It is interesting to note that 99% of the reviews are a 1 or 2 with very unhappy clients... and the other 1% are 5 stars with people who are ecstatic... fake reviews much?!?! I am disgusted in the poor designs, fabrics and fit. I will never order from this company again... you get what you pay for. CHEAP crap!

There are way too many, "never received my full order, or any of it, for this to be a legitimate company. It is making a lot of money for now, and likely figure, by the time the word gets spread around not to order from them, they will have made enough money to retire! It is sad that people think this behavior is acceptable. I recommend ordering off of the Animal rescue site. They are efficient, fast and I am truly enjoying the clothes I bought from them.

I ordered 10 small jewelrys from this site and also bought the insurance and tracking number for it. So far I received 6 items. Waiting for almost a month for it. Then yesterday March 10,2017 I received an email from them saying the other "3" items is out of stock. It suppose to be 4 items, that i did not recieved! If its out if stock, why the hell would you put them for sale on your damn site! Oh yeah and all this crap is from CHINA. Spent $20.72 on this site, thanks goodness its not over $30!+. Will never buy from this site ever again! Scammer sent half items and keep the other half.

Received a message from RoseGal today after I posted the review about the poor quality and the sizing being so far off. I have worn a 3X for many years and these blouses came nowhere near! The sizes weren't even close and if it was just me; why am I reading so many reviews from people with all the same issues as me. Nice try but like I said the quality is terrible, the sizes run way to small, and the cost to return is outrageous! DO NOT BUY!

Rosegal sizing is unbelievable! I ordered two swimsuits and a blouse and NOTHING fit. It looked like it was for kids. I am a big girl, fitting comfortably into a size 16 to 18. I ordered 2X for all three garments. The one swimsuit didn't go up past one mid-thigh! The other swimsuit was about 12 inches from the top of the bra to the crotch... which would have worked if I were a midget. The blouse seemed like a size 2 instead of 2X. Swim wear is not returnable. Getting through to their "support" is impossible. I should have NEVER ordered from RoseGal.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed my order. Thank goodness it was for only one top. It was just a test to see what this company was like. The top isn't even sewn correctly. No way can anyone wear it.
I am in the process of trying to get a refund but after reading the reviews, it sounds like that is not going to happen. I will knock this up as a lesson learned and to let as many people as I can know not to order from them. What a rip off.

I wanted to send a swimsuit back and receive a refund. In British money it was £27 I was offered $8 and the rest would go to points for future purchases (REALLY) as a good will payment and told I could keep the swimsuit or give it away. I have another swimsuit about to arrive I am dreading it won't fit as that will be another waste of money which I can ill afford to waste as I am a pensioner. I guess I've learnt my lesson never again. I shall warn others though.

I don't exactly remember how I stumbled upon Rosegal, but I'm so thankful I did.
My first order was small because I just wanted to test the service, quality, and all that jazz.
The shipping was fast, the customer service was phenomenal, and when I actually got the product, not only did it look like what it was in the picture, but it lasted quite a while, and was really good quality. (I ordered 2 cheap cosplay wigs and some jewelry)
Since then I probably end up ordering from them once every 3 months, and my orders average around $200 - $300. And this isn't because I'm a reseller or anything, just because I love the fact that they have unique clothes, jewelry and stuff that most stores in my area don't have. Also, I'm tall, so in my last order, when I ordered one of those Jessica Rabbit style dresses, and found that their sizing chart was actually accurate I was blown away! Also, everyone who saw me in that dress that it was sexy as hell! And guess what... no one else has it, because everyone else shops at the same stores.
Anyway, sorry for the essay, but legit, Rosegal has now become my new addiction. If you check the sizing chart, and the product reviews on Rosegal before ordering, you will not be disappointing. Trust me, this site is a gold mine.

Original Post: Terrible business. No indication until I placed the order that expected shipping was up to SIX WEEKS. I've ordered other items from China and not had this long a delay. After waiting past the longest estimated time, I contacted the vendor, and was told that they take no responsibility. Of course, they charged my payment immediately upon ordering. Worst company I've ever encountered. Avoid entirely!
UPDATE: After posting this review, the company did contact me and refund my money. I still cannot recommend doing business with them.
