Due to issues with my bank clearing an out of country charge Rosegal shipped my three identical orders. I returned all three. They refunded me for two. I have repeatedly contacted them as well as filed a report with the BBB both to no avail.

I ordered some items in November. It took over a month to receive them and they came in 2 shipments several weeks apart. The clothes did not fit on the 1st shipment and sent it back. After over a month I still have not received credit. Sent them numerous requests via their website with no response.
We have the 2nd shipment to return also but am waiting on some kind of response from the 1st returned shipment.
This company is a scam and I will never use them again.

I ordered 3 items. 2 were shipped and received promptly the third item they say was shipped mid December and still has not arrived. I only learned of the crappy delivery ratings after I'd placed my order so I wasn't surprised by this outcome. I too was told because I didn't buy insurance they'd refund half my price or I could pay half and they'd send me another item. They will never get another penny from me!

All the sizes were way too small and you can't return them *well you can, but you pay shipping and they only exchange which you have to pay to ship again so NOT worth it.
I wear a 1x and ordered a 3x pants (I read they run small) and 4 shirts. NONE of them came close to fitting. What a joke!

I ordered 5 items on 1/22. As of today 2/18, I have still not received them. I understand they have Chinese New Year but this is ridiculous. I did however order an item in Nov of last year ONE item and received it within a week. AND the sizes are a lot smaller than US sizes. If you are ok with very lengthy ship times and size variations then I guess this would be the place for you. One more thing, These are T-shirts so the material used is not quality, hense the inexpensive prices and free shipping. They are a legitimate company though.

I ordered a swimsuit on the 26th of January before reading reviews. After I read them I was terrified I wouldn't receive anything at all. I got my suit on feb 17th which is a little long to wait. But for the price and quantity totally worth it! Im excited to order another :)

I ordered one shirt on December 17,2016. Today is February 17,2017 and I have yet to receive the item I ordered or a refund of my money. I have sent a number of messages on their Facebook page and they usually respond with a "wait until the delivery deadline on February 17,2017" and then they will try to work out something. I am very disappointed in the fact that I had to wait two whole months for one little shirt to NOT be delivered.

Whatever you purchase from RoseGal you will NOT receive it! Thankfully I only ordered one blouse for $12.98, so it's not the end of the world for me to loose this amount, although I am a senior on fixed income, so every penny counts. When I placed an order with RoseGal, there was NO indication I was ordering direct from China. Their "tracking information" is a joke. Don't buy it. I only have myself to blame and didn't heed that age-old advice... WHEN SOMETHING SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT USUALLY IS. Free Shipping and cheap clothing that looks great in the photo... again, thank heavens it was only a blouse for $12.98. Wanted to test the waters first... learned my lesson! I just started using Rosegal at the beginning of this month and ordered a backless sweater (M) that I used expedited shipping and received my order within 7 business days (which felt like forever btw) and I am very happy with my purchase. The material is comfortable, soft, and stretchy and the size was perfect (I'm 5'2 140 lbs). I just recently ordered another dress off this site and used a longer shipping option this time and I'm patiently waiting for it to arrive!
Such a scam! I ordered products in December and as of Feb. 17 have still not received. Rosegal customer service claims the responsibility is on the shipping company, so they'll only refund HALF my money or they'll let me use that HALF towards another purchase. Are you kidding me? Why would I take another chance and lose more money? Sounds like a great money making operation for them..."sell" people items they never receive and give them half back and keep the other half as pure profit. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Live and learn...
The item I ordered was sent at the flat shipping rate, which the website advertises takes about 10-25 business days to arrives. After 25 business days, the item still had not arrived. I contacted customer service to request a refund and was told that the shipping deadline was not until two months after the item had shipped, that I would need to wait about another month before the company would be willing to look into any sort of resolution. This two-month deadline was not mentioned on the website when I bought the item nor in any of my order confirmation emails, only the time frame of 10-25 business days, so I feel the shipping times on the website are falsely advertised. If the company is not willing to offer a resolution until two months after an item has shipped, then this should be advertised as the shipping time on the website and time at which to contact customer service. The longer than expected shipping time may impact a customer's decision of whether or not to place an order in the first place.
UPDATE: While the item still has not arrived, more than six weeks after being shipped, I did receive a refund after posting this review as well as a note from customer service that I would not need to return the item if it ever arrives.

Rubbish service. Tracking number does not exist according to UK customs so cannot trace. Never received. No reply to my query submitted to their ticket query service several days ago. Would never use this company again.
Following several more emails to the company using Facebook this time and after posting this review, the company has now refunded the money from this item and advised that if it does arrive, I may still keep it. This is better customer service but the whole ordering procedure needs to be improved with tracking numbers made part of the service and also the fact that the items are coming from China not America. Shame - the items look lovely but the postal and dispatch side is letting the company down.
