Can't get ahold of anyone to talk to about my deliver just want to make sure there out for delivery today but can't talk to an actual person the automated system is not helpful and just unsatisfied and not happy that I can't talk to an actual person
Paid $70 for an awful bouquet and half-inflated "birthday" balloon (which actually had no writing on it). Let the company know I was disappointed and they showed how much they care by refunding me $9. Will never order from them again.
I ordered two bouquets for my daughter and mother to be delivered on March 8 (Women's Day).
None was delivered.
But they send me a confirmation that they did!
Do not relay on this company if you don't want make somebody upset.
Ordered arrangements for my son's memorial a month in advance and received an email the day before saying they would be delivered 2 days after the event. Much too late to order from another place. So no flowers for my son. It was horrible.
Ordered Xmas tree (premier package), and got something that didn't even resemble a tree -- more like what I could have purchased as the local grocery store. Teaches me for not reviewing everyone's comments on this website --- apparently this firm only does bait and switch and charges an absorbent amount for arrangements. Their ad is misleading, and I'm reporting them to Better Business Bureau. They did call this morning and refunded less than 50% of what I paid for my order. At least I got something back. I ordered a second arrangement for another friend. Can't wait to see what she receives.
Flowers were delivered, however they looked tired and blooms were open with brown tinges - very disappointed - contacted customer care who refunded part without question - what's the point of sending sad looking flowers
It is beyond me why this site has such a high rating on this company. Yelp had 3000+ ratings with a one start average.
I received a large bunch of roses for my birthday today. The flowers looked like old drug store roses that had been left out be the vendor too long. The stems were damaged due to being crammed into a vase that was way to small. Petals were falling off and the tips of the roses were black. The bottom of the stems obviously had not been in water for a while and we're extremely dry.
When I called their only solution was to either redeliver, no thanks I don't need any more poor quality roses or I needed to call my husband who was so happy he sent me flowers and tell him what crappy quality they were.
Never again! Avoid this company
Do not! I repeat, DO NOT! Use these guys, there are scam, they did not deliver your flowers and kept given me refunds from $3 that never showed, they should be shut down asap! They're ripping people off. Who can we report to?
I ordered a beautiful get well bouquet that had over 12 roses plus greens. Delivery was a day late. Vase showed up with 6 flowers in total, plus some leaves. I only received about 30% of advertised bouquet.
I use various services to delight my closest people and if I want to buy flowers I order them only here, because I am sure in their quality, so to speak. They are blooming, Tulips can stay for a couple of weeks without any hint on withering. Maybe this is the magic of my care after flowers, but my girlies are always happy to receive some bouquets during various holidays or maybe just on weekends. I am thankful to this service for providing me with such a big assortment of flowers and bouquets.
I purchased flowers from this site after reading all the reviews, fully expecting the worst. However, their prices are reasonable and I needed their next day delivery service. Somehow they duplicated my order, so the recipient received two bouquets! Both were delivered around 2PM. Luckily they did not even charge me for the second one. The flowers were beautiful and much bigger than the size I had actually paid for.
I have no idea how I managed to get lucky with this website! I guess it really just depends on where your recipient is, because this website contracts out to local florists. If your area has good florists like I'm guessing mine has, then you probably will encounter very good service. If not, then there will be problems. But if you're ordering in Massachusetts/NH then I recommend :)
The selection of flowers and arrangements are absolutely amazing. Customer service is above exceptional. I was looking for flowers for my cousin who just opened a small business. I found what I wanted. Military discount if you go through ID me.
The flowers arrived late. I would use a local florist. Was on hold with the for over an hour. They did offer discount and refund Customer service responded quickly. Update. Customer service did give refund. Just make sure to order earlier than you need for possible delays.Flowers were pretty but not as full as the picture.
I ordered flowers for my daughter while she was in the hospital. It took me quite a while to find the flowers I wanted to have delivered. Finally choose some mainly because of the vase it was in (a white pitcher). Ordered "same day" and they were delivered earlier than I thought they'd get there which was good. But, when she sent me a picture of them I was very disappointed. The flowers were as described and nothing wrong with them, but they were in a clear glass vase. If I was going to order flowers in a clear vase, there were others I would have picked. I wish someone would have contacted me if they couldn't be delivered in the pitcher as described and given me the option to change my order. I would probably use Flowers From You again but would just choose a generic vase of flowers.
I ordered an arrangement for my cousins birthday in another state. The flowers that were delivered were TOTALLY different than the one I ordered. I called customer service they were only able to compensate me 30% of my order and I had to fight for that. The workers were very patient, but I feel more could be done to rectify it. So disappointed! Really hesitant to order again. I couldn't upload the pictures, but I'm happy to share.
I've been very satisfied with the quality and variety of selections. Everyone to whom I've sent items from this merchant has had rave reviews. There has only been one customer service issue, but it was satisfactorily resolved.
I ordered a beautiful arrangement but a completely different arrangement was delivered. The actual flowers they sent probably cost 20% of what I paid for. Instead of lilies and roses they sent chrysanthemums and fillers. This type of cheating by the vendor can create misunderstandings among friends. I also paid extra for a pre-noon delivery. They took my money but did not deliver on time. Handling fee magically appears only when you are in the final stage of the order. Overall they are making a fool of the customer. You can do better if you keep looking for another business.
I ordered an arrangement for my newborn grandson on Friday for a Sunday delivery to funeral home. There was only a handful of people to attend, which made this the only arrangement being sent. A message was received that item was delivered but never was. Even expedited delivery charge was paid to ensure they were there on time. Nothing ever came. After more than 30 minutes on the phone, nothing resolved. I get a call today about complimentary flowers… a baby's funeral with NO flowers? And you want to send us flowers home? No thank you. But we will never use or recommend ever.
The flowers were nothing like I ordered.it was suppose to be How sweet it is bouquet. Mostly Orange Roses. She received mostly pink and purple wildflowers This is the 3rd and last time I will order from them. Not worth the money spent.
Ordered lovely flowers and a box of chocolates for the wife's birthday while I was away. Delivered a damaged partial order, mistakenly cancelled half the order on their end. Terrible, will not do business in the future.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
