a missed call from their 800# with no voice mail. If your supervisor really wanted to talk to me than leave a voicemail!
They did issue a refund in the early afternoon on the 24th, but said will take a few days to clear. We will see if that will process or just another empty promises just Like their deliveries.

THIS IS ONE IF THE WORST FLOWER COMPANY I'VE EVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH. VERY BAD BUSINESS AND SERVICE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ABSOLUTELY ANYONE TO USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL. PLEASE DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY WITH THEM. I ORDER A FLOWER ARRANGEMENT ON WEDNESDAY JANUARY 5,2022 AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9am -11am AND THAT THEY WERE LOCAL IN RALEIGH NC. THEY BEEN IN BUSINESS FOUR YEARS AND HAD COMPANIES AROUND THE WORLD. JUST TO FIND OUT THURSDAY THAT THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED AT ALL AND THEY WERE ACTUALLY STATION OUT OF CINCINNATI DIDN'T HAVE A COMPANY ANYWHERE IN NC. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT HAVE AN COMPANY IN NC THE FLOWERS WERE BEING DELIVERED BY UPS COMPANY‍ CONFUSED AS HELL AFTER I CALLED BACK TO SEE WHY FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED IM BEING INFORMED ALL THIS INFORMATION THE THIRD TIME I CALLED JUST TO BE TOLD THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED BY 9pm AFTER BEING TOLD THE SECOND TIME 6pm. BAD BUSINESS AND TRANSACTION. AFTER I SPOKE REPRESENTATIVE SHE TOLD ME SHE COULD ONLY GIVE 20% OF MY MONEY BACK SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND RHAT WOULD TAKE 1-3 BUSINESS DAY. SO ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR SHE CLAIMED SHE REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK AND SHE'S SORRY BUT THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED BY 8PM ‍WHEN I WAS TOLD WHEN I FIRST ORDERED THEY 9-11am THEN WHEN I CALLED FTER BEEN INFORMED THEY HAD BIT BEEN DELIVERED BY DAUGHTER I WAS THEN TOLD BY 6PM WOW 6 PM STILL NO FLOWERS. THEN CALLED BACK AT 9 STILL NO FLOWERS JUST TO BE TOLD THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED FRIDAY LOL AFTER I PLACE THE ORDER WEDNESDAY 1/5/22 HERE IT IS FRIDAY AND STILL NO FLOWERS NOR REFUND. I CALLED MY BACK AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE TRANSACTION IS NOT SHOWING ANY REFUND WHATSOEVER. CALLED JUST FOR YOU FLOWERS BACK SPOKE WITH ANOTHER QUITE ON QUOTE SO CALLED SUPERVISOR AND HE GIVES ME SOME BOGUS REFUND NUMBER THAT MY BANK SAY DOESN'T EVEN EXIST. THIS COMPANY FULL OF IT AND I AM GONNA TAKE ACTION LEGALLY. THIS A BUNCH OF BULL CRAP

Avoid at all cost!

This place is absolutely terrible! I ordered $94.13 of flowers, what I thought was a nice vase, bear and chocolates to be delivered on Friday 9-10-21 for our 39th anniversary which is 9-11-21. This was to be delivered to the school my wife teaches at and was clearly stated on the order form. I assumed after looking at their first web page they would be coming from a local florist. That is not the case! They ship them in a box and they have to be assembled. You have to look for this info and you know what the flowers look like after spending 3 days in a box with no water and UPS handling! Needless to say, the flowers did not show up by the end of day. If you look around on the their website, it does state by 5pm for a business, but also says by end of business day. The school does not stay open until 5pm as their end of business day is 4pm. After over an hour on Chat Friday evening with three different people in customer service, I discovered there is no such thing as 100% guarantee. It is a flat our lie to get your business. I explained to them the flowers did not show up. They said give it until 5pm. I explained the school was closed and would not be open again until Monday. They then stated if no one there, they would deliver the next day. I reiterated to them the school was closed until Monday! Sheez! They offered a 10% discount. I told them that was an insult, to just keep it. Then finally got another person, "supervisor" who said they could help. (while waiting I received a $8.56 credit. WTH?)What another waste of time. Said they would reship the order for Tues delivery and 50% credit. The promised me they would delivery before the end of the business on Tues. By now it is past 5 pm on Friday and no delivery. I ask them what now? Same answer of redeliver and 50% credit. Feeling just beat down, I agreed as something was better than nothing. I then received confirmation of a $12.84 credit. For a total of $21.40 Then came another chat session on Monday morning. I told them I did not get my 50% refund and to just cancel the Tuesday delivery I was done with the lies and broken promises. They said it was too late cancel the order and promised it would deliver on Tues. I then received another credit of $12.84 which now makes my credit $34.24. I stated that their math skills needed a little work as I still did not have my 50% credit. They then stated the credit was only on the arrangement, nothing else. Was I surprised? Not at this point. Needless to say, the flowers did not show up on Tuesday until 6:53PM, were left by door of school all night and located on Wednesday morning. Just more salt in the wound. Trust me, you are better off spending a little more money to go through a local florist than to try and deal with this company. I will never, ever use them again. My wife has received flowers on time for the past 38 years and this experience was crushing for me as she did not get them this year. Not to mention the flat out lies about 100% guarantee, that is hogwash! I only posted this in an effort to help folks to not have to the deal with the miserable process I have been through. As other have stated, I have no clue where they get all of their 5 star ratings. I sure there is something fishy with as well. Oh and colorful vase I paid for was actually a clear vase with a piece of paper you had to stick in it. Please do yourself a favor and buy local.

I placed an order through From Your Flowers through the phone on 02-14-2021 at 9:41 AM. My order was successfully placed, was paid and I was given the correct details as to where and whom I wanted the order to go to. The lady on the phone assured me that it would be delivered that that, 02-14-2021. I recieved a confirmation email at 9:52 AM on 02-14-2021. I then received an email at 7:43 PM on 02-14-2021 that my order has successfully been delivered to the address. I contacted the recipients the following day on 02-15-2021 to ask if they had received it, they told me no. I then became confused wondering why I had gotten reassured my order would be delivered on the 14th and also gotten an email later saying it was delivered if it in fact was not delivered. I called From You Flowers at 11:06 AM on 02-15-2021 and explained to the gentleman what was going on, he basically said he was unsure. He said the florist was unable to respond at the time to give any answers as to why this has happened. He told me he would leave a message to the florist to have the order delivered ASAP, I couldnt get any information as to what is going on which just made me frustrated. I called back later at 1:42 PM to see if perhaps the florist has responded, if the order is on it's way to be delivered but again, the person I talked to was unable to answer my questions and concerns. He told me to florist has not responded yet & they're unable to be reached at this time due to them being busy. They told me I'd receive an email when the order has been delivered, it have not received any emails from them that whole day. I decided to join a Chat with someone from From Your Flowers to see if I could get someone that could at least give me some information. I got in a chat with them at 7:01 PM and talked to Christnoviem, once again I explained what has been going on. One of the messages they sent me said, "Christnoviem - With regard to your concern, we are sorry for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. We are currently following up with the filling florist and once the non-delivery is confirmed on their behalf, we will contact you. Please rest assured, we will be sure to get in touch as soon as possible to come to the best resolution to this matter and proceed with the order how you please. We are available for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience.", "We are still waiting on the florist's response on this issue." I then asked, "Any idea how long it'll be before you hear from them?", "How long does it typically take for the florist to reply?" They answered with, "It would depend on the florist you can come back for an update after an hour or two." I hope you realize this has been going on since 9:41 AM 02-14-2021 and I am writing this on 6:18 AM on 02-16-2021. What was suppose to be something special for someone to surprise them on Valentine's day turned out to be such a headache. I understand if they were too busy to deliver it on the 14th but they should not have given me an email stating it was delivered and then still, two days later it has yet to be delivered and they dont have any information to give me. Its frustrating, its aggravating. I just want my questions answered.

My experience with From You Flowers was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered the following day, before noon. I even called to verify with them that they would make it, stating I was willing to pay even more if necessary, but they assured me they would be there by noon, no problem. 11:50 the following day comes and the flowers still hadn't arrived so I called to see where they were at, as it was almost 12. They hung up on me, hopefully on accident. I called again and was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes. Then the customer service rep said they are out of the purple mug vase that my chosen bouquet comes in, and asked if they can use a floral patterned one instead. I asked if I can have a discount for it since no one let me know about it until I called twice, and because the delivery eas already late. He said no. I said whatever go ahead and use the floral mug vase. He put me on hold for another 5 minutes. Then he said they can have the flowers delivered in the next 2-3 hours. And they won't even be there by then. So I said let's just go ahead and cancel the order. He argued with me for 3 minutes. Saying well I already sent it over to the florist how are we supposed to do that? I said obviously they haven't started on my flowers because it will take 3 more hours. It should be easy to cancel the order and to refund me. He said what if I offer to call the recipient and say it is our fault they didn't get delivered? I said no I want to cancel and be refunded. He said what if we take 20% of the purchase? I said no I just want to cancel the order and be refunded. He said what if we change the address we deliver them to? I said no. They won't be reachable, they won't be there, there is no point. I do not want anything other than to cancel the order and to be refunded my money. He sighed and said fine then put me on hold again. I was on hold for almost 20 minutes before he came back on the line and said the order would be canceled and I should be refunded the money. Then he hung up on me. Then 1:45 comes around and the delivery driver for the flowers texted me saying no one was at the residence to deliver the flowers to. So the customer service rep did not completely cancel the request. The deliverer was very kind and called their manager and got it worked out so it is actually canceled and I will be refunded. But this was such a painful process that I do not recommend this company to anyone, all because of their customer service agents.

I have ordered floral arrangements off the site fromyouflowers.com three times over the last 12 months and 2 out of 3 orders over 12 months were NOT delivered on the day requested, and at least one of those orders had a floral arrangement that was not even close to as pictured.

My overall customer satisfaction over 12 months is at ~30% -- I can confidently say that I will NO LONGER BE USING THEIR SERVICES.

Things to consider if you want to order off their site:

--- From You Flowers customer reps have acknowledged and condoned that email delivery confirmations get sent prematurely by the floral vendor(s) they use, and they do not follow up with these shops to verify unless you make a complaint with them

--- They do not release information about the Floral shops they work with, so you are unable to follow-up with the source on your own

--- 2/3 of my orders were not delivered on the date requested - so I would not recommend their service if timing is important to you

Most recent experience - Ordered Jan 30,2020 1:31pm EST, requested delivery date of Feb 5 2020 day of birthday), ordered Birthday flowers + XL Teddy bear
--- Arrangement currently UNKNOWN, as FROMYOUFLOWERS does NOT know where the order is at this time
--- Has NOT been delivered, thus was NOT delivered on the requested date

The 2 customer reps I spoke to over the phone, albeit polite, admitted that the floral shops they commission may send confirmation of delivery PREMATURELY and FALSELY. They explained very casually to me that sometimes their florists will send an email confirmation of delivery when the flowers have left their shop and NOT when it is actually delivered to the recipient -- they stated this as a known fact, as if this was acceptable.

It may just be me, but when I get an email with a Subject line that reads, "From You Flowers order #--------- was delivered," and a body of the message explicitly stating, "Thank you for your recent purchase with From You Flowers! Our records show that your order has been delivered to FirstName LastName on 02/05/2020," I expect that my order was actually delivered.

They have refunded me 30% of my order, which is fine and appreciated; however, I will no longer be ordering from them in the future.

SUGGESTIONS:
--- Establish some type of QA that confirms actual delivery of the order
--- Institute a requirement with their floral vendors to only send a confirmation of delivery when ACTUALLY delivered, and NOT when the flowers have left the shop
-- OR, they could even do a 2-step confirmation that holds accountability to both the floral vendor and From You Flowers, where there is 1 confirmation of pickup from the shop and 2nd confirmation upon ACTUAL DELIVERY

I would think that paying $14.99 for Service/Handling which is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction (as the rep told me over the phone), that creating some type of 2-step confirmation system would not be an unreasonable request.

More Details.
First experience - Feb 2019, Birthday flowers, arrangement was as advertised, and delivered on date requested - satisfied customer, will use service again

Second experience - May 2019, Mother's Day flowers, flowers in arrangement were NOT as expected but still OK, was NOT delivered on date requested (not as upset because this was on a holiday, and my first experience was good so I thought this was a one off) - unhappy with late delivery, but will try service again as they are 1 for 2.

Third experience - listed above. This time around I was more upset as I ordered with more than enough time to have it ready for delivery by the requested date and it was not a national holiday, so I did not expect it to be as busy a day of delivery as my last order for Mother's Day 2019.
