I placed an order with RoseFal on 01-24-17, and paid for expedite shipping. Today is 02-10-17 - NO ORDER RECEIVED - NO EMAILS ANSWERED - UNABLE TO REACH BY PHONE (Company is not accepting calls at this time - REALLY?!?) Needless to say I feel ripped off. I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order. Guess I'm out my money. Lesson learned - only order from reputable companies and read the reviews FIRST! Their ratings are 0 for me!
Order shipped supposedly 02/12/16. Never got it. Was as a goodwill gesture, Ah, seems it was my fault it didn't arrive as i didn't purchase shipping insurance. They claim you are a valued customer, my advice is stay away and spend your hard earned money elsewhere

I thought I'd give this company a try since the prices were great but BIG mistake. It's been two months and no package. Sure they respond to my emails but they can't tell me where item is located and will only refund half of my original payment. Not a reliable business to deal with and probably scammers.

I have ordered 3 shirts from this company. I ordered the largest they make with hopes of them fitting. I like my clothes LOOSE. I see and can always take in but can't add to. I have been looking for these styles in larger sizes and was hoping I had found what I was looking for. After reading all the reviews, my hopes have dewindled.
I also paid for expedited shipping and that was almost 2 weeks ago.

I order clothes online regularly especially dresses, RoseGal sizing is wrong I am always a small and yet I receive a dress that is a 6 and way to small. It took forever to get here, no invoice enclosed, very unusual but now I realize it is because you do not encourage returns. No label with a size on the dress also very unusual, plus the fact RoseGal do not respond to emails you send them. I have put negative comments on Face Book and will continue to do so until RoseGal send me the right sized dress. Apparently it is to expensive to send your returned item to China? I ordered on 29 November 2016 I have not received my order and I email support and they said wait until 31 January 2017 if still have not received contact again and then I contact back that I don't want to wait any more I am going over sea my order is $159.38nsd I still get order only 58 NSd about 101 nsd I lose it and I email support again no body answer me at all so recommend don't order with them if you don't want to feel disappointed like me

Ordered $200+ of clothes and was so excited. Shipping took a little long but not the issue... The clothes are waaay smaller than U.S. sizing. Trying to return my unwanted order and Rosegal is being evasive/refuses to provide me with a valid phone # or return address! Contacted my credit card company and cancelled payment! Purchased several items of clothing to be very disappointed... sizes are misrepresented - plus sizes are ridiculously smaller than they should be. Quality is mediocre to poor.
I highly recommend you do not order from this site; it is based out of China, returning items will cost you the same cost as the item itself and you will NEVER get your refund.

I placed one order with this company in early December. Half of the order came and I had to ask for a full refund. Their styles are adorable but the quality and workmanship is laughable. Would be embarrassing to wear these clothes. The other half of the order was shipped 3 weeks after ordering and 60 days later I'm still waiting. Awful.
I will say, they do respond to complaints and inquiries - they're trying but when product and delivery are a problem they are not long for this world.

I am not a size 2x, but purchase from this company using that size. Order at least a size larger than yourself. I love their design concepts and the material used. If you have large breast just don't order. Their designers don't have the larger arms and more space for American sized breast. They seem to just make things bigger in the belly area. I wish they had an designer that understood better the American body shape. My three favorite shirts this winter are from this company, admittedly this company does have issues. I hope in a year or two they will have mastered some of their sizing issues. Remember, they are from China, a new company, incredibly inexpensive, and free shipping... I like them
