I wish I would have seen and read the reviews before I ordered. It was hard enough waiting for the clothes to arrive in three separate shipments over the course of 2+ months but when NONE of them fit I was really mad. Their size L/XL was made to fit a size 6 person at best. I haven't even bothered to try to return them as I am sure it would cost more than it is worth. Now I'll donate them all to some tiny person somewhere.
Clothing is cheaply made, sizing is (at the least) 4 sizes too small. Customer service is rude or silent in most cases. They won't give money back or any other compensation even if you never received the item. If you like an item on their site try, Ebay or Amazon, at least you can get your money back or return the item if it does not fit or the quality isn't there. Keep in mind the sizing holds true no matter where you buy it though.

I saw their add on Facebook and got hooked on one of their upper special offers. I was just looking for something totally white to wear for a party and ordered a cheap dress. Now I wear it only at home cause the quality is not great at all. After the first wash it just got stuck with a bunch of stuff and even worse. Perhaps if you buy something more expensive with them, it will be better.
Bought 10 items... The sizing is much different than in America, so if you use a small, buy a medium or large. You need a size or two larger. They are difficult to return, if at all. They also take WEEKS with expedited shipping.

Bought a dress after waiting for apprx. 3 weeks wrote rosegal who owns yo shop ( where item was bought)found out dress out of manufacturing. They never notified me at all. Repeated responses for four days, picked another item, now i have not heard from them for another four days, even though they claim to answer in 24hrs. So, stay far away, i know of 3 people that never recieved items paid for, just like me!

Part of my order arrived today, I received 3 blouses, 2 leggings, a hoodie, and my boots, The boots are what I wanted, the blouses, only 1 of the 3 fit as I like, the hoodie, is like wearing a half shirt and I even ordered it 2 sizes larger than I wear. No future orders from me.

I've never found such darling vintage wear anywhere else and especially at such great prices. I am gong to be honest and say I am fed up with reading all the bad reviews they have gotten. To those people I say #1 be patient-after all consider how far away this company is and consider how little you pay for shipping. #2 don't be angry about the sizing. People in China are small- we in the US are gluttons and therefore we have an obesity epidemic in our country. Just get over your vanity, use Rosegal's measurement chart, and your Rosegal fashions will fit perfectly. I have just received my 5th order from Rosegal and i couldn't be happier. Give them a fair chane and you will be hooked like I am. My first two dresses were Christmas presents from my hubby and my next two were bought with birthday money from other family members. I was so happy with those that now I have spent my own money to get a couple of blouses and jewelry. Again I couldn't be happier with my purchases. If Rosegal continues in the pattern I've seen so far I will be a Rosegal for years to come. The only reason I haven't posted pictures yet is I am waiting for my next jewelry order so I can take pics of me in all the clothes I have purchased with Rosegal accessories. Love my Rosegal.
I order two of the Spliced Grandad Collar Long Sleeve T-Shirts and I had read some previous reviews on Rosegal where people were saying that they ordered their size and the product was too small. So being that Im an XL I ordered 2XL shirts. I received them yesterday and let me say that when I put them on they looked like crop tops. Kinda funny but brutal product. Very flimsy as well. They also didnt look like mens shirts at all. Gave them to my girlfriend and they barely fit her. I wouldnt buy ANYTHING from this company which is located in China by the way.
UPDATE: As of April 5,2017, Rosegal has contacted me and refunded the entire purchase price. Good customer service!

This is my first time ordering from this company and REALLY wish I would have read the reviews first! I ordered and paid for my stuff on Jan. 8th, received and email on Jan. 17th that it had shipped (well... at least part of my order did) and now there is absolutely no tracking information updated. From reading the reviews now I am wondering if the clothes will even fit and if I by the time I finally get them I will still be able to wear the long sleeves since it looks like it may be summer before they arrive.

I ordered two shower curtains on November 28th and never received them. I have communicated with them numerous times! The tracking number said I received it on December30th. I got a text and went outside and nothing around. I went down to the locked mailboxes and nothing. Contacted the company numerous times and no results they said it not their responsibility! So as of now, I have placed 6 orders through this website. I have gotten each order before it was supposed to have gotten here, and all the items were there in good working condition. All the dresses and shoes I have purchased are gorgeous and I cannot wait for the weather to clear up so i can wear them around!
Customer service has been friendly and fast in responding. On my first order I accidentally ordered the wrong shoe size, so i privately messaged them and asked if they could change the size. I was answered within 24 hours and told that while it wouldn't show on my end that it was changed, they would send the right size. When my order got here, they all fit perfectly!
I ordered a dress on nov 13, when it didn't arrive by Christmas they said wait until Jan 20 before they'll look into it. It's now jan 26, and they are offering me a partial refund. When I requested the item reshipped to me they said it was no longer available, yet they are still selling it, and accepting payment for it on their website. Accepting payment for something they know they don't have with the intention of giving s partial refund for it later it fraudulent!

I ordered 3 items, 2 shirts and a dress, figuring if they were awful, then I really have only lost $35, so lets give it a try. I generally wear a 2x in most items, but after comparing the measurements of the Rosegal items to standard US sizing, I ordered a 4x in all items. I paid for expedited shipping (the site said 7-10 days) and received my items in 13 days. They did send a tracking number on the same day that I ordered. After reviewing, Rosegal shipped my items the day that they were ordered and they left China two days later. The items were held in customs for 3 days in the US, so the delay in receiving my items wasn't at all the fault of Rosegal, but rather US customs. My items were of average quality, but for the price I didn't expect heirloom pieces. One shirt was too small, I would say closer to an XL American, but it was $8, so i will just pass it to my sister. The other two items fit decently well, one shirt the sleeves are a little tight, but not enough to stop me from wearing it, and the dress was great, really cute. I will order from them again, just be sure to check the measurements online and order to those, not the stated size.
Rosegal did not reach out to me in any manner that reflected my complaint and they never explain the double charge and I will never order from them again

I ordered several shirts from this site and I understood the shipping would take a little longer. I was so disappointed when I got the order. One of the shirts looked nothing like the shirt advertised. The shirts were sewn poorly whereas the sleeves were too tight and the torso too large-obviously they are haphazardly thrown together using whatever remnants they may have. Very poor quality!

Absolutely love this site. My first and second online clothing shopping experience. The clothes are a great quality. They are different and unique. The measurments is how I sized myself, and I gave myself a little extra leeway as they are chinese sizes. Everything fit well, a little large if anything. Seeing these bad reviews makes me wonder about ordering again. It did take a while to get my orders, up to 3 weeks, but that was no different from other items I've ordered from China. They did offer free premium shipping on one order and then we had to pay at the door for the courier, I'd always take standard. Everything else has been exceptional!
I ordered small size, brown in color fit & flare double breasted coat. But some parts of the coat are faded. Looks like it has been stock for quiet some time so that is why its already fading. Please I need a refund for this.
