I have made a few purchases from Rose Gal's and so far my experience has been wonderful! The shipping does take a little while however, I wasn't bothered to much. I love everything I have purchased from them! I ordered a elephant beach throw and while it is thin, I was not misled when I bought it. It said chiffon right on the sales page. I just ended up using in a different manner than advertised. I used it as a table cloth. I am still very pleased with my purchase. I already recommend them to my friends and family.
Merchandise is junk. Would NOT send me the return address. Finally returned to shipping facility. (Paid extra for a signed UPS receipt) PAYPAL backed them up and would not give me a refund because since I didn't return it to the address where they accept returns, I couldn't prove they received it. They signed for it on Jan 11th. Paypal made their decision on Feb 22. On Feb 23, I get a message from Rosegal that said they had my merchandise, but I would need to send them a 2nd shipping fee in order for them to resend it. How is it they found the merchandise (that they have had since Jan 11th) the day AFTER Paypal ruled in their favor? And how can PayPal back such a scam company. Will never use PayPal again either.
I placed an order and then they wanted a picture of my drivers license and the credit card and I refused. I knew then that it was a scam! I cancelled my order and they emailed me back that they had closed out the ticket. Then I received a partial shipment! Of clothes that are 2-3 sizes too small, cheaply made crap! Their phone is disconnected and I can't get a response via email about returning this $%!@@

BEWARE of additional charges that are not mentioned - NOT free shipping like they advertise.
Purchased a variety of different bathing suits, paid extra for quick shipping and handling. Got the products in a reasonable amount of time but ended up having to pay an extra $32 for duty charges, which I was not at all made aware of. And because the products were shipped on two different days, I would have had to pay ANOTHER $32 for duty for one other product they shipped late. Would have ended up paying more in shipping then for the actual product.
I ended up having to pay the duty charge, because the company would not refund any of the items. The customer service was responsive, but unfortunately didn't do much for me besides a 10% refund for the amount incurred.

On the 26th January 2017 I Ordered Item no. *******L and item no. ******* on O/N ZZ************** I paid for them by Paypal. To date I have received nothing despite several emails. I will now raise a dispute payment with Pay pal to have my money refunded I will wait 5 days to receive a reply then I will proceed with Paypal I will also go on facebook to tell people of my experience with You. I see all these reviews and I'm scared! I just ordered a 40$ purchase, hopefully all goes well or I will be contacting the police to get the website shutdown for good!
None of the items fit. I was told to request a refund, which I did. I printed out their instructions and returned the items. I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND. I submitted ticket after ticket but got the run around!

Worst customer service and illiterate emails if they bother to respond to you at all. I placed two orders and received things piece by piece on the first order with poor sewing (like it was done in a high school home ec class) and junky jewelry. The second order was shipped out piecemeal (I placed it before getting the first order as I was sucked in by the sales) and I had to put in a ticket for them to send the last piece which they hadn't shipped out three weeks later. I have yet to receive any of it (order placed December 2, it's now Feb 25). I submitted tickets and they ignored them. I resorted to PayPal to try and get a refund. I'm writing this review in the hope I can save someone else from this frustration.

I ordered an item and the size ran very very small requested large size or a refund I have yet to receive either. They wanted to give me $6 for an item I paid $23. They went up to $10 but I want my full payment and I will send the item back. DO NOT Trust them you will not get any satisfaction

Only a few thing that I've purchased has turned out somewhat ok but won't buy from this company too often. The items that are from other countries are not necessarily the size you assume you have ordered. My medium sweater in Juniors turned out to be a child like size. Unfortunately, many items have been passed on.

I shop a lot on line and have never come across such an unorganised company. If I contact other places for my order not turning up, they resend the item straight away, no excuses, no bull$#*!, they value my repeated purchases from them, and also my good reviews. The first thing I order from them I don't receive, and told I only get a partial refund or if I send more money I might get my original item! I don't think so! I'm putting in a dispute, I feel I have been treated unfairly and they should have more respect for your paying customers! This is the review I'm going to put anywhere I see a Rosegal review page

I wrote a review thinking they maybe a scam. They didn't send me the second item I ordered. However, since then they emailed me to rectify the problem and I got a refund for it. It seems that they are trying hard to improve their service. Their sizes maynot be accurate still but I don't think they are scammers.
I would give them the second chance.

So far I have ordered 5 tops from them and waiting on one more. They all took an average of 5-6 weeks before arriving. One top I disliked but knowing the cost of returns it was a calculated risk.
