I waited for one item to arrive to my home for two weeks with delivery only a day late. I contacted ASOS about an item that was sent to me in an incorrect size and need an exchange right away because my size normally runs out fast.

All they can say is make ANOTHER PURCHASE as an "exchange" since the item that is in my possession currently has to be sent back to them in order to prevent fraud. What the F is an exchange if it involves that crappy retailer taking people's money? They don't even have your back when a product ends up lost in the mail.

This is why I let them know that I will not buy from them again and to comp my money when they receive the product that I'm soon returning.

Good riddance, ASOS!

Made a purchase on a grey purse and was sent black purse. I saw on the website that they have didnt have it in stock only to find out a few weeks later that it was back on the market. They have messed up a few more items that were sent my way (incorrect sizing, whole different item).

I have been a Yoox consumer since 2011 now I will have to sever ties with this scamming company. The employees have to be high on paint and they do this to many other consumers. Hope they get shut down very soon...

Made three purchases and paid for them. Package was supposed to be delivered on 11/08/19 and never came. They quickly refunded me but lied to carrier that I wanted t
My items delivered on a different date (which also never arrived on that date). They tried to cover it up and say that the package was "lost in transit". I will find out what their reason for not delivering packages on time. I been a buying from them for a couple years until this happened. Never again they will get my business.

I started to become a fan because they come up with new styles everyday. This is when I became a wafflehead recently and will continue buying their great shoe selections. However, when it comes to customer service they could do better by engaging them not appear disconnected and less communicative.

I used to shop religiously at Bonanza until a seller cheated me out money for an item I didn't receive. Seller did give me my money back but was rude and arrogant. So i gave the seller a negative rating. Ugly $#*! Bonanza decided to side with seller and reinstate that sellers feedback and I got poor rating from seller. Bonanza is inconsiderate of its consumers and dont care if you get scammed or not. Glad I left that website in 2010 and I see its not doing so much better today.
