Wish I knew

I ordered online a bunch of items and spent almost $100. I am now reading the reviews and am almost positive that I am not going to get my order at all. I got ripped off and so will you. Apparently even if they do come in the sizes are wrong and the tracking number doesn't even work! I would very much like my money back and have the ordered cancelled but I know that's not going to happen.

Product not delivered

Ordered 1 shirt in Nov. For Christmas, and its almost 3 months later... nothing! I have contacted them several times & i keep getting a form letter response that delivery could take 30-60 days. Also, they are suggesting i contact Canada Post! Really?! Terrible

I bought a dress and it never arrived. I contacted Rosengal and got lots of apologies and that the dress hadn't been dispatched. Suddenly I get an email saying I didn't get insurance so they would only reimburse me half my money! How is that fair? It was not even sent. I felt that my money was stolen.

I bought 1 item, showed up on one price, when I tried to buy it I had to pay more, I asked why they told me that is because the one show up in the web is made of a cheaper material. Finally I bought it and after waiting more than 2 months (the item never arrived), I got the money back, but they DID NOT refund the ** shipping insurance money ** when I asked they told me that I will get a free item because of the insurance, then they told me that because they refund the value of the item (not the money of the insurance) I will not get anything.
** DO NOT BUY NOTHING THERE **

Never Received my Order

Do not order from them, they say it's coming but it never does. FREE SHIPPING because they didn't ship anything. I ordered on Dec 12th and as of today Feb 16th still don't have anything from them. Such a rip off!

I have seen a lot of people complaining about the sizes and ship time. This is not a site that you will normally get your order by the next week. But as long as you go into knowing this then you shouldn't get upset when it does take some time. The sizes may not be standard but their size carts are right on target. I am 5'2" 145lbs I work out a lot so that is not a fluffy 145lb and I have order a size medium to a size XL. Again you have to use the size cart. The quality or the product is amazing and you can really find unique clothing. I am very happy I found this website. I had one thing that was back ordered and the customer service gave me 4 options. How is that not great customer service. They are a great company to deal with

Dont order

I sent them an order Jan. 23,2017 for a very cute blouse. Never got it so I did have insurance and I did pay with paypal and within 24 hours of filing a complaint with paypal, they refunded my money. Would have been nice to get the cute blouse, but they did ignore my email at Rosegal and did not respond until I sent paypal after them. Rosegal was no real help and no answer to my email. Bad customer service, lesson learned. At least I was fully refunded, unlike some of the others who dont get refunded, so it is solved anyway.

This place is a RIPOFF!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! They show my partial order was shipped 1/25/17, however as of 2/14/17 I haven't received a thing. Phone number they show is a non working number. BIG RIPOFFS

They take your money and then their

1. Phone number doesn't work
2. Their chat doesn't take the order number THEY gave you so you can't chat.
3. They ignore E-Mails

They do not say they are from China until AFTER the purchase,

The only way I got my money back is that I payed through Paypal and created a complaint there... Money was back in minutes.

When you order they do not let you know the items are out of stock and they take your money anyway and then do not communicate with you. You wait and wait and finally try to contact them. When they DO communicate it is always the same... Sorry this is out of stock and we do not know when it will be in. But we took your money anyway

They responded to this saying you can get a hold of them by chat and phone. Look at my list above... tried that Rosegal... neither one worked

Also... I have writtne them to unsubscribe to their stupid E-Mails 7 times and nothing... I still get them. They are a horrible company

These guys SUCK. No One answers the phone number *******188 EVER!
They FALSELY PRETEND to be a United States company while they are Shenzhen China.
For an order due by Valentines Day, they did not ship for 26 days!
This is a BAD COMPANY.

Thieves

I had placed an order, which they have sent in 2 separate shipments.
I had received 1 parcel which contained 1 item. The 2nd shipment, which contained 6 items has never been received. They claim that I had rejected the parcel. When I have never rejected, nor received it.
Now why would I pay for something to just reject it?

They wrote the following:
However I'm so sorry this package can not be returned to us and will be destroyed due to the high handling fee and tax.

As we will never get it back to us, we can not refund you too much. We can refund 50% of the item price to your wallet with extra points.
That is $ 18.7.
As the order has been shipped out, the shipping fee and insurance can not be refunded.

That is a joke! They are thieves, as simple as that!

UPDATE: March 24,2017...
Your solution to this problem was to refund me $47.62. Yet I had paid $201.08.
The $201.08 I had paid, for clothing I have never received!
The shipment has never reached me. How do I know if you even sent it at all?
I noticed from all the bad reviews here that I am not the only one to have received NOTHING. And for you to be making money from people who are receiving nothing should be against the law!
I repeat, this is theft! It is unacceptable to be sending $201.08 for you to just KEEP and send nothing!

Opened a "ticket" never received confirmation email as is usually the case, phone number *******188 is no good, as posted below in a reply from a rosegal representative :/. Been over 25 business days still no delivery of my purchased items. Open ticket not showing in my tickets so I Opened another... we'll see! Feeling stupid and yes ripped off! There ya go... lesson learned "Buy American"

THIS IS A SCAM..

This site is such a scam! Had an order with them and still haven't received it all not to mention their sizing is way off and made way smaller then what it should be. Placed my order on 12/13/2016 and here it is 2/12/2017 and still haven't received my full order and getting someone to actually respond to you is impossible such a rip off do not order from them if you value your time and money!

I also ordered a few birthday gifts from them and did not receive the items yet! The order number that was given was not even legit! There is no record of it anywhere! I was really hoping that I would be able to use their site for future orders but I guess that this was my first and last order from the company! I Will be reporting them tho the BBB as well!

I ordered shirts, none of them fit. I want to return them. Ive been on your customer web site to request return information. The site said they would respond in 24 hours.
