I wear a 3 or a 4xl but the dress I ordered I got it in a 5xl for extra flare flow it came in about a month I couldn't get my arms in the sleeves a 5xl in China is not a 5xl in america now I gotta ship back to China in hopes of a refund plus I've got a shirt ordered I hope it's not the same thing very beautiful clothes sadly sizes run small very disappointed...

I don't understand all these negative reviews. You are ordering inexpensive things from CHINA. You are not paying for expensive overnight FedEx shipping. It's regular mail and it has to go through customs. I have tracked orders. I've ordered 4 times now and I've received all of my orders. Customer service replies to me. The items are nice enough, you just have to check the measurements listed (I've found them to be accurate) and DO NOT just order your normal size. Also, check the days it takes to ship out under the item title. I love the things that I purchased thru Rosegal! You just have to be prepared, up front, that your order will take 2-4 weeks to reach you.
I was skeptical about this company after reading other reviews, but it turned out just fine. I read the other reviews after putting the order in, but it turned out nothing like what the other people are saying. I emailed the company and asked for a refund stating that I had changed my mind but was told that 3 items had already been shipped out. They cancelled my remaining items and did in fact credit back my Visa. I did receive the 3 items after about 2 and a half weeks from order time. The clothes are not top quality but you do get what you pay for. They were as pictured but they do fit very small. I got 2 dresses and both are very short, so that's ok, I'll wear with leggings as a top. The blouse I ordered was not exactly the color I could tell from the picture and also very narrow in the shoulders. I take a medium usually so should have ordered a large. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for" is true in this case. Not great quality and fit small, but they are legit and I was satisfied with my items. Not a scam as some people are saying. Just order a larger size and don't expect perfection.
Where is my order? I got only one article of clothing out of the four I ordered. Service is slow, poor quality of clothing and they obviously do not care about their customers. I don't want an apology, I want my order! They do not deserve a star!

I wish these places would be removed when they do this. It makes me sad. My young daughter ordered a nice bathing suit with her own money that never came. This place tells you to wait as long as they do because that's how long it take for the credit cards to clear. Criminals!

I ordered 3 blouses through Rosegal. One never came. One that came was not even close to the right size even though it was mark that size. The other one was a black and white blouse that when I washed the first time, the black bled all over the white. So now it's black and white splotchy.

STAY AWAY! Horrible company to deal with. They are in China and it takes forever to get your order. Cute clothes but cheaply made and they are ridiculously small. WHEN you have to return them, the shipping costs more than the clothes did! Do you have 2 options: 1-Send them back and get a retune in which you lose money or reorder and pay for shipping again 2-keep them and lose your money. I choose 2 which ended up with me losing the least amount of money and giving to charity. UPDATE-
After posting this review on Sitejabber, the company did return my purchase price in full. Thankful!

A lot of people were really sketch about this site, so I made sure to read a zillion reviews and live chat with customer service before placing my order. I paid $7 for faster shipping and $1.80 for "shipping insurance." The swimsuits were already so cheap, I didn't mind paying ~$10 extra since I was getting three swimsuits for $30. I got all three within two weeks and they're exactly like the description! I would add they run a little small, but overall pleased with my order! Most disputes are over shipping, so just pay the extra money to avoid all of the drama.

Please do not get caught up in the things this company posts on the internet, They never shipped my merchandise but they took my money. When I tried to get hold of them the 888 # did not work. I tried doing a cust service ticket online and got a cookie cutter response that they shipped my stuff with a tracking # from China. What a joke these people are. I too ordered items for a cruise. Anticipating longer than the usual shipping time- even at a good 45 days prior I figured I would be fine with a flat rate shipping window of 10-25 days.So here I am at day 32 and NO delivery YET. Customer service sucks and says delivery can be up to 45 days. I don't even know what to do at this point.
