DO NOT USE HIDDEN BOTANICS. I saw a lot of mixed reviews and I can assure you that the positive ones are being paid for. If I could give this no stars I would. This company is a scam, do not purchase. I received my order. First of all the box was completely smashed in. It was not labeled fragile or handle with care. None of the pieces look like they do online. Online they look beautiful and bohemian. In person they look like literal garbage, like garden trimmings. They also have this blue dye on them that comes off on my hands. See photos - what I ordered versus what I received. I can't use these for my wedding and now I have to figure out something else last minute. I asked for a refund and they said my only choices are to pay for return shipping and either 1) get 100% store credit or 2) get a 70% refund…. They keep the 30% as a "restocking" fee… which is laughable cause the only place these are going is in the trash. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. False advertisement and then they get to keep their 30% once you realize it…. My wedding in 2 MONTHS. I do not need to be dealing with this. I ordered them August 2024, and now I'm scrambling to book a florist. I haven't received my 70% refund yet, we'll see if they even follow through on that or if it magically disappears. Worst experience I've had with any company.

Items received do not match ad or pictures, be warned. Ordered a different size bouquet as wanted smaller than XL but it's missing several types of the plants depicted, and cheap-looking ones have been substituted in their place. Buttonholes also do not match plants in ad. Seller refused to recognise they have legal obligation for items sold to match description given and instead offered me money off a future order… why would I want to order from a seller that I now don't trust?! Buy at your own risk. Now left in the lurch right before my wedding.

Beautiful beautiful flowers. Just much smaller than expected/wanted so I couldn't use it for the original purpose, but that's on me for not reading the details and measuring fully. Really love the arrangement and color.

Absolutely beautiful! A little bigger than I thought but the colours are just stunning and it sits wonderfully in my hair!. Seller was also amazing, my phone played up and I accidentally ordered 2, she refunded me super quickly and was so helpful!

A beautiful arrangement which we think will look gorgeous on our flower girl. The original piece didn't turn up in the post out of no fault of the seller. When informed they remade and re delivered within 2 days of contact. So great service all round.

This bouquet and matching bridal party set is absolutely beautiful! Shipping packaging could have been a little better as the bouquets are a little flattened, but it's to be expected when shipping overseas. Overall, I love these flowers and customer service was stellar!

Blown away completely - our flowers arrived so quick, and we married overseas so had to be packed in half of my cabin case with lots of tissue and remained fully in tact! I'm so impressed. They are absolutely beautiful and are now taking pride place in a vase at home as they last so long after too, but they really brought everything together on our wedding day; we had so many compliments. I purchased the large bouquet and matching boutonnière and the pricing was also so reasonable! Thank you so much for our gorgeous flowers!

After some research regarding dry flowers and crowns I retracted compliant. Each item will not look the same with colors etc because they are custom made. That being said it is good quality and quite full. However, it could use some more orange in the crown and less babys breath. Overall I love the look of this crown and the smell is amazing. I'm going to add a few colored flowers but overall I think this will be great for my boho wedding.

Flowers were delivered on time and carefully packed. The big box they were in was a little less sturdy than I'd like but everything I ordered arrived safely. Make sure to put the flowers upright to let them "bloom" so they're nice and fluffy ;)

I love the shape and silhouette of this bouquet, it's such a unique image that really brings the room together. The fragrance is amazing without being overpowering too!

See my other review about seller communication being great, but this bouquet is truly beautiful and I can't wait to use it on my wedding. Ignore the stupid face - but it does show how big a large one is.

The bouquet is really beautiful. However, it was sent in a package that was far too small, so some flowers broke off. After a rearrangement and some hot glue it still looks very nice. Unfortunately no concessions from the dealer. Nevertheless, I keep this bouquet.

The item came in and it was not damaged in any way, which was my fear with dried flowers. Also, it surprisingly smells very nice, so there's an added bonus. Good job, and thank you! :)

Absolutely perfect bouquet, I can't believe how stunning they are in real life I ordered 4 bouquets and buttonholes to match and they all arrived earlier than expected and were well packaged. Cannot wait to use them for our wedding

My bouquet and hair pins arrived smashed and falling apart, however when I brought it to the attention of the seller they were immediate to respond and offer a refund. The product might have been damaged, but the customer service was wonderful.

Amazing quality! I carefully separated the pieces, and repurposed them to make 6 bridesmaid bouquets with other dried elements I had collected. Fast shipping that kept everything in great condition! Thanks!

Gorgeous items, super high quality. Felt like a princess wearing them. Processing and shipping are slow tho (7 working days processing + more days shipping, as written in the desc), should take it into account when ordering.

Lovely flowers! On arrival they were a bit squashed and I messaged the seller for advice. They gave me some great tips and now the flowers are looking beautiful and ready for my wedding next week! Their scent is amazing too!

Stunning! I ordered the small and it was plenty large! Really excited to wear this hair comb at my wedding. Photo is in hair but hair stylist will do a better job of placement in sure. A couple very small bits do come off in the box in shipping but it's beautiful and I don't think noticeable at all. Worth the wait shipping from the UK to US :)
