I went there a few times. Never really found clothes that interest me. Every Christmas I get a giftcard from my grandparents for old navy but, I just gave it away.
Good quality and prices, deliveries are usually pretty quick and the clothing quality is excellent. On of my favorite stores, but not perfect just yet.
Always get good quality items from Old Navy. Will continue to shop there! No bait and switch here. They are honest and stand by their product.
Thank you Old Navy!
When I attempt to view my passed orders I am prompted with, " You currently don't have any active orders. Your Order History includes all of your orders placed in the last 6 month"
My last purchase last week, I made sure I signed in and used the my normal email and still no orders.
My old navy acct was hacked and my husband's name was used to purchase $300 worth of shorts and were being sent to NY. I called and spoke to "research" while I was on the phone I was alerted that some items were being shipped. The agent "Wes" was trying to intercept the shipment. He assured me the items would not be shipped. I've continued getting notifications that items are being shipped. I've called and reported it. They tell me they cannot intercept the shipments. I spoke to a manager "Kelly" from Research Dept. She basically said they did everything they could. Really? So, basically they allowed $300 worth of merchandise to be shipped despite knowing the order was fraudulent. I reported it on Monday. Items continue to be shipped daily like one or two items at a time. They claim they still cannot intercept it. Yet, the thieves ordered a second order several hours after the first and Old Navy cancelled that order due to possible fraud (before I had even called). Basically, they have allowed $300 worth of merchandise to be delivered to an address in NY under my husbands name when they know the order was fraud. This is why prices go up as the company has to recoup their money from theft somehow. Absolutely ridiculous!
I ordered clothes from Old Navy April 23 and still haven't received my items. After waiting an hour on hold to speak to someone, they claim that UPS lost my package. So they offered a refund, because these items are sold out. The refund will take 10 business days. Also I ordered leggings from them last month. They sent me the wrong ones. So I returned them and they said they will send me the correct ones. Guess what? Again they sent the wrong item, so I returned them again. I returned the items 3 weeks ago. They claim it takes 30 days from when they receive my return for me to get the refund. I'm now out of pocket so much money because of their ridiculous policies. I spoke to two different supervisors and they are all telling me different things. The first supervisor said I'd have my money back by now, but today they're saying 30 days from when they receive the return. I've ordered from many companies online and have never had problems before. Their customer service is horrible. I just want my money back for their mistake!
Prices are ok but their delivery time is too long. Last time I ordered from them online had to refused the delivery because it took more than 10 days for the package to arrive
I like shopping there for my 16 year old son, but he is not too wild about the store. It lacks relevancy to the millennials. OldNavy stopped being cool.
Another antiquated business that needs you to create yet another marginal internet account instead of using top-level single sign on SSO providers e.g. Google, Facebook
Your commercials are so annoying that I turn the channel to keep from hearing (sorry not sorry) song. They make no sense and have never put you in the sprit of Christmas.
I love old navy. If you still like coordination of items this is the place to shop. They have very cute children's clothes. I am also impressed with the varitey and true fit of their plus size.
Old navy commercials are amazing, but their products are mostly "meh". Good prices, but very similar quality and style as you'd get at Walmart or Target. Very basic clothing.
I have been a customer of Old Navy for years. 6-7 years ago I applied for their credit card, and got approved. Through they years and use of the card my limit was raised for "appreciation" for being a loyal customer. Fast forward to 2021. I paid off the balance and haven't used the card for 12 months. (I have shopped there. Just paid by other means. Cash. Debit card.) Today my Credit Karma notified me of a closed account. My Old Navy card.!? I called customer service and they told me that it was due to a lack of activity on my account. WOW! I asked if they notified customers to use their card every so often via mail or email? The representative wasn't sure! I am trying to wrap my head around this. Take a loyal customers credit away and probably divide my credit limit amongst 5 300$-500$ credit limit people who will probably default on their payment. Just don't make any sense. I will cut up my card and my credit my cash and debit card will go else where! Your clothes are getting out of fashion anyways. Best thing that ever happened to old Navy was their flip flop sale. Thank goodness every other store in town sales flip flops... I would have left a negative 3 for my review if it were an option
Easy, simple and comfortable clothing along with good customer service. I have to give Old Navy a solid three stars! This is pretty good considering that the quality of the fabric often disappoints. The sizing is great and I love how they have regular, plus size, petite and tall. If only all clothing companies would offer such sizing. The sizing is true-to-fit as well. Customer service is all around good, at the store and by delivery. My only complaint really is in the quality of the material. I wish Old Navy would continue providing practical styles, good pricing, and customer service and step it up in the quality of the product. I find that after a few washes the clothes lose their luster and they end up becoming my stay-at-home clothes. I have an enormous pile of Old Navy stay-at-home clothes, that it would take me an entire lifetime and than some to go through it all, if I never bought another piece again! I am a frequent Old Navy shopper and judging by the quality of the fabrics, Old Navy wants it that way. But, I must say, I am now looking for another clothing company that will basically give me the same thing AND clothes that last (longer)!
Apparently this is a thing Old Navy likes to do considering I've seen numerous people complain about it. Recently my credit card was closed down without my consent despite it being completely paid off and always paid on time. I DIDNT EVEN GET A LETTER or EMAIL. It's very suspicious that would close down a loyal customers card for no reason who pays it off on time but I found out they like to take interest. So save yourself time and never get OPEN A OLD NAVY CREDIT CARD.
I am in love with their Yoga pants. I feel the shipping is normal and their customer service is good so far. I've not had any issues with my orders from them. :)
I've shopped at Old Navy since I was in high school, so 20+ years. I like their cheap prices & sales. Their quality definitely leaves a lot to be desired. But being I only buy with sales & discounts I don't expect the highest quality & I'm ok with that. I mainly just shop at Old Navy for basics anyway.
My main complaint is their sizing now. Over the years their sizes have absolutely become extreme vanity sizing & it makes shopping there a huge headache. My size hasn't changed in 20 years. I'm a medium top - period. Every single other store & brand, I'm a medium.
I made a huge order a few months back when they were running major sales & clearance. I was so excited to get all these clothes for such a great price. I tried everything on & totally shocked at how HUGE everything was!
All of the medium tops definitely fit at least like a large if not an extra large. I had to return everything & was super bummed because the sales & clearance items were all gone.
If you haven't tried on recent Old Navy clothing, I would recommend actually going into the store & trying on tops & bottoms in different styles to figure out what size you'd wear at Old Navy. If you have to order online, order different sizes & return the ones that don't fit.
I placed my order last night for the cyber monday deal. When checking out with Paypal, Old Navy automatically assumed that my billing address was the same as my shipping address. They are now shipping my package to my billing address, which is totally wrong. Their customer service had just closed down at 10pm PST, and I place my order at 10:20pm. When attempting to "self service" my order through the online dashboard, the "update address" functionality was totally missing.
After speaking with support I've clarified a few things, and am now of the belief that management is running a circus behind the scenes. I have a few suggestions to their team, if they are watching:
• Please consider extending the hours of customer support on such a busy sales day (cyber monday)
• Please do not disable customer "self service" in an attempt to "process orders faster" (this is what I was told by the customer support rep the day after)
• Please do not assume that the billing address on a paypal transaction is equal to the shipping address.
• Please revise your agreement with shipping partners to allow parcels to be diverted mid transit. Most online shippers provide this option.
• Please hire/maintain better customer support reps. The ones I spoke to sounded sad and tired.
Overall, this experience has unnecessarily damaged my outlook on online shopping. I will NOT be shopping at Old Navy again!
Old Navy made myself and my family look like crooks. A few weeks after Christmas I took in a bag of clothes my mom got me and attempted to exchange them for the right size/ different items. They scanned all my items and after said, "whoops we can't accept these." I told them I just wanted to exchange them and get store credit to find something different. They stated without a receipt you have to call this number and see why they won't allow you to return items here. I tried this. And was a 2-4 week process.
I then reached out to my parents who bought the presents and asked them to simply return. They attempted to return these items with the ID of the person who bought them and the credit card which purchased them and they were given the same run around.
My father finally got a hold of someone to find out why they won't do store credit or trade ins... they were told they do not accept returns without a receipt... period!
They made me look like some junky crook, they made my mother and father look like crooks. And their policy is ridiculous.
My family and friends have been notified and never will buy from them!
They don't include the day you order it even if you order in the morning. We paid extra for 3-5 day shipping so it would get to us before our vacation. (we qualified for free shipping but chose the faster method)
They don't put estimated delivery dates when choosing delivery speed (which is ridiculous, this should be a must)
So there was no way for us to know that. Now the items aren't going to get here in time for our trip and that's the whole reason we bought them. It will all be going back, I'm very unhappy with Old Navy.com and will not be shopping online with them again.
They need to be much more responsible about shipping, people rely on this kind of thing and they've failed miserably.
The very least the customer service person should have done was offer to refund the cost of shipping since we would have gotten free shipping had we not paid for the faster speed. And at this point, we might as well have just went with free shipping. It's almost two days after we ordered, and they still have not shipped it.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
