Didn't get what I saw on the website.

Hidden fees are ridiculous and dishonest.
Never again for me. Here's why:

By the time you're done w/Service and handling (What does it even mean? Why is it not included? You will not deliver a dozen roses next day... Why, may I ask?) = $63, More than 3 times (!) and Far from the $20 bait, don't you think?
At the end I did get the smaller dozen only set. I thought you charged extra for shipping a bigger than dozen?
And you seriously expect a customer to recommend you or come back?! Disappointed...
