The store I frequent always has some amazing clothes at really affordable prices. You can purchase items for the whole family. They also have a good return policy.
You don't have to buy fancy jeans to dress stylish, and Old Navy provides a lot of great options at affordable prices. Would recommend with confidence.
I had so much fun shopping at Old Navy! Lots of sales, and super cute clothes. The employees were helpful and very nice too, which is a big plus. I'll keep shopping there.
Fit and quality and style perfect for me an 80 yr old grandma. Easy to find plenty of space. One slight complaint. Some workers are rude but most are really helpful so can be overlooked
Ordered pj's online black Friday. I was so excited to have matching pajamas with my boyfriend Never got my order. Called customer service and everything is out of stock. So disappointed
Love their shirts. They are made to feel comfortable and stylish at the same time. Quality is also a very big plus. I wear them for years and they last forever.
I order from them online, and shop in the stores. They have such cute, up-to-date styles for kids and teens. And it is an affordable option for adults who want to look hip without spending a fortune!
Love the simplicity of shopping online and being able to just drop off items that do not fit at stores. Huge time saver for me when shopping for picky children
Great place to get your kids pants. Can't always find there size at the store but they are always online. If you spend fifty bucks they ship for free.
At old navy a lot of variety available for selection. I always prefer to shop over here again and again. But sometimes i face issue in delivery process
This company is terrible. I have never had such a hard time ordering and receiving items in my life. This company should closed its doors. They are awful.
You can get a lot of merchandise for good prices and they never fail to limit clothing styles in which I see a many new styles coming in everyday... Please keep up, Old Navy!
I'm on hold with old navy for 2 hours. I placed a order for masks they charged me. Never received it. I understand that a lot of people are calling but this is ridiculous
I really do not know that this ad is supposed to represent other than the fact that Old Navy carries large size clothes. It is very annoying does not make we want to shop at your store.
They have pretty good prices and a variety of clothes. I like their sandals for the summer when you're at the beach, because they're pretty inexpensive but seem to be pretty durable.
Will NEVER shop or order from them again. I have no car. Ordered a shirt I needed 3 days later, and paid $22. For shipping THEY GUARANTEED WOULD BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. (Even 2 days would have been alright.) I received a FORM EMAIL FROM THEM 24 HOURS LATER SAYING THEY COULD NOT DELIVER AS PROMISED AND THAT MY ORDER HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED! By that time it was too late to order elsewhere and I had no car to go out looking. They made no attempt to offer a refund of the outrageous shipping I paid only because I desperately needed item quickly. I am currently calling them to insist on a full refund of my shipping. IRRESPONSIBLE, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shop somewhere else!
Ordered a swimsuit for my daughter. What arrived was a maternity shirt. Emailed customer service, which turned out to be an email that doesn't reply back? Decided to chat, spoke with someone who clearly did not speak English (but no option for english). To be given a generic return/exchange policy response. I explained that all I wanted was for a swimsuit to be sent (like most stores do when its clearly thier mistake) and a label to return the shirt that I DID NOT order. I was told they are not shipping and my options were, drive to a store (not happening, considering I don't live close to one... hints why I ordered online) or ship THIER mistake back, wait for it to be "okayed" to be returned, and then they would issue a refund. All I wanted /needed was a swimsuit for my daughter. Now I will just go locally to buy one. After reading reviews I don't think a return is going to be the easiest route. DONT order online, I don't plan to again. Btw... this review is not only for Old Navy but Gap as well considering all customer service is through Gap.
Very upset about the new 30 day return policy. I shop at Old Navy very frequently and had no idea about this. I get emails from Old Navy, and don't recall ever receiving information about this change. I went to return some items 40 days after I bought them online, and I was not even able to return them for store credit. No one can give me a reason why my return was denied for store credit. Not even the manager of the store or customer service reps that I've called. I spend thousands of dollars at Old Navy each year, and have never had an issue like this. I am a new mom, and work full time. Getting to the store to make a return is very difficult with a newborn which is the only reason it wasn't done sooner. Had I known the policy changed, I would have made it happen so that I'm not out $125 for nothing. Very upset with Old Navy for not making this policy change clear to customers. And the fact that no one can tell me why my return is denied is very upsetting. Old Navy just lost a valued customer.
Old Navy is a good place to shop on a discount. But don't just buy clothes there, without trying on first in dressing room! Old Navy's clothing sizes run really big, compared to (most) other stores.
Do you know the sinking feeling when you've lost your cell phone? I DO! I lost my phone today (jan10,2023) and ON Employees RYAN, YAMI and ZAID stopped what they were doing and HELPED me search the store, took my additional contact info and continued to look out for my phone after I left their store! Amazing and Mature Young Adults! KUDOS to these 3 for the outstanding efforts in their part to ease their frantic store customer. Fortunately my phone was found in a different location - but these outstanding adults continued to call my phone and kept the search going until they knew I had it in my possession! I cannot thank them enough! CORPORATE should recognize these 3 adults for their outstanding service to their customers! They truly went "above and beyond" their duties today!
Thankful Customer
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
