Placed my first order last week. I saw a pretty dress which I decided I would like to take on a cruise. It is lovely, although the photo showed rhinestones, but not the gold studs that also adorn. It is still pretty and I will probably order in another color as well. The Size L is a big snug for my 36 C/D bust,, but with the right bra,, will be fine. I also ordered a pair of suede shoes with crystal adornment and they are fabulous. Exactly as shown on the site, good quality suede and good size. Necklace was lovely, looks way more expensive than it was and headband is pretty. The only "complaint" I have involves the fact that I paid for DHL shipping. Arrived in less than a week -- WOW! -- but Canadian Customs dinged me $36.77 on a $75 order! It also happened with an order from another Singapore company last week. They were very kind and I'm happy they've noticed my opinion. I read the reviews about RoseGal before I ordered but I thought I would be safe because I wasn't planning on going on vacation for another 1.5 months. I thought to myself, that should be enough time to receive the packages right?! WRONG.
I ordered from another website (also similarly priced) called Cupshe and both of these orders shipped from China. My order with Cupshe shipped later than the one from Rosegal and yet arrived earlier. I ordered from Rosegal on March 9th and it's already April 4th and I'm still waiting. Seriously unacceptable.
EDIT: Rosegal contacted me to offer me a refund which I received promptly. They also said that if the bikinis arrived, I can keep them free of charge (which was a nice gesture).
I, like many others, ordered an item that I never received (on 2/21.) They kept telling me to "wait another week." I finally had enough and luckily for me, my credit card company refunded the total amount of the purchase. Do not order from this company.
They have no right to charge people for items months before they arrive-if they ever do.

I honestly can't believe how many negative comments are on here. I received my clothes within 3 weeks. I mean it is free shipping and all so what do you expect? Also the clothes were in great condition and a VERY good price. I am one happy customer here. I just received 6/10 items of my order in great condition! The bathing suit bottoms were a little snug but easily stretched out. Flattering fabrics.
I was also just emailed that they refunded me back for the items that were not shipped without me reaching out to them. However the items that were received were on the 14th of the 15 day estimated shipping time. I see a lot of bad reviews, however please find out which countries these reviews are from. I live in mexico, and I trust I can order form these guys again.
Also, check the reviews of each item you reserve. Only the negative reviews make it onto sites like this, hardly any of the successful stories.

I ordered 2 tops from them. One was delivered right away and the other one got lost in shipment. They used a new shipping company and there wasn't a tracking number. They said they have since stopped using that company. RoseGal refunded my money once I posted a review on Sitejabber. They saw the review and contacted me immediately. I was so happy to have found a blouse to wear to my daughters wedding and to make sure I would receive it on time I paid an extra $10.00 Ordered it on March 22nd and it didn't ship until March 31st. I tried RoseGal twice. The first time it took over 2 months to get my order. The second time, I never received my order and they will not refund my purchase price. Not trying them again. Wished I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered an item over a month ago and haven't received it. I submitted a ticket which I never received a response to. This morning I tried their 1-888 number and it appears to be disconnected. Then I started researching this company and I am reading pages of reviews. Not a single good review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Do your due diligence and check out a company before you order from them. I should have known the prices were too good to be true. Just ordered 2 dresses. My total bill was 94.66$ including the shipping fees. When they processed my credit card, they charged 128$. Tried to call them, no answer of course and then tried a Live chat session and all I got was a "Thank you for connecting with us" Message. I will give them the 14 business days to receive my order as stipulated on the second shippping option. If not is received, I will contest the purchase and get my refund as false statement.
