Their clothing is of some of the lowest quality construction and materials that I have seen. To top it off they charge as much as or more than many of the manufactures do for wearables with good construction and materials.
I went to the Kokomo store and Monica in particular was absolutely horrible, looked and acted very unprofessional. Was extremely rude and my entire family saw her butt when she bent down in her dress, extremely unprofessional staff, will never take my family there again or shop there. Extremely disappointing.
I bought a bunch of jeans for my son and clothes for myself. I earned two $50 super cash coupons. I could only use one on my next order. I do not shop that regularly. I lost the other one. Later I saw on my account something about converting the cash to points or something. I don't see that openely explained anywhere. I've lost cash I earned. Why don't they allow a person to use their super cash at the same time or at least give the option?
Everything I have ordered from then has been true to form on size and looks just like the photos. I have only had to send 2 things back because I just did not like how the tops looked on me after all. The prices on their sale items and they old navy factory and Banana Republic Factory prices are great. They also have the High Waisted pants for those of you that like the old school design that comes up high like the Rockys, You can't go wrong with them.
It was my first trip to the USA, December 1999. It was cold. Freezing in fact. I'd heard about New York Winters, but wasn't prepared for this. So there I was in Old Navy. Saw this coat, loved it, bought it, and to this day it remains the warmest coat I've got. Love it.
If you need undershirts, simple cardigans, comfty loungy clothes or kids clothing then Old Navy is an economical and quality choice. Been getting my basics here for years. Good sales for off season merchandise also!
I have ordered from Old Navy for years and their return policy as long as I can remember has been 45 days. But recently, it apparently changed to 30 and I hadn't placed an order in a few months and was unaware of the change, so when I went online to start a return I was not allowed and customer service would not allow a 1-time courtesy. I understand policy changes, but I think a 1-time courtesy would be excellent customer service, which Old Navy used to provide, but not anymore. It looks like I won't be spending my hard-earned dollars with them anymore.
I ordered 5 items from Old Navy online Tuesday Oct 19. It said it would be delivered Tuesday, Oct 28. On the night of Oct 27 I received a very unprofessional letter from Old Navy stating they are we're unable to ship your order within the time frame promised. They don't tell me when the order will be shipped. That's it. They are sorry. Meanwhile, the person I bought the clothes for and needs them ASAP will not be getting the order. If Old Navy told me last week when I ordered that they do not have these items in stock, I could have ordered them from another vendor. How unprofessional Old Navy is and now my son will continue to not have the right clothes. This was very important and Okd Navy ruined it. Old Navy is terrible and they do not provide good service and customer service is the worst. They outsource to people who don't understand business and they couldn't tell me if my son would ever get his package. Old Navy should be ashamed at how bad their service is.
I placed a order on April 12th, it is now April 28th and still haven't received my order. Everytime I check order status the date is pushed back. I called customer service, which was absolutely no help at all. All customer service could tell me was they had no information, refund me my money and give 10% off of my next purchase. I am furious because I ordered the items for a specific trip and had to go out to find other items at the last minute. They are only receiving a star because I had to.
If I could give zero stars I would. They switched me to paperless billing without my consent. Then after they did this without me knowing, called my phone relentlessly for the bill. Talked to them said they wouldn't stop my card if I sent what was owed and they would change me back to paper billing. Then two days later my card was canceled. No one could be held accountable. 15 years of being a loyal customer down the drain bc of thier ignorance. 500-2000$ a year in clothes. They do not care. They blamed it on thier credit card service Barcys. Who will be getting a bad review too. We always paid on time before this. Never a late fee. They changed things without our knowledge and then just blamed someone else. My loyalty was slapped in the face.
I've been an old Navy/Gap customer since the early 80s. With kids I've spent thousands a year at their stores. I'm not sure what's happening- but the quality is half of what it used to be, their return policies take a month to return your cash to you- if at all! And their simpering, lying customers service reps just want you off the phone. Multiple times (7-9) I had to call to initiate a return to my account after they'd had my product in their possession for over a month. I asked them to document my calls and inquiries. Not one of them did. They offer 10% off a purchase of their questionably sourced crappily made goods which apparently you can't return by mail. All the customer service agents blamed me for not being patient.
No more! - these brands are a rip off, their policies suck butt and seem to change from day to day and their East Indian customer service reps are disrespectful and just try to shame the customer without providing any explanations, or taking any responsibility.
Old navy is good but has prices differentiating depending on month and day. It is good for clothing for children such as school uniforms, jackets for men and women, and some pretty expensive brands at a low cost, if it's not that time where EVERYTHING is expensive. I rate this a 4 because even though it differentiates between prices, it is good in fashion.
I absolutely love old navy the clothes are affordable. They always have the latest styles and some of the cutest kids clothes. I buy all my summer sandals at old navy simply cause if I dnt like my purchase tththethen I'm really not out a lot of money. Great store
While all the clothes that Old Navy offers aren't top quality, their customer service and free returns ensure that you are only left with what you want and can use. The prices and sales are great, and at least half of the clothes are ultimately comfortable and wearable.
I have spent thousands at old navy ordering stuff every week for my family but recently I have noticed that they are not sending items but charging for them?! I suspect this has been going on for awhile before I noticed as I place large orders and never looked through to itemize all things until it became obvious in an order that I was missing and charged for 4 items. After that I started to check all my orders and every month I have something missing that I was charged for. Usually they have refunded it but now I am missing an Easter shirt for my sons first Easter and they have refused to refund me for the shirt they never sent! I have been contemplating no longer ordering because of this and can now say this has made that decision easy for me. I will no longer be ordering from old-navy, gap or any of their companies. They have scammed me and wasted my time having to keep contacting them over the same issue that I have asked them to escalate and look into their staff because this is clearly a problem. Stop scamming your customers have 2 people double check the order or put in cameras. Someone in the warehouse is stealing my stuff.
I bought track pants for around $5 and it was great! Very affordable prices, comfy and well used. Very easy to match because it is black and white. I have used them for pjs often. Highly recommend their items for affordability and comfort.
I received a pair of pants from old navy as a gift. They ended up being to small. I tried to return them and was rudely told because I had none of the paperwork that all I could do is get the same pair in a different size. Well they still didnt have my size and so I asked to exchange them for something different. I was told that was impossible and I got stuck just keeping them even though they didnt fit. They are very rude and I dont suggest them to anyone.
I'm writing this review while STILL on hold with Old Navy customer service. Chat option is not even available online, and I have been on hold for 1:22:50 and counting. My order shipped and was missing a product (even though the packing slip showed it included). Not only am I on hold forever to correct this, but the hold music is a horrifying loop of 3 second clips of alternating songs and static. Songs from the 60s - present time, jumping every 3 seconds I was just listening to Pink and Elvis with some other unrecognizable songs thrown in. WTH IS THIS?!?!? I just want the items i paid for! I will NEVER order or buy from Old Navy again. I will make sure that I tell EVERYONE I know about this experience, and I'm going to post it on all of my social media accounts. This is the most obvious demonstration of how little they value their customers I have ever seen.
I purchased some clothing for my kids for Christmas and unfortunitely I chose a size too small. Tried to exchange them for the correct size and was denied. My fault for buying the wrong size but... Live and learn. No more business with this brand.
Frustrated that Old Navy claims to have ext3nded their available sizes to 4X. Well, if you order online maybe. In-store I found 1 3X tank top. Other than that the sizes did not go above a 2X. I am not asking for any fancy items, just run of the meal colored T-shirts. NOPE! They have cute stuff and I love the T-shirts I have that were found in store previously. Old Navy, shame on you. Tell the truth, if extended sizes are available only online, be honest and state that. If you are we going to have them available in-store, then have them in-store. I live in a large metro area with many stores. NO store within 50 Niles even has a basic colored t-shirt larger than 2X. Until you figure out how to make your marketed extended sizes available in-store, I will not be back.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
