I ordered 2 things from Rosegal on Jan 22, never got it, never took out the insurance because I was not responsible for the shipping so why would I pay for insurance? I have contacted them about the order and they just don't seem to care they have done no tracking, they just kept telling me to check with the post office. Finally they have said they will give me 12dollars us as a good faith offer. Would never order from them again and do not encourage anyone else to do so.

Rosegal sends me a shipping e-mail for items i looked at on their site, but never ordered,. Fortunately i have control over my accounts. They fish for that data when you respond to their shipping e-mail. They say that you are responsible for any expense for the shipment. Keep in mind i did not ever place this order. So if any DHL packages come to me, they will be returned un-opened. I have also filed out a complaint with the BBB, and sent a letter to the Federal Trade Commission. They have the case now and should be able to find out more. And hopefully will shut down this site for fraud.
I ordered my stuff only a few days ago but am already seeing the horrors I had been warned about for this site come to life. They sent part of my order instead of sending them all at once which I am assuming they will blame on 'stock issues'. If there is a stocking issue it's the company's job to make sure that items that are not in stock ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. Good businesses do not send 1 order in multiple shipments. This is basic basic business and it's downright embarrassing as a company to be so disorganized and poor at their job not to be update their website properly. Not impressed at all. I purchased insurance though so if I'm waiting longer than the 30 days I'll be expecting a full refund, or I'll just cancel the payment through paypal.

Unless you like giving your money away for clothing or merchandise you will never receive, Don't order from Rosegal.

Very disappointed! I ordered large size and what I got looks like a size med or large. It was supposed to be plus size 4X or 5X and none of the blouses not even close to that large

I was worried after reading all these reviews BUT I had already ordered 5 items from them and didn't hold my breath. Items arrived in two parcels not problems and items are well made, well sized and I am very pleased.
Can believe that I have waited this long for one t-shirt honestly it wastes my time and my own money that I give to them! It's absolutely rediculous! Never buying from here again!

It's a shame that their shipping and customer service are so horrible. They offer really cute clothing for a reasonable price. I ordered four items in January and received two fairly quickly, considering the distance. I contacted customer service about the remaining two items. They are supposed to have shipped Feb. 24 and March 8, but to date (March 23), I have seen neither package. Tracking is a SHAM and a JOKE. There is absolutely no way of tracking the packages using the tracking numbers and website provided. I'll wait for the packages and be surprised if I ever see them. With springtime here now, these winter garments will not be worn until next year anyway! It is unlikely I'd ever order again, nor would I recommend this site to friends. A very disappointing experience.
