This place is a hidden gem! I went for a mani pedi and Letticia was my nail tech. Honestly, it was the best mani pedi I have ever had. I was so impressed with her skills and Letticia was so pleasant and friendly. The entire staff there was very professional. I can't wait to return! This is my go-to place for nails from now on!

This was my first visit to Bliss Salon in Boca.My haircut appointment was with Will and it was the BEST cut & style! I could tell he was very experienced and I was so pleased with the results. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and professional. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

I ordered 2 tops from them. One was delivered right away and the other one got lost in shipment. They used a new shipping company and there wasn't a tracking number. They said they have since stopped using that company. RoseGal refunded my money once I posted a review on Sitejabber. They saw the review and contacted me immediately. I will give them a second chance in the future.

Tip for consumers:
After posting my review on Sitejabber, I received a response from RoseGal immediately. They gave me a credit for the amount of the top I didn't receive. There is a glick in their shipping process and they claim it is fixed. I was very pleased with the quick response although I would've rather received the top. Their styles are very different than the cookie-cutter styles you see in our department stores. I will give them more time to work on their shipping problems before I order again.
