I purchased 2 necklaces which were nice and they arrived promptly. However, they added an annual membership with no charge to the purchase so I was unaware. Until I got notice they had charged a monthly fee to my credit card. Shoddy, deceptive business practice! Don't get tricked.

We ordered a bed from Houzz. After waiting over 3 weeks, it was delivered damaged. They promptly ordered another. We waited close to 4 weeks and it came damaged again. The customer service was great and they refunded our money. Too bad because the bed was very nice!

We order a bed and a lamp. They first said bed would be delivered in 3 weeks. Then it was 5 weeks and after 5 weeks they said 10 more! We ordered in July and it was supposed to be delivered until mid October! We also ordered a lamp at the same time. It came promptly several days later. The neck was bent and the shade was broken. We requested a replacement in early Aug. Coleman said the manufacturer would replace the shade but not the lamp. It is now the last week in Sept and we don't have the shade. Just keep getting emails manufacturer will be shipping. The next to last said they were shipping by the end of last week. On Sunday, they emailed they had ordered the shade. We still have the bent lamp, no shade and they won't return my money. Be very aware before you do business with this company!

I ordered a necklace with my beloved Schnauzer we had just lost. I canceled my order within 20 minutes of placing the order and requested a refund to my paypal acct. Received 2 emails confirming the cancellation and indicating the refund would be processed. Almost a month later, I do not have the refund. PayPal has contacted them as well and they have not responded to them yet either. You might want to think twice about doing business with this company located in China.

STAY AWAY! Horrible company to deal with. They are in China and it takes forever to get your order. Cute clothes but cheaply made and they are ridiculously small. WHEN you have to return them, the shipping costs more than the clothes did! Do you have 2 options: 1-Send them back and get a retune in which you lose money or reorder and pay for shipping again 2-keep them and lose your money. I choose 2 which ended up with me losing the least amount of money and giving to charity. UPDATE-
After posting this review on Sitejabber, the company did return my purchase price in full. Thankful!
