When I saw free shipping and the rates in general, I was tempted to order a coat. After ordering, I looked up some reviews and got $#*! scared because the reviews were horrible and I was convinced that I had lost all my money.
Yes, the product came almost a month and a half after I had ordered it, even though I had asked for priority delivery. But it reached in good condition, the fitting was perfect. I am super happy with the product for the price I paid.
I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind waiting.
PS: I wrote to the customer care in between and they got back to me in 24 hours. No complaints about the service. :)
I ordered an item in Nov and still dont have it. I emailed the company and was told to wait till Feb to file a compliant as the holidays could be causing a delay. No way... no way does it take 3 months to ship something, not even from China (which I did NOT know that was where it was coming from, I would NOT have ordered from them). Tracking shows no activity since Dec 15th and this is not a problem for RoseGal apparently. It is for me. STAY AWAY! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I bought 3 dresses. None fit me. One might fit me if I lose 10-15 pounds. I gave 2 dresses to my friend who is at least 5 dress sizes smaller than me. The delivery time was a little long but not horrible. I was disappointed in the quality and fit. Still looking for some dresses.

Not for the "want it now, buy it now" consumer. Shipping takes roughly 4-6 weeks to receive products. I am roughly a 2x in "American" sizes, so I order 5x on Rose gal and the shirts fit perfectly. Always a quick response if you follow the "submit a ticket" process. RoseGal always supply valid tracking numbers for my orders.
I bought 2 items; expecting them to arrive before Christmas; however delivery time is a big opportunity to improve, for this overseas company. My first order still in transit mean the second one just arrived (within 10 days difference). My second order was Shawl Collar Long Cardigan size XL; and it doesn't fit me at all; very small size. I saw in reviews this company has a chart for sizes; this company must advice at first of the sizes difference with international standards. An international company must review standards of their products to target markets; no surprising the customers with easy excuses of existing size charts. To save money; the result is you waste your money.

I am very pleased with my orders that I have placed with Rosegal! I do have to be careful with the sizes (they are all a bit different so I use my measurements). I've been debating about ordering from Rosegal for quite some time now. I love their styles and I'm super thrifty, so I like the price too. :) But given the horrible reviews, I was very hesitant. So I decided to buy one item I liked that was pretty inexpensive (like $13) and thought at least that way I could get some experience of ordering with them without having spent a fortune in case it didn't go well. I was a bit nervous, but actually had no problems at all. I received an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation, and my item arrived in perfect condition in under two weeks. I followed instructions on their website for sizing and ordered a large (I usually wear a small) and it's a perfect fit. Maybe I just got lucky, but I actually really like what I ordered - a lot! Try placing a small order and see how it goes - and follow sizing instructions! I had a great first experience with this company.

I'm very disappointed in this company. I ordered the items at the first of the month and selected for 3-5 day shipping. They took the funds December 2nd and I received an email stating they will arrange speedy shipping after payment was received). After two "tickets" and watching the site under "My Account" with Rosegal I'm still just as frustrated and giving up hope the items will arrive by Christmas. I wanted two of my items for a party last week and had to purchase other items to replace those two. They've confirmed the items are all in-stock and supposed to be shipped soon I have yet to receive any confirmation (for the past two weeks the site showed the items were partially shipped/packed). Now only two items are showing supposed to be shipped (with a UPS tracking # that is showing the items are still at the location and it's been two days) and the other two are waiting to be shipped (what happened to the confirmation of in-stock?).
Sadly even though the items on the site were cute and priced well I'm not confident or comfortable with the company to order again.
They did refund me the amount I paid and I still received the items (not very well made but my daughter liked them still). I still won't be ordering from the site again and will stay with the usual reliable sites and catalogs.

After reading so many reviews I've decided not to order from this company. A few nondelivered on time items is typical with some companies. But to have so many unhappy customers with the same issues is totally unexcusable.
While I find the service to be very slow (just received 2 of my tree blouses that I ordered three weeks ago) I think the two that I did receive are beautiful. I just ordered three more, this time I took notice of the measurements because one blouse is a bit snug. I think the website is very easy to navigate. If they could just improve the timeliness of their service, I would definitely keep buying from them because of their unique styles.
