Ordered this a month before I needed it. I'm in the US so I expected it to take a while to receive it. I did receive it before my wedding. It was for my flower girl. It was shipped perfectly and was exactly as described. Great quality and I was very happy with my experience.

Absoloutely stunning bouquet! I was so excited to order this as I have known I wanted it to be my wedding bouquet for months now. It arrived well packaged and is exactly as beautiful as I expected. Communication from the seller was lovely too.

HBotanics created the most beautiful dried flower bouquets for my wedding. I had a large one for myself as the bride and four matching smaller bouquets for my bridesmaids. They were also able to create a very beautiful matching flower crown as a "bespoke item" and several matching boutonnieres. This made our whole wedding look really come together. I purchased the flowers about a month before the wedding and they arrived in plenty of time. The flowers will keep for a long time and be a lovely reminder of our special day.

Beautiful item! I bought the clips with the hair crown which I thought I didn't need but it was a bit windy so needed them on the day. Butoneer for the groom was beautiful too! Very happy with this!

My experience with Hidden Botanics was terrible because the product arrived with ants crawling all over it AND the customer service personnel ignored my situation. Here are the facts - you judge for yourself:
-- received the product from Hidden Botanics on Friday July 28 and notified them immediately that it contains bugs
-- Hidden Botanics responded on July 31 with instructions to purchase the item again and pay for expedited handling and shipping - did not take responsibility for the defective item or offer any reimbursement of any kind
-- Aug 1 pleaded with them to take responsibility for the defective product but my email was ignored and I have not received a response
-- Aug 5 the wedding took place and, needless to say, last minute arrangements had to be made for the bride's bouquet.

I was cheated out of $111.00 by Hidden Botanics - Order #7484

This flower crown was beautiful; I wore it for my wedding. The one issue I had with my order was the untracked shipping. Granted, I should have looked more thoroughly at the shipping policies, but I found it odd that the default shipping option was untracked. Thankfully, the item arrived in time for my wedding, but the shipping estimate was slightly off.

Ordered a bridal bouquet and boutonnière for my wedding. Was super excited to have found a dried flower bouquet that was the shade of purple that would match my wedding colors. When they arrive the arrangement was great, but the color was not like the advertised pictures. The colors were much more muted and a blue/purple periwinkle rather than plum/lilac color as the pictures show. I was disappointed with the color and after reaching out to the seller, I was only offered a discount if I were to buy through their store again. Why would I buy from their store again if I've already been disappointed with the product I received and wasn't offered a solution?

Bought a large bouquet, 6 medium, 1 small and a crown for my wedding. I'm so in love with the bouquets I received! They're more beautiful than I expected!

Flowers and buttonholes are absolutely gorgeous and smell amazing, can't wait to walk down the aisle with these. Arrived in the estimated delivery dates too. Very pleased.

The shipping and customer service was spot on. I am a little disappointed that some flowers are already falling off, and some were damaged during transit.

These flowers are of the highest quality. I had a beautiful bespoke flower crown made to match my bouquet. It looked incredible and I had so many compliments throughout the day.

Slightly squashed when delivered, but hoping it fluffs out in time for my wedding. Sheds an awful lot but expected with dried flowers. Beautiful to look at.

Customer service was top notch! Love everything about this bouquet. The smell is so comforting too, which I wasn't expecting. I only wish it was larger, but honestly 10/10.
