I ordered on Jan 8 (from Spain) and received everything on Jan 20 which is pretty fast considering it comes from China. I usually wear a 54 Spanish size (2xl or 3xl) and I ordered 5XL based on the size information on the site. One blouse is fine. The other blouse fits but its short (I'm not tall). Then a packable down nylonjacket, which barely fits me but I can still use since I want it to wear under a raincoat. All in all the experience is not bad but these sizes are not really plus as advertised. Maybe will order again if I loose some weight;-)
This was my first time buying from rosegal.com so I wasn't sure if the item was going to arrive (I live in Colombia - South America). I purchased one jacket on 11/24/16 and the item arrived on 12/30/2016, that's a very good shipping time for that season (and for free shipment).
The jacket is great, it fits good and everyone loved it. Finally, you have to pick your right size, they have size charts in inches and centimeters, measure yourself and find the right one for you.
So, if you want to buy something from them, go ahead.

I I unfortunately have not received any of my items since beginning of December of last year. I never thought. That shipment will take soooooooo looooong to be deliver. I personally think that this website is a way to catch people with their prices but the hassle experience and disappointed is NOT worth the time. I learn my lesson NOT to buy anything that looks so damn cheap. As for my items i cant talk for the quality since i am still waiting for it.
I'm very satisfied of Rosegal site, their offers and service. They are very collaborative and the stocks are just like they are described. When there is some trouble they are always there to answer and check and help to solve the issue. I'm a fan of Rosegal.
I like some ordered and then read reviews. I was concerned but figured I would wait it out and see what and when my 5 items would arrive.
Today they arrived, about 3 weeks since ordering. All 5 in XL. By holding them up they look more like a large but I should still be able to wear them since I usually order XL so the tops can be baggy.
Overall the quality and sewing looks good. All 5 items arrived in one bag. Only 1 top is made of a material that has more of the fake plastic feel to it. Not sure what material it is but it feels weird to the touch so not sure how it will feel on. Looks good though.
All others are not thin like some of the postings I have read.
I am happy with my purchase and quality of the items received.

Ok, so I havnt ordered any clothing from Rosegal, but everything I HAVE ordered has been great. Ive ordered wigs (which are damn good), boots, necklaces, earrings, and makeup brushes, everything is well made and well packaged, ive olny really had 3 problems with everything. One wig I ordered didn't look like the picture, but for me it was ok considering I was going to cut / style it differently, also the boot sole was coming off but ive fixed it with silicone. And the shipping does take a long time so I do recommend ordering something atleast 3 weeks before you need it, but come on, how often do you get free shipping on everything?
UPDATE: I had to have my credit card company stop payment on the shipping.
I recently purchased an item and paid additional for 4 - 7 business day shipping. After the 7th day I started to question where my order was. Rosegal blamed the shipper. When I contacted the shipper they said that they were given a 7 - 10 business day window. The shipper made the window, but Rosegal charged me for a service I didn't receive. They refuse to reimburse me. They never told the shipper I paid extra for a 4 - 7 business day window.

I ordered 4 bathing suits off Rose Gal after receiving a trip for Christmas. 3 out of 4 came in under a month! Only had issues with one suit (it was too tight & didn't fit in the butt, asides from that quality was A+++ for the price) and the second I opened a ticket regarding my order I was responded to in under 48 hours. I don't understand why this site gets such bad reviews?! I would definitely order from them again. Hoping I receive my final bathing suit soon!
I ordered a top and it took forever to arrive from China. Once I opened the package, the top I had ordered was the wrong size, didn't look anything like the picture and it smelled horrible, as if it had been washed in chemicals. I threw it away. Money wasted. Lesson learned. Buyer Beware.

All these China based company's are and will take a long time to get to you because of customer. Chineese people are a lot smaller than American women if it says xxxxxL it's only a size 1x in American size. That's as high a plus size as they go. Jewlery that says silver 925 is only silver coated over copper. I have ordered from wish.com a lot and this company is one on there site also. And always be prepared to wait a month for your things. Yes thing get swollen a lot threw customer there's times I didn't receive my stuff but it cost much more to return it they have discounts in there shopping because they ship in bulk. Hope this helps.
Having not used this online site before Rosegal.com I only bought one item of clothing to see how the sizing was for me. Coming from overseas, expected delay, especially over Christmas period. Ordered 30 Dec 2016 received 9 January 2017. Very happy with what I bought and delivery time.
My experience with Rosegal is very bad overall. I ordered two pairs of bikinis and a top from them three weeks prior to my vacation departure and I still had not received them by the day I was leaving. Their shipping estimate is terrible. It says 7-10 business days and it was not accurate at all. When I finally realized they were shipping all their crap products from southern China I lost all my hope and ordered new bikinis from Victoria s Secret. Paid the same amount for shipping I did for Rosegal and it arrived in two days. Also, thei payment was over Paypal CA so I thought the products were being shipped from California at least... I contacted them when the items were still
In Beijing and they told me they couldnt cancel the shipment nor refund me. There is no way to return their stuff, and where would you return it to? So much vague info on their website. Finally, I arrived from Mexico yesterday and I had the stupid Rosegal package on my door. The quality of their stuff made me so disappointed that I wanted to write a review for future shoppers. Size Small can probably fit a Petite Small FYI. You can see the seams falling apart on the sides, bad bad quality. I am not a review writer but I really do not want anyone who values, accuracy, return availability and refund availability go through what I did and waste their money. I take partial credit for not researching them enough but on my defense they made everything on their website look so American brand like. Good job Rosegal!

I ordered several clothing items from rosegal I received half of the items after waiting over a month. They offered to put the refund money's in something called my wallet. I tried to order something to use the remaining money, however they don't tell you that there is no way to get to the wallet. I'm very disappointed

I was pleasantly surprised at Rosegal's customer service, as I was nervous after reading these reviews. I ended up asking for a refund because I wanted a swimsuit from there before I went on vacation and I knew that it wouldn't come in time, so I decided to ask for a refund. So this review is on their customer service, not the product. I contacted them via Facebook messenger and they responded pretty quickly. They then asked me if I wanted store credit or if I wanted a full refund to my card. I chose to get my money back instead of store credit and they were more than happy to do that for me. They were nice and accommodating. If you need to contact them I suggest using Facebook messenger as it seemed to work for me very well. Yes it's a Chinese website but half the retailers in North America get their supply from China anyway so that doesn't really bother me. If their customer service was bad I wouldn't have considered shopping there again, but it was good so in the future I might shop there again.
I thought this was a good idea ordering from here. I ordered this at the beginning of December and was told that I would have it by Christmas. It didn't even ship until 12/19! When I contacted "customer service" via chat they told me 10-45 business days and to contact them again after the 45 day mark. I then asked for the supervisors number and I was told that they do not have the number and it is night time there so the phone service is not available.
It's January and I still haven't received my item, which I need for this weekend!

Get your $@&! Together, your ship is sinking.
I ordered three items. After a two week delay (order status shows hasn't even shipped, stuck on "processing") they told me that one of the items was out of stock. They never bothered to notify me that this happened. They gave me three options: 1) full refund 2) store credit 3) wait.
Obviously I choose refund. They then told me that they had the item in stock and was going to ship it. Totally ignored my request for a refund, you don't give someone a bite of a cookie then take the rest away.
Item eventually arrived almost a month after I ordered it. Such poor quality, I should have known given the cheap price so that's on me. I asked for a return because one of the items didn't fit. They let me keep the item and they plan to give me a refund. I suspect it's cheaper to let me keep it than to ship it back to China.
Seriously, as a Chinese person myself, I am deeply disappointed and embarrassed by the poor business practice done by many Chinese companies. They just haven't realized yet that customer service is what will keep them around in the long run.
I posted a photo of the quality they put into their products. They couldn't even have a machine sew the tag on properly. Smh
