I have bought twice from OpenSky and will never buy again. Delivery was incredibly slow and product quality was just not there. At one point I emailed OpenSky and I got an automated response that they would respond in 48 hours. Well, its been 10 days and no response. I have asked to unsubscribe and they can't even get that right. I continue to receive their emails. Would encourage anyone to not do business with them.
The Bluetooth headphones seemed to work alright until they started with some static and fading in & out. Like is was out of range. Overall it was just ok. I might go back to my other headphones with a cord.
I purchased the "polished playful plaid blouse" from Open Sky and I am extremely disappointed in the poor quality of the product. It is made of very cheap fabric and looks homemade (I've seen better home sewn!). Even at a discount, I expect the quality that the site boasts about. I would return it, but it would cost me to ship it plus they will deduct the original shipping/handling costs. I will never order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a backpack that looks nice, but in no way matches the size it looked to be in the photo description. It was noted to be used for hiking, rugged outdoors, school, etc. It is so small you can't even fit one notebook in it, much less the 4 or 5 notebooks every teenager needs for classes. It will be returned.

Extremely hard to get refund and when you do it will be short. They charge you separate shipping on each item and a 4.99 handling charge to ship them to you. I ordered six items, five of them I had to return because either too big or too small I kept one. I paid my own shipping back to them instead of using the USPS stickers they provide to you which was about $3.95 a item to return. You can ship your own items back and find a much cheaper rate. You do not get full refund I was short $10.62 after numerous e-mails to try and get it straightened out they insist they are right if they can live with cheating their customers out of money I can just hope some future customers reads this review and does NOT order anything from them.

Do not, under any circumstances order from this company. I purchased an item as a result of receiving a coupon. The coupon was never applied during the checkout process. When questioned, the company delivered some lame excuse about the manufacturer's price being cheaper than the coupon price. What a load of crap! Then, when my purchase arrived, it was not what I had ordered. It was supposed to be a two pack and only one arrived. When challenged, again the company gave me lame excuses and refused to accept a return. Upon viewing the website, the item I purchased is now only available in a single, and is miraculously half the price of what I paid. When I asked for a price adjustment, I got yet another rejection. This company is terrible. They seem to thrive on ripping off consumers. I feel ripped off and their lack of customer service despite numerous emails back and forth, confirmed it.

I got some really cool stuff! And a real person replied to me when I asked a question about a custom made item like almost immediately, and sent me updates from the seller which was really helpful. It seems like the sellers are actually really responsive and fast! I've had to wait many weeks for items from those other sites like ebay and amazon, so this was way better.
Bought a dress for my daughter, which looked very different from the picture. Selected the smallest size, still it was huge on her, shapeless, more like a moo-moo type of dress. It was not expensive, so I decided to keep it for myself to use as a nightgown (fabric is soft) or to wear it around the house. Not a good purchase - won't buy anything else from this company.
Those 'discount' lures are lures nothing else. The price of the item I purchased turned out to be more than I would have paid on the same item from Amazon (free prime shipping). There was not only a mailing charge but a hefty handling charge added to my item. The product turned out to be defective and when I tried to return it, got a 'sorry but this item is non returnable' answer. I will NEVER order from this shady company again. In the long run, they do not back up their products and the shipping + handling fees are ridiculous. Stick with Amazon for quality and the ability to easily be refunded for faulty products.

I ordered this from Opensky. It came quickly and well packaged. Ordering was simple enough and good thing, because that sleep mask is the best one I've ever had. I've already ordered another one. It doesn't really block that much sound unless you have music on, but it is so comfortable it helped me go to sleep. Love it!
I received my bracelet and im absolutely in love with it. I wanted to give you a review but I dont see how. I was terrified to order because of all of the bad reviews. But the bracelet is lovely. I have not authorized any further purchases so im not sure why people are having that issue as well.
The return policy is terrible and I feel like they are deceptive in their email invitations to receive huge discounts. In reality with all of their shipping and handling charges the item is far more expensive. Every item I have ever received is not as it appears in their photos. I won't be ordering any more and am trying to get rid of their incessant emails. I will stick with Amazon Prime, thank you. Their customer service is much much better.

This is a real joke, these earrings are so small, I almost lost them when opening the package. The picture is totally deceptive and the earrings look nothing like what I expected. Sorely, sorely disappointed. There is no way they could have been worth $129.99, the $11.99 i paid was far too much.

I purchased a 10 ft smartphone charger cord that said it would be compatible with my iPhone 6... only it doesn't fit snugly enough to let the iPhone charge! Totally useless to me. I'm returning the item! They were pretty good about excepting my reason for my return. It took 2 days for them to send me a return shipping label.
For Halloween, a group of friends and I were going to dress up as members of the purge. I clicked on one the pictures and it had a distinct mask and I bought it. $35 was taken out of my account and that was the only thing the website was able to do correctly in this transaction. A couple of days later I received an email that said there was an unexpected delay. That's fine, no big deal as I ordered ahead of time and Halloween was still a week away. The mask finally shows up today (the day before Halloween, when it's supposed to be 2 night delivery) and it's something completely different from what was pictured. Not even close. Something entirely different than what was pictured. If it had shipped on time, I'd be able to come up with something different. Since 2 night delivery turned into 8 night delivery and I'm pretty much SOL. I've called and sent messages to "customer support" and I've heard nothing. STAY AWAY!

I just received a pair of earrings ($22.00) that were Not even Close to what I ordered. The description and picture of them on the site is either false or the the distribution center is in total chaos. I won't even bother to try and return them because the effort would require me to Trust and I don't have Any at this point.
