The customers service people were no help to me, I got a pretty quick response to my email threatening to report them to the BBC. (Which I did, even though they refunded my money)

Report them to the better business bureau, requesting money back. They hate their rating being downgraded there with a negative resolution.

Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Customer service refunded flowers that weren't delivered on the date they were supposed to, but didn't send the flowers. The second time I accidentally ordered through them they gave me a discount because the flowers looked so crappy. I would call or email. I communicated through email.

I haven't tried, as they already caused me harm by delivering garbage flowers. But you should contact your bank and as I guess you have paid with a credit or debit card, you should file a complaint at your bank, they should be able to get your money back. Good luck!

I placed a plant order for same day delivery. Hours later that day I checked the order tracking to see that the date of delivery was changed to Monday- instead of that Friday. I received no call or email notifying me of this! It was already almost 6pm so all other florists were closed. I WAS LIVID. I called customer service to ask for a cancellation of order and refund, they gave me the run around 2x trying to offer me discounts instead. Until finally they said ok to the refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had checked the reviews first.

I AM CURIOUS WHY THEY DECIDE TO OFFER ANOTHER ARRANGEMENT FREE OF CHARGE AND A REFUND FROM THE PRIOR PURCHASE TO SOME DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS AND NOT OTHERS?

I placed a special order for my sister she was in the hospital due to a severe stroke the next day was the anniversary of her young sons death, when I placed the order I paid for an early delivery and explained how very important it was that she get the flowers, I picked a beautiful bouquet for 104.00. The next day three hours after the delivery time no flowers I called spoke to them and was assured she would get them within the hour. 6pm still no flowers I called again, finally at 9pm I cancelled the order, I waited so long because it would have been hard to find someone else.
