These flowers were absolutely perfect for my wedding. They matched our accessories and groomsmen's ties so perfectly. The seller was very easy to deal with and they came very fast despite being a bespoke order.

Took a little longer to arrive then we had hoped, but the seller was really good at following up with issues with the post service so it wasnt their fault at all. Luckily I had ordered just the 1 boquet as a sample to see if the colours would work way before my wedding, and the colours are perfect. It is wonderful quality and I am now going to go order the rest of the flowers that we need for the day! Very exciting!

Beautiful headpiece, it's slightly too big for my head though so I'm going to have to try make it work. One of the ribbons can probably be taken off and re glued further up to make it fit. Very chuffed with how it looks though and excited to wear it on my big day.

The quality of the bouquet is stunning. However, it didn't look anything like the bouquet advertised. Also, there was some damage to the bouquet that occurred during shipping. Excellent customer service. I reached out, and they were willing to accept a return for a refund. Although, I opted for a partial refund as I'll take the bouquet to a local florist to recreate the bouquet in the picture. Thank you for this beautiful bouquet and for righting what could've been a fiasco!

Parts of the crown flake off each time I pick it up, but I think that's to be expected with using dried flowers. I would have preferred if the flowers went all the way to the back of the crown, as it's much more like a headband than a crown. But for the price it's a pretty thing!

DO NOT USE HIDDEN BOTANICS. I saw a lot of mixed reviews and I can assure you that the positive ones are being paid for. If I could give this no stars I would. This company is a scam, do not purchase. I received my order. First of all the box was completely smashed in. It was not labeled fragile or handle with care. None of the pieces look like they do online. Online they look beautiful and bohemian. In person they look like literal garbage, like garden trimmings. They also have this blue dye on them that comes off on my hands. See photos - what I ordered versus what I received. I can't use these for my wedding and now I have to figure out something else last minute. I asked for a refund and they said my only choices are to pay for return shipping and either 1) get 100% store credit or 2) get a 70% refund…. They keep the 30% as a "restocking" fee… which is laughable cause the only place these are going is in the trash. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. False advertisement and then they get to keep their 30% once you realize it…. My wedding in 2 MONTHS. I do not need to be dealing with this. I ordered them August 2024, and now I'm scrambling to book a florist. I haven't received my 70% refund yet, we'll see if they even follow through on that or if it magically disappears. Worst experience I've had with any company.

Items received do not match ad or pictures, be warned. Ordered a different size bouquet as wanted smaller than XL but it's missing several types of the plants depicted, and cheap-looking ones have been substituted in their place. Buttonholes also do not match plants in ad. Seller refused to recognise they have legal obligation for items sold to match description given and instead offered me money off a future order… why would I want to order from a seller that I now don't trust?! Buy at your own risk. Now left in the lurch right before my wedding.

Super sad about my experience, had such high hopes! Ghosted me after I made my $1500 deposit, no response to emails after 6 months, absolutely zero customer service. Requested a refund and haven't heard back. Had to contact my credit card company.

I'm sure they'll just delete this anyways, like they seem to do with all negative reviews. I'd avoid this company - weddings are too precious and expensive to work with such a dodgy company.

They forgot to ship our order, first of all. After we contacted them about an update a month after we had ordered and paid in full, they finally "shipped" our order two weeks after, without ever really communicating that they had forgotten or were working on our order. Our package has been "on its way" to a shipping depot for over a month now. They closed all of our support tickets and blocked my wife on Instagram. Absolutely disgusting business practices and they should be ashamed. These are people giving them confidence for their weddings, and they are bending you over and then acting like YOU are the problem.

They reported my comment on ig as spam after I got frustrated my bouquet didn't come and they won't respond on email. They say all over the website it will be sent out in 7 days, mine was 9, I paid express international and they didn't provide international shipping. Since 10/01/23 there was no update on location and no response from them. I ordered 9/16/23 and it's 10/11/23 will not bouquet. Express shipping for what? Plus the late dispatch. Don't go here. Play it safe and go local.

I cannot describe how disappointed I am with this company. Even though I ordered in advance, the flowers arrived a week after my wedding. They arrived with the box crushed. I asked to return the flowers, they said they had a 30% restocking fee when their goods did not even arrive on time. That does not include the cost of shipping back to the sender. And when I showed the photo of the box their goods arrived in they said that I could not return them in the box they sent them in because it was too damaged. So, not only did the flowers not arrive on time. But they have made returning them a real struggle. They took no responsibility for the delay and made no effort to make this right. I do not recommend.

I was so excited to order a wedding bouquet from Hidden Botanics but ended up being the most stressful and worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with.
Flowers were completely shrivelled up when recieved and my options were: Return with 30% restocking fee, replacement of the flowers that were dead with all shipping and fees to be paid for by me, replacement of the dead parts so I could untie it and do it again myself. Customer service was slow to respond, I was running out of time and no matter which way I went it was going to cost more money for me to fix a defected product, never again and I would not recommend anyone I care about to take the risk on this mass produced rubbish.

The bouquets had the grassy part wrapped around the entire outside, so you could only see the flowers from the top looking down, rather than from the front, which is what you would expect for a bridesmaid bouquet. I ended up taking all of the bouquets I ordered apart and redoing them myself. They were beautiful after some reconstruction, but I spent a lot of time that I didn't want to spend doing that. The flower crown didn't ship very well to the United States. It already lost some flowers and petals during its travel before opening the box. When I put kn the crown to test the size (which was great) I got several petals in my hair and I really don't think it'll make it through the day of our wedding. Also, the flowers on the crown do not go all the way around as pictured (which is one of the reasons why I chose this product). It was disappointing to discover that.

I did not receive the comb ordered for my wedding. Communication with the seller did not go very well. I opened a dispute once the indicated delivery date had passed, the seller having replied that it could take up to 6 weeks and that the time indicated when placing the order is not the actual time. Etsy customer service gave me a full refund, thank you.

These were so incredibly beautiful! They surpassed all my expectations - even more stunning than what they looked in the pictures. I wore them at my wedding and everyone commented on how beautiful they were. Thank you so very much for making our big day even more special!

These pins were absolutely perfect for my wedding hair! I had actually ordered these as a back up to the dried flower crown I bought elsewhere, which ended up not looking at all like the colors in the listing. That was not the case for these! Very accurate coloring portrayed in the listing and the ability to place each pin was such a bonus! I'll even be able to use them again. This shipped from UK to Boston very quickly from what I was anticipating as well! Overall fantastic experience with this product. Thank you!

I had a beautiful bespoke flower crown plus matching boutonnieres made to match my bouquets for my wedding. The seller did an amazing job of matching them perfectly and making the order exactly as I wanted. I felt so special all day long!
