The quality of the bouquet was stunning and smelt gorgeous. I got so many compliments and I highly recommend. I also ordered the matching buttonhole, which arrived with the rose looking squashed and flat. I messaged the seller who said that is just how they come, but I didnt really understand how the rose on the bottonhole could look so different compared to the roses on the bouquet. Everyone mentioned this on the wedding day too so I know ot wasnt just me! Something to be mindful of if you are planning on ordering both. Photos attached.

Blown away completely - our flowers arrived so quick, and we married overseas so had to be packed in half of my cabin case with lots of tissue and remained fully in tact! I'm so impressed. They are absolutely beautiful and are now taking pride place in a vase at home as they last so long after too, but they really brought everything together on our wedding day; we had so many compliments. I purchased the large bouquet and matching boutonnière and the pricing was also so reasonable! Thank you so much for our gorgeous flowers!

We ordered my wedding bouquet, hair pieces, and my husband's boutonnière from Hidden Botanics, and they were stunning! Ordering from their website was easy, and they arrived on time. They were beautiful and lasted through our elopement and reception party a week later.

These pins were absolutely perfect for my wedding hair! I had actually ordered these as a back up to the dried flower crown I bought elsewhere, which ended up not looking at all like the colors in the listing. That was not the case for these! Very accurate coloring portrayed in the listing and the ability to place each pin was such a bonus! I'll even be able to use them again. This shipped from UK to Boston very quickly from what I was anticipating as well! Overall fantastic experience with this product. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful! A little bigger than I thought but the colours are just stunning and it sits wonderfully in my hair!. Seller was also amazing, my phone played up and I accidentally ordered 2, she refunded me super quickly and was so helpful!

Took a little longer to arrive then we had hoped, but the seller was really good at following up with issues with the post service so it wasnt their fault at all. Luckily I had ordered just the 1 boquet as a sample to see if the colours would work way before my wedding, and the colours are perfect. It is wonderful quality and I am now going to go order the rest of the flowers that we need for the day! Very exciting!

Stunning! I ordered the small and it was plenty large! Really excited to wear this hair comb at my wedding. Photo is in hair but hair stylist will do a better job of placement in sure. A couple very small bits do come off in the box in shipping but it's beautiful and I don't think noticeable at all. Worth the wait shipping from the UK to US :)

I love this flower crown, it is beautifully crafted and the colours are perfectly autumnal. When I needed help tracking my order, the seller was straight on it.

The flower crown didn't ship very well to the United States. It already lost some flowers and petals during its travel before opening the box. When I put kn the crown to test the size (which was great) I got several petals in my hair and I really don't think it'll make it through the day of our wedding. Also, the flowers on the crown do not go all the way around as pictured (which is one of the reasons why I chose this product). It was disappointing to discover that.

Beautiful beautiful flowers. Just much smaller than expected/wanted so I couldn't use it for the original purpose, but that's on me for not reading the details and measuring fully. Really love the arrangement and color.

A beautiful arrangement which we think will look gorgeous on our flower girl. The original piece didn't turn up in the post out of no fault of the seller. When informed they remade and re delivered within 2 days of contact. So great service all round.

Super sad about my experience, had such high hopes! Ghosted me after I made my $1500 deposit, no response to emails after 6 months, absolutely zero customer service. Requested a refund and haven't heard back. Had to contact my credit card company.

I'm sure they'll just delete this anyways, like they seem to do with all negative reviews. I'd avoid this company - weddings are too precious and expensive to work with such a dodgy company.

The quality of the bouquet is stunning. However, it didn't look anything like the bouquet advertised. Also, there was some damage to the bouquet that occurred during shipping. Excellent customer service. I reached out, and they were willing to accept a return for a refund. Although, I opted for a partial refund as I'll take the bouquet to a local florist to recreate the bouquet in the picture. Thank you for this beautiful bouquet and for righting what could've been a fiasco!

The bouquets had the grassy part wrapped around the entire outside, so you could only see the flowers from the top looking down, rather than from the front, which is what you would expect for a bridesmaid bouquet. I ended up taking all of the bouquets I ordered apart and redoing them myself. They were beautiful after some reconstruction, but I spent a lot of time that I didn't want to spend doing that. The bouquet is really beautiful. However, it was sent in a package that was far too small, so some flowers broke off. After a rearrangement and some hot glue it still looks very nice. Unfortunately no concessions from the dealer. Nevertheless, I keep this bouquet.

It's beautiful! I am going to wear it for my civil wedding ceremony and maybe my hen party. It is quite fragile, so I imagine I won't get to use it more than a couple of times, but it is worth the price!

Customer service was top notch! Love everything about this bouquet. The smell is so comforting too, which I wasn't expecting. I only wish it was larger, but honestly 10/10.

I did not receive the comb ordered for my wedding. Communication with the seller did not go very well. I opened a dispute once the indicated delivery date had passed, the seller having replied that it could take up to 6 weeks and that the time indicated when placing the order is not the actual time. Etsy customer service gave me a full refund, thank you.
