Warning! Customer service sucks-- takes days to get back with you as the only contact info on their site is email. I found their number and called them and their live customer service is just as bad. Apparently they blame everything on their 'merchant' and they take NO responsibility for anything being sold to you. On top of that they allow the merchant to change return policies after you purchase! It's a shady company with immoral 'merchants'. Save yourself time and money and just buy elsewhere. It's worth a few dollars more to not have to deal with a company such as this! I actually ended up ah I got to file a dispute with my credit card (and won!)
Fly by night overstock reseller. Shipped the wrong item that I purchased on Walmart.com. No option to have the correct item sent to replace it. "Box it up and return it to us using the attached label and we'll issue a refund within 5-10 days of receiving the product."
This is standard practice. But the $9.44 item shipped in a plastic bag which was torn open in excitement of the product arriving. So purchasing packing tape, a suitable box and going out of my way to return it, without ever receiving the item I ordered... when THEY made the mistake is unacceptable in this day and age.
I have shopped on OpenSky for the past several months. I have found the products to be of excellent quality and reasonably priced. However, I have recently become very disenchanted with OpenSky, as its customer service is of very poor quality. #1: When I attempted to request a return authorization, it was apparent that no one had really read my email. Then I replied to OpenSky's auto. Response, and I have not heard back at all. #2: I was interested in buying a leather satchel messenger bag and asked customer service for its dimensions (length x width x depth). I received no response whatsoever.
It's too bad, as I truly enjoyed the shopping experience. But, I'm unwilling to continue on as a fairly regular customer in the face of such poor customer service.

My earrings arrived sooner than expected. They were boxed (separately) very nicely. I was surprised at the tiny size! But I have have very short hair so they look great. It was my fault for not checking the dimensions. I love both pairs. They were well worth the price. I will definitely buy again from this seller - she has tons of beautiful things!
This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I called several times only to have my call answered by a machine then it proceeding to tell me that they are too busy, resulting in them hanging up on me. I tried sending sending several emails to *******@opensky.com, which did not even result in an automatic response. What I ended up doing, which I recommend to all of you, was research the merchant who's product I ordered and call them to ask about the status. I reached a real person my first try and she was able to tell me the status of my item, and assured me that she would personally make sure that I receive it. I will never purchase from opensky again, but the merchant has won me over as a loyal customer.
I bought shirts for $62.15 and returned all 3. My refund was $28.99. They neglected to tell me that they would charge me $14.95 to ship them back using their return label. I could have sent them back for $7.25. Then they said the merchant refused to take the one shirt I tried on back because it had "several" pet hairs on it. I literally tried the shirt on for less than 1 minute and immediately put it right back in the package. This is a middle man that rips you off on S&H charges and doesn't protect the buyer at all.

I purchased this for my granddaughter for her birthday. It appears to be very good quality and is something I was not able to find anywhere else. There is one large bangle and two charms on the bracelet all of which are anchored on quite well.
I will be mailing it to her. That's too bad because I'd love to see the look on her face when she gets it. She's going to be a happy girl.
I ordered a phone cover that came within a couple weeks and I like it. It's exactly what I expected. The 2 shirts I ordered at the same time took a month to get here and they're homemade? There's no tag or anything. Total rip off. I won't even attempt to return them. From the reviews here, it sounds better to just consider this a good lesson learned and sleep in the shirts. :) A $99 shirt online for $25 is probably going to be a rip off.

I ordered a purse Aug. 15,2015, and returned it less than a week later. I FINALLY got my refund on Sept. 16,2015. I had to contact them, asking if they had received my return, and after that, two more contacts about getting my refund. This is a shady company, and I was a fool to order from them. Please be aware that your refund will be minus a good chunk of money, for "shipping".

Don't expect quality in whatever you order from this website. And if by any chance you have a problem with your order, be ready for the worst customer service I've seen. These people are in the business of getting your money, and not providing any customer support when their vendors do not comply with their requirements, And if if you need to return something be aware they'll charge you a hefty shipping fee for the return, to the point you might as well keep the item and donated it to charity. I ordered a phone case that was advertised as LifeProof (spelled exactly like that in the product description). When I received it, I found out it was not the LifeProof brand so I didn't remove any of the protective clear stickers, etc and sent an email to customer service to request a pre-paid return envelope as well as a full refund. About a week later, still no response from OpenSky, so I wrote them again. At this time, someone on their end had updated the product description by removing the reference to "LifeProof". A few days later someone replied with return instructions including that I'd have to pay for the return, completely ignoring the fact that they falsely advertised the product.
So here I am, waiting for yet another response from someone who is able to help me with my return and ensure that I will not be charged for return shipping as well as receive a full refund for the product. Seems a little shady if you ask me.

I think these should last a long time. They seem to be made of a durable plastic material and more importantly the toe thong part won't break off like most flip flops. Bonus on price! I found the exact same flip flops on another web site for almost triple the price!

I ordered a product which has never even been shipped though a shipping label was created. It has been 13 days and absolutely no updates. I contacted the site but they just give a run around saying their shipping typically takes a bit longer. They only say to wait longer and if still no delivery they will contact the supplier to find out the problem. I certainly will NEVER use this site again. If you're reading these reviews you can tell they do this all the time. You would just be giving your money away. If you want to give money away please select a legitimate charity.

I ordered a pair of headphone and they were marked delivered. Charged me. No headphones. Their "customer love" email is a way for them to appear to be helping customers but they do not. Seen many bad reviews after I checked up on them... sadly after losing my money. Do not order from them.

This is a big scam. I placed an order for 6 items for a total of about $136. Three of the items shipped which they also charged me for. In addition, every time an item shipped, the reduced the $136 by that amount and then charged me again three more times. So, I am currently out over $600 for $136 worth of merchandise. They claim that these are just holds on my account but I have never seen such ridiculous billing practices. I will not shop here again any time soon.
I tried to place an order with OpenSky today. I set up and account, entered all the information, CC info, shipping/billing... etc. It took my information, advised me that the order was processed and then nothing. Just kept asking me for my email and password... I went to technical support, and one agent just magically disappeared and I had to start over with another tech support person. Nothing was resolved, the order is I-Don't-Know-Where... and I'm not going to pursue it any further other than to confirm with my CC company that nothing was billed against my account. Be forewarned. I would recommend steering clear of this site.

Again, very confused by the negative comments. I've ordered once from Opensky, it was a necklace for my wife. It arrived quickly, was packaged well, and was exactly as described. My wife loves it! And it was very cheap for the quality.
Opensky is like Amazon in that just because you're ordering from them does not mean that company is actually shipping the product. So you should be picky about who you order from on these sites.
I had to contact customer service regarding my account at one point, and it does take them a little while to respond, but I received the help I needed, so I have no complaints.
