This is an awful website! Do not order from it! I have been waiting for my order for way over a month now and still haven't received it, after paying for a 5-10 day shipping. I ordered February 9th and it's March 21st. It's hard to track and get in contact with the business, and when I did they were absolutely no help.
I made my 1st order on February 18 and am still waiting for 2 of the shirts from that order. I emailed customer service and they offered 10% off my next order. Big deal. I'd rather have the clothes I ordered. I expect 25 days but 30+ days shipping is ridiculous. I made another order on March 10 and it's still processing. I will never order from this company again.

We never received our product. We purchased December 4,2016. It's now March 19,2017. Tracking # says being shipped. I've tried every means to contact customer service that they offer. No response. Completed multiple support tickets still no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, unless you like throwing your money away. I should have read the reviews first. Most review, nearly 99% give them a 1 Stars. Nothing in between 1 through 5 so my guess the 5 stars are fake reviews. I had to give them a 1 Star because that's the lowest number allowed. I would give them a negative number if it was offered.

Luckily I only placed a small order. After 3 months it has not arrived and I told them I wanted to be credited for the order. They said it is not their fault and that the shipper lost it and if I send an additional $6.00 U.S. they will re ship the item. Total rip off. Do not order from them. Why does Facebook let them advertise?

Complete scam of a company.
Item ordered never came! Apparently sending the item you pay for is not their responsibility if you dont purchase extra insurance on it. There is no proof the item shipped inside the USA. They are not assuming any responsibility for full reimbursement or sending the item. After multiple service tickets, they have said it is not their problem & it's my fault they never sent the item I bought because I didn't pay for extra insurance on a $10 item. They are not willing to issue a full credit, a tracking number from inside the USA or resend the item. Remove this company from the web! Scam!

I ordered a top back on Jan10th and still didn't receive it. They emailed me to tell me give it until Mar11th. Then they will tell me my options... Well my options are I only get back 1/2 my refund. And that it wasn't their fault. It was the postal service. I feel this is a scam. As I've have read other reviews. Please don't waste your time or money ordering from this site. And I'm not sure if I will even get my 1/2 refund back!

I have reported this website for not sending articles ordererd in a timely Manor and false advertising. My orders were paid for over three weeks ago with expedited shipping paid for. Nothing received and I am totally unable to reach the site to speak with someone.

This site is a piece of $#*!, don't waste your money here. Once they get your money they won't send you anything unless you go on PayPal and claim a dispute, even then it's only one claim. This site will then only send half your order and it'll take about another month before it actually gets to you. Unfortunately for PayPal once you do one claim you can't do another and they just refer you to contacting the seller, this site will not give you any contact. On top of it all if you try to post a review on their website or Facebook (zuckerberg is apparently their $#*!) page it will not show (unless it's a 5 star review) but if you try posting it again it'll give you the disclaimer of "you already posted once here, click here to go back to product".

I ordered a Christmas T-shirt which "shipped" 12/8/16. Rosegal support assured me it was coming on 1/24/17. It has yet to be seen and they will only give a 50% refund. They blame the shipper. Sounds like a profitable business to me. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered the lace Spliced sleeveless dress. It fits perfectly, however, at my age I don't feel comfortable with the length, but I tried it on with a pair of tights and it is perfect. I received it in two weeks and I did not pay delivery charges. I have sent them a message asking if I could buy another one only 5 inches longer. Hopefully they will accommodate me.
Placed order 6 weeks ago, nothing, Rosegal said wait till April 9 till they will considering anything. There emails are generic computer responses, not a real person, do not buy, will look to my credit card company to help me

I ordered a size "2X" floral print mens shirt. What arrived looks like a Medium. Rosegal offered to replace it with a different size. I requested "5X". They said it is out of stock. They offer a refund less shipping cost to a "Rosegal Wallet". Not of interest to me. I will not ever do business with this company again. Silly me -- I could have looked at the reviews before ordering.
Delivery took about 2 weeks, from China.
Just FYI the tag on the shirt indicates that it needs to be ironed.
The good news -- I'm only out $13.
