Posted for a cat sitter, received 4 applications which I could not respond to unless I was a premium member. Bogus site. Fraud. Stay away from these scammers.

I went to Home Away today to see about booking a summer rental and tried to delete all of my past emails from previous years in order to clean up my mailbox. I was unable to do so.

Then I went to the Contact screen to send an inquiry to HA and saw the information about the fee that I would be charged for future bookings.

So I called the company and asked to have my account deleted as I would not be using them anymore. I was informed that accounts can only be suspended, not deleted. My guess is that they can say they have XXX members based on accounts in the system and they do not want that number to go down.

Well guess what? The company can do whatever they want, so can I. And what I am doing is never booking through Home Away again.

This is our one source for deciding on where to stay, eat or visit. Due to the amount of people that post reviews here, you get an excellent indication of what to expect. Our criteria is if there is less than 10% negative reviews, then there is not a problem. If there is less than 5%, then it is a definite GO!

Stores are worn and old, there are very few associates on the floor and shelves are rarely stocked. It is a shame, they used to be the place to shop at, but management has sucked the life out of the stores. I am surprised that they can afford to even stay open.

I have been shopping for years with this company. They provide accurate information, good pricing, great customer reviews and excellent customer service. The few times that I had a product problem they have responded quickly, and even though I may not have been completely satisfied, it was always a fair resolution.

When we travel, we always use this site. Not sure about a hotel? Want to try a new restaurant? Looking for sites to see in an unfamiliar area? Just head over to the customer reviews and find your answers here. I have to say that the total ratings given have always been pretty accurate

I will use Walmart, com on occasion but it is not even close to the top of my online shopping list. Their website is not easy to use, can be to hard to find the products to use.

Their shopping time is horrendous! In their trying to save money shopping by their truck directly to the store, I have had to wait weeks to get an item, where with Amazon Prime I can get it within a few days direct to home.

Walmart sells at good prices, but not always at good quality. Here is an example. The wife and I were shopping there and I was showing her Hanes Mens Boxer Briefs. I bought a pack, then on the way home we stopped at Kohl's and bought a similar pack from them. Laying them out side to side, she could see the difference in the texture, the size of the opening for the legs and even the difference in the waistband. Saving $2 is not a savings when the product is inferior, is not comfortable and will not last as long.

Walmart could really be competitive, but they need to be willing to spend a little more in order to get the online customer base that Amazon has. The biggest difference is that Walmart is still thinking and acting like a big box store when in actuality, they need to consider their online sales as a separate business. Until they do, they will always have problems with their customer base.

Love the selection here, but tend to shop it only when there are sales going on due to the higher prices. Their customer service is exceptional and we have never had a problem with an exchange.

We always find what we want, just something at a price that is higher than should be. But you do not need to run around to different stores looking for pet supplies, they are all here in one place.

... that does not care where they stay. But there are no such things a cheap prices, just bad locations. You get what you pay for, so if you do not care about the location, the room or the service, by all means, use them.

I normally Google or Yelp a business, I wish I had in this case as I would have run as fast as I could have from them.

To start, the deliver card had a totally misspelled name on it. So when I got the email confirmation that the flowers were delivered, that was semi correct. The flowers were delivered to a business (a very large one) but did not get to the person! I had to call her and she had to hunt down the delivery.

Flowers were wilted, I understand that to a point, but not acceptable. So I contacted the company only to have the rep put me on hold, then hang up on me.

So I waited one day, then called back again.

This time the rep told me that I could get a refund as long as the florist came out to the house to pick up the flowers. I told her that this was not acceptable, the flowers were sent to a business, I did not want the florist coming to a personal residence.

She told me that this was policy, so I asked her where I had been informed of this policy, where I had agreed to it, and she told me that in fact, I had not been.

I also asked her what notes that she had on my previous phone call with the rep from yesterday and she told me that there were no notes to show I ever called.

I would strongly suggest that you NEVER use this company, they fail with their customer service.
