I really like Old Navy for the generic everyday wearables such as socks and nylons and things such as that but I find that every time I've ordered their clothing it just does not fit me quite right. I guess I just do not have the right body type for their clothes. I'm 5 feet tall and 116-120 lbs so I have a fairly petite frame actually and I find that even their extra small is always too wide in the shoulders and under the arms. But the quality of their items is quite good, and when you order online the shipping speed is quite satisfactory. Also when you order online they send a return shipping label with every order so that you may return any items you don't want free of charge. Their customer service is always very good, their agents are always very polite and helpful. I've had very good experiences shopping with them :)
I have an old Navy card. I made a purchase and needed to make a payment on my card. The payment wasn't going through so I called for assistance. They told me that I wasn't in their system and therefore couldn"t make a payment. They even had me reapply because they didn't believe I already had a card. I got denied because I already had a card. After weeks of going back and forth, they were able to resolve the issue. By this time my payment was late. I wasn't charged a late fee but to my surprise it showed up on my credit report as a late payment. I called right away and was told that it would be taken off by the next month. Today 4 months later it is still there and they telling me now that it was a computer error but they can't remove it, I have to dispute it. I'm very annoyed by this and really hope their staff get trained better so customers dont have to end up waiting lots of time correcting mistakes they make.
I bought Big N Tall t-shirts and they are trully their size, Also bought kids t-shirts and also great, their pants are true to size and maybe even bigger. I can trust that whatever clothes I buy will be great!
The website is easy to buy from and to return. Their prices are great! And the quality better than some other name brands. Would highly recommend.
My absolute favorite place to shop. Honestly, my rating here is based more on the store experience. The selection of product is not that great but what clothing there are, are of good quality. I ordered once online because I couldn't find the item I wanted in my size at the store. The people at the store are usually very nice and helpful
I ordered some dresses for my daughter. They said it will reach in 5 to 6 business days, but I couldn't receive my full dresses. I got half of them. Still waiting for the rest of the dresses. I am trying to reach customer service, but they didn't respond.
OMG, that woman is a hag, blah blah blah. REALLY? Can't play the piano and really, here's something for the deer. You need a new spokesperson. Give mE the job and I'll charge you half of what you paid that no talent HAG. Sorry, not sorry. JMO
I purchased a couple items that I needed for a specific date, so I paid for expedited shipping so I could have these items a couple days before my event.
Well on the day I was supposed to receive my package, I checked my email and it said that the package was going to arrive 3 days after the day I was supposed to get it! And of course a day after my event! I called cs and she just said she doesn't control shipping and theres nothing she could do other than refund me for the shipping I paid. They shouldn't offer expedited shipping if they cant ship stuff on time!
Old Navy use to be a great place to shop but in recent years the quality of clothing has declined to the point that the last time I bought a shirt I could see through it and it wasn't a gauze fabric. The clothing just has a cheap look to it.
Warning! We received our first bill from Old Navy for a charge card that we never received and because we didn't charge for 2 months their was a monthly $2 fee and $30 mothly late fee. Totaling $64 for a card that we never received.
I ordered a couple items. One Item came but one item did not come. The Old Navy still charged me for both items. I tried to contact Old Navy but cannot get a hold of anyone. I called Old Navy 8 times within two weeks. I was on hold for about 3 hours each time but no one answer. I also sent email to the customer service twice. No response as well. So frustrating! This is fraud.

I bought for the first and last time at old navy online. First they ship the packages with UPS which is the worst company, and then when I tried to fix the problem with the shipments the only option was to cancel the order, then in customer services they literally do not speak English, so they wrote the wrong address again, this is my 3rd time trying to fix my order and I am very bored of that.
Always one of my favorite stores but I am now so disappointed. Online order TDMHG4Y placed on 6/26/20, all 6 items in stock, expected delivery date of 7/7/20. I planned to wear the items to an event the week of 7/14. Checked the order status several times Between 6/26 and 7/6, every time the status was the same "expected delivery date of 7/7." At 3:26pm on 7/6 I get an email telling me all the items are out of stock and order has been canceled. Really Old Navy? But I did get a 10% off coupon for my inconvenience. Not enough. Oh, and I can order the same items again on the website today without a problem. I think you either need to work on your inventory control or your customer service. 1 day before the expected delivery and you let me know you don't have the items. You've had 10 days. And why can I order the very same items again today? It'll be awhile before I shop here again.
It has been great so far, I always pre-order my stuff because I make Youtube videos on my unboxing and review of a particular item. When I pre-order from this website, I really get it days before it comes out!
They only have the cheapest made chinese junk that WILL fall apart, their junk IS almost the same stuff as $1 stores but they aren't selling items for $1 now are they! Stay away, unless your a preppie who likes to wear ugly garbage!
I visited old Navy on 26th of Oct 2021. The customer service is outstanding and very friendly. I had to returned some stuff and buy some. The process was very easy and and the staff was very friendly as always.
Placed order on 12/21 to give for Christmas, paid for express shipping. On 12/22 I received notfication order had been delivered, it had not been, I chatted with CS who told to give it 2 days, I called CS on 12/23 who told me to give it another day, still no package. Today is Christmas and Old Navy is closed. How can you run a business like this. I will never trust Old Navy again, unless my order is delivered very soon today. Also, I tried to add my receipt/email to the review but the add photo box would not accept it so that is why it is not attached to this review.
I have had to escalate issues with old navy dating back to May 2020. My most recent issue was a delayed refund which was resolved (months later but resolved). As of today, I have 2 charges from Old Navy that were already taken out of my account back in May. I have not made any purchases at Old Navy since. The amounts taken out of my account today were for the amounts 57.50 and 23.81. Those exact same charges were also taken out of my account back in May for purchases made. The charges today should have never been taken out of my account as I have not made any purchases. I have already been charged these amounts for the last purchased months ago. I am not in a position to have extra money taken out of my account for no reason and I am extremely upset about this. I hope to have communication from old navy asap to resolve this issue. Their customer service is impossible to get ahold of so I have to resort to leaving reviews as there is no other way to communicate!

I ordered 5 items from Old Navy and only received 3 of the 5 items. I called as soon as my order came. Customer service who I recorded said I could place another order but would have to pay for it and wait until Nov 14th to ask for a claim for the missing items. First I didn't want my money back I only wanted the items that were missing, why was this so hard to do. So I called on the 14th and low and behold they have no information with a number the previous guy had given me who's name was Efrain Chevaz. They said they can't transfer me to him and don't have anything about missing items. I had to file a claim request and I will let everyone knows what happens. Meanwhile I will take the recorded conversation I had with Efrain and post it on Social media. I will never order from Old Navy again.
2 items were missing in order. Called customer service and talked in circles to come to the conclusion they could not help until the due date dec 7th, even through I received the email saying my 8 items were delivered. Called back a couple days later to get someone else. They had to cancel the 2 items from order and reorder. They kept the same price and gave me the courtesy of free shipping. (not sure why they wouldn't due to their error). I was supposed to do a survey afterwards, but I was not forwarded to it. Maybe this is why they have good reviews. I am generally satisfied, but this was a big disappointment and glad I called back prior to that date, since I probably woundn't have received the items in time. No express shipping was offered. Expected to get in 2 weeks.
I don't like to go into this Athens store it's always full of kids and the merchandise is always a mess. So I purchased my usual size 1 pair of white jeans one pair of green. Their size are now so inconsistent I actually had to purchase the same item in different sizes three times! Then they kept sending me Gap dollars or whatever but I can't use them I've tried every time I make an online order I can't use them. Then I get a notice that items in your bag have gone on sale! I already purchased the item three times in 3 weeks and now it's on sale? I'm sorry but when I called customer service I could not understand the two women I spoke to. I'm not prejudice but I sure would like to see those jobs here in the United States instead of India. Anyway so I struggled with getting the customer service email. Don't even bother. All you'll get is a standard reply telling you to call customer I'm going into my local store tomorrow and I we'll find a manager to listen to me. Don't buy from Old Navy any more
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways.You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
