I ordered a dozen yellow roses for a father's day present. I contacted customer service 3 times the day of delivery and everytime they said "it will be there by 7pm"
Come monday, 2 days after delivery was supposed to take place the flowers arrive all completely dead. So I once again contact customer service telling them I need a full refund. The rep says 'how about 20% and a $10 voucher' obviously not okay. 'Okay how about 30%?'
OBVIOUSLY NOT. The only reason I got a full refund is because I threatened to report them to BBC. Which I did anyway.
Support your local florist and steer clear of this company.
First of all they changed the price in the last minute, then when its time to pay they automatically tag extra money for delivery you many not need. Then the price doubled when its time to pay.then the flowers they actually delivered very late and what they delivered was very different from what they promote. Look at the difference. I asked them to do some soul searching.
Worst experience I have ever had with a Florist. Would never recommend or use them again. Ordered flowers two days in advance for delivery. They not only said they were out of balloons for the order, but then never delivered the flowers. They had the nerve to say there was not a local florist to do them. First that is a lie, second, why would you not tell me until the day was over. It was a person's birthday! Horrible! Never use!
Placed an order and had it confirmed it'd be delivered. At almost 5 pm on the scheduled day of delivery I received an email saying they apologized, but they would not be able to make the delivery. At that point, it was too late to get any other flowers ordered and delivered for that day. Unreliable service. Go elsewhere.
Ordered a while before Valentine's Day for flowers and sweets. On the day my girlfriend received primarily unbloomed green stems, and some long dead roses. I spoke with support and for sending us some dead weeds by mail they refunded $12 off a $140 order.
My Mothers Day flowers sent by my Son's family arrived on Monday. They were completely dead and
Mushy. Wasn't even sure what the one flower was but found out they were supposed to be Iris. The
Company has told my family they will give them $10.00 back after spending $60.00. That is not acceptable.
Would never recommend this company to anyone after receiving such terrible service.
Well I have an issue with the order not arriving on the day I ordered and paid an additional $8 dollars on top the the regular service and handling fee of $14.99. Then they switched up my order from a $29 arrangement to a
$39 dollar arrangement. If that was not enough they are charging me a $4.60 sales tax and I live in a sales tax free state as so does this company. They are in New Hampshire. They told me some BS that because it was being delivered to a Nevada address I need to pay Nevada sales tax. What a crock! Do not do business with this company. I did call and it took 50 minutes and 3 people to resolve some of this issue. Now I am not sure if the flowers will even arrive. It is not 6:30 in Nevada and I doubt they will.
Every time i place an order from fromyouflowers it has been over 2 weeks late i call customer support and i am told the same thing which is that it will arrive by 6 pm that day but it never does you would have better luck trying to fit a camel through the eye of a needle do not make the same mistake i did 10/10 would not recommend
I order some flowers this week. What was delivered was significantly different than what I ordered. I attached a picture to this review of what I ordered with a picture of what was delivered. As you can see there are less flowers in the bouquet. I understand that some flowers may no be in season, bloomed, etc. But your site indicates that they will replace those with other flowers. There are no replacement flowers in the bouquet delivered. There is 1 sunflower vs. the 3 in the picture. The bouquet is practically empty.
I am utterly disappointed in this. This was a bouquet to be sent to my friend who lost her husband. I will not be ordering from you again.

You show the picture of the bigger flower advertising a lower price like $29.99, however when I click on the item you feature a deluxe with a larger price tag $69.99 that is not RIGHT its false ads!
Then you charge the customer for the delivery service that you advertise and call is sur charge tax or whatever!
If you want reliable flower delivery, don't use Fromyouflowers.com. We never received my wife's Birthday flower delivery. Tracking never showed it being delivered and when you call you get the run around. After working a 10 hour shift, I had to go buy flowers for my wife because they never delivered the flowers I ordered 2 weeks earlier. I'm still waiting to see if I receive my refund. I learned my lesson with them.
I ordered a 70.00 huge birthday bouquet of flowers with roses and other beautiful flowers. They delivered a tiny bouquet of like daisies and one rose, maybe 5.00.in the photos the one with the pink ribbon is what I ordered and the little one is what they delivered. Such a fraudulent company! Never again!
Purchased flowers over a week before Valentine's Day to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. When they had not been delivered by 2:00 I called and found out that they had changed the delivery to the next day without informing me. Don't waste your money.
From you flowers is an absolutely horrible company. I made the mistake of trusting them to deliver Valentines Day flowers to my wife at work. They were never delivered. Nor were they delivered the next day. When I contacted them after the first day they weren't delivered on Valentines Day they lied to me and told me that the reason was because no-one was at the address that they were supposed to be delivered to. This is absolutely impossible being that my wife works at a Nursing home/Post Acute Center. Somebody is always there. I left my wife's phone number when I ordered the flowers for delivery purposes and she was never contacted. That's because no-one ever attempted to deliver the flowers. But they have the audacity to lie to me and tell me that they did. Not cool. Waste of time. Waste of money. And a ruined Valentines Day. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else. This company is full of it and there customer service is rude and helpless.
Twice I ordered flowers from this company for a funeral and twice they failed to deliver. Got an apology email from them while I sat at the funeral. Do not trust them to do what they say they will do.
I ordered flowers for same day delivery. Git an email saying order was placed. A bit later, get a phone call from an 800 number saying they need to validate personal information before the order can be placed. Wanted A LOT of personal info. I told them to cancel the order bc it was placed successfully online, and I'm not giving personal info to a random 800 number.
The first picture is the flowers received! Part look dead and wilted they could have been arranged by a kindergartener better the bow is bad to and candy did not get delivered with it. The second picture is of order that was placed for premium size. Express was paid for but did not happen part order missing and part delivered was unexceptable. I set up many orders for delivery for my staff and payed extra to have them delivered in the morning at 2:45 when I was on the phone with friends m you flowers one was delivered. I was promised the rest would be delivered by 6:00pm. 2 days later still no delivery. The order was placed on a Friday for Monday morning. When I called I did get someone finally they refunded one of the orders again promised it would still be delivered the next day which never happened. Very disappointed.
I have ordered flowers for a very special birthday from them 2 days in advance (ordered Wednesday with Friday delivery). Next day I was informed that delivery will not be made on the requested day, but following day. On the day flowers were supposed to be delivered, I received yet another email, that my flowers will be delivered within following 3 days - so possibly the 4th day after originally requested date! Beyond disappointed, would not recommend to anybody to do business with them
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
