I placed an online order containing 11 items over a month ago and of those items, only 2 arrived. 9 items were shipped with no ups update since the 19th of May. Ofcourse I attempted to file a claim with ups and wasn't able to do so because the "sender wouldn't allow" it. I've sent numerous emails and made countless phone calls to old navy's customer service and to no avail. I'm disgusted with them and will not purchase any thing from them again.
The Old Navy commercials are sooo annoying
"Sorry not sorry" what does that mean?
And Stiflers mom looks annoyed awswell.
Giving a reindeer asparagus? Really?
I have to turn the tv off every time…
There is no advertising on clothes but pjs and stiflers mom on the piano. It's sooo bad!
My Husband and I went to Old Navy Store in Oakwood Plaza Hollywood Florida at 2:30 Sunday 2/28/22 I am A Senior and was treated very badly. I was told that I could not shop in the back where the winter stuff was on sale (which was 1/4 of store) I was told this by the manager, however, there were others shopping in sale dept. (I have the pictures of entire incident) he said they are almost done and I replied It will only take a few minutes for me to pick out winter shirts pants etc. He did not want to make sales for store but was more interested in his authority and telling people to get out of area... there is ways to talk to customers which he should be trained... also if the store was making money why so much left over merchandise... which I think corporate would be eager to sell. AND NOT BE TOLD TO LEAVE without buy alot which is what we going to do! We are traveling to the North and winter clothes are needed!
I ordered a pair of Jean's needed them for a baby shower i was attending, they sent me the wrong item, asked them to resend my Jean's and if they can expedite my order so i receive them on time. They couldn't do that for me, so i asked for a credit on my bill. And they said they apologize that they can not help me. Their Customer service was horrible. It was an error on Old navy end that they sent the wrong item and there was no Customer satisfaction at all. So disappointed.
If I could give 0 stars I would have. I ordered items in November. The arrival date kept changing and now here we are a few weeks before Christmas and nothing. I contacted customer service twice. The first lady was rude and didn't know what to do. The second one said it was lost and to call customer care. I was talking to customer service and they can't help, really? So I call customer care and they say its coming today. Tracking now says the 20th. I explain that I don't wait it because I had to replace the gifts and they told me to refuse the package if (yes if) it comes and I will get my money back in 15 business days. I asked for a supervisor and they transferred me and then hung up on me. I will NEVER be shopping here again and will definitely be telling others about the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Old Navy has gotten quite expensive with their merchandise. The shipping is $5 and $7 and is not refunded when you return an item. These are the reasons I am looking elsewhere now.
Ordered shirts and jeans, the jeans did not fit so requested a return, sent them back and 3 weeks later they returned them back to me saying I had worn them etc. What a scam, the tags were on they are brand new! Never worn (cause they didn't fit!) Refused to refund me because one disgruntled employee didn't do their job and lied saying they are worn out. I had them in my possession for 12 hours, never worn. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE LIARS,
I ordered pants online and the day after i received an email about how the order has been canceled. When i checked my account, the money had not been returned, and it still has not. I have contacted the email support team and called them and i have been told that i can't receive a refund! $#*! OLD NAVY
Since having children, this company has been one of my favorites to buy from. As with most websites these days, they have tabs for what you are looking for. Within the tabs, you can further filter your choices. Tonight I selected baby boy- as I have BOYS... I did not select unisex, I selected BOY. Well what came up: a bunch of Disney princess shirts and pink and purple floral outfits entitled "unisex". Not only are these NOT unisex, but they are NOT baby boy (the category which I selected) TO SAVE TIME. They should do us all a favor and label clothing appropriately. If they can't be "bold" enough to categorize clothing for what it is then just take out all categories and quit pretending like you have them. Note: I do not actually want them to do this, but when they place girl items under the heading of boy it literally wastes 99.9% of our time for the people who are fully aware of the gender of their children. The majority of people are not trying to pretend their boys are girls. If your boy likes princesses and flowers, great. You should be able to search for that under the girl tab, not the boy tab. More power to them if that is what they want to wear, but please do not waste the rest of our time.
I ordered a total of 7 items (3 different purchases for a total of 7 items) only to have all 3 purchases cancelled. After I was already charged. When I reached out to customer service they offered me 10% off of one non-sale item. What a joke. Never again OLD NAVY. NEVER AGAIN.
Old Navy is refusing to post a honest negative review that I submitted on March 21 for the Open-Front Cinched Neck Terry Cardigan. All the while, positive reviews continue to be posted without issue. I contacted customer service and got nothing but lip service and no resolution. Have now had to open a BBB complaint. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and you are lying to your customers. Buyer beware! This cardigan is a piece of junk.
I went to return an on line order and they would not let me exchange unless I was exchanging for the same exact items. So sisnce I didn't have the same items I wanted to get instead I had to order online. Then the online cart right before I placed my order gave me a summary of prices, promotional items and total... It wasn't the same as the email I received in my email. The promotional items weren't included. They make you think, you're paying one price and getting the discounts when in reality you aren't. They've $#*!ed me a few times like this already. I'm done with old navy. I'll stick to Macy's.
I went to the Old Navy in WestGate Mall in Brockton. I
Picked out four tops and a pair of crop pants. While
Ringing up my stuff I noticed the cashier had charge
Me more. Like nine for the tops that were suppose
To be eight and eleven for a pair or pants from the
Clearance that were marked for three seventy five.
When I questioned this she called over another girl
Who had a very rude attitude and proceeded to tell
Me the sales were for online only. I said online it says
Come to the store for sales. Then when I asked for my
Receit all the sudden the cash register wasn't working.
They asked for my email and told me they would mail
Me it. Well the email never came. Now I realize that they
Could of over charged me as I didn't see the receit. Also
I would not be able to return anything. This place is terrible
I will never go back. Sorry I can't prove proof of purchse
The bathroom in the Aventura Old Navy has lights go on in bathroom by a movement detector when you 1st walk in. But then the light goes our after 1 or 2 min. While you are in the stall. It leaves you in the dark until you xime out of the stall. Bad set up.
I ordered 3 pairs of pants and they all came and they were nice and fit well. The coolest thing was that I did the free shipping option and they delivered my order 9 days before that date. I received my order on the 14th instead of the 23rd. But what if I was not home and was expecting it on the 23rd, that would be bad right.
My order was exactly correct. I have no complaints.
I had the worst experience with Old navy. I made an order and waited two months just to realize the order was returned to Gap (connected company). They didn't deliver as "UPS couldn't find my apartment number" even if there is my name on the buzzer of course. After that GAP didn't bother to send me email that the order was shipped back and even didn't bother to REFUND my money. So one month after they shipped the order back (and I was checking the tracking number meanwhile) I found out all of this. GAP customer support said they are sorry and offered 20% off for my next purchase! And that's not the end. I tried to apply 20% code for the next purchase and the code DIDN'T WORK. So there will be no new purchase at Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic ever.
I bought some item and was sick unable to return and since they are not close a month went by and I went to return and was told I couldn't. I was always purchasing stuff but now I will not. Angree customer.
Went to an Old Navy store to return jeans that still had tags and receipt was just out of the 45 day policy would not return manager told me to return with no receipt they would give me a store credit will not shop at Old Navy ever again took clothes donated at Goodwill Would've gave them zero stars but could not
Cashier at old navy was a guy that was extremely rude, he said he has to make sure I wasn't an online hacker, asked my number twice made me scan my debit card twice, asked for my license, who does that, a family mom with her son, if he did not want to help me Next time Say So!
They will try to close out your return as clearance items even though you paid full price. I have officially boycott this company after the treatment I received from a regional manager.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
